    Be well and Be healthy!…read more At Walgreens they are giving us the gift of healthy and healing. After a doctor appointment you have to come in and get that prescription to get well. Over and over again they have never let us down with having it ready. The phone system will notify you when it's ready, until you actually pick up the prescription too! While you are in store they sell all sort of items that you would need and can get here and make it one stop shopping. They stock most aisle with more than the usual stuff and basics too. The pricing is pretty good too. If you forgot those special items in the health and beauty department they have quite a big selection of items that are worth buying. Truly check out this area. Some items that are usually cheaper because they don't sell them many times. Stuff on sale is always great. They might be worth a look. You never know what you might not have. At Walgreens these individuals have incredible attitudes and are willing to help the individuals that walk through the door. Come one and all. The pharmacy is in the back. Be sure and take a stroll through the store you never know what you're forgetting.

The cashier, a young man wearing prescription glasses and a black hoodie sweater, became verbally aggressive during the checkout process for my purchase of approximately 20 items. After completing the transaction, the cashier forcefully slammed the receipt on the counter and abruptly left the register area, shouting toward my boss and me, calling us "lame asses." The reason given was that we had purchased more than ten items--an explanation that did not make sense and was entirely inappropriate. Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Walgreens' commitment to customer service. I hope management will address this matter promptly to ensure employees are trained to handle customers respectfully and professionally, regardless of transaction size.

What bothered me was that she followed me and my kids all the way to the back where the other ones were and stood right next to me the whole time. She rushed me and asked me which cards i wanted and asked how i wanted to pay. She brought me all the way to another register one the side that was closed when there was a perfectly one open at the front where the other elder ladies just helped their dad with his transaction. i thought that was weird and the lady kept looking at me up and down and was fidgeting the cards i wanted to purchase and stood there for a few moments so i asked her how much it is and she hesitated and said idk why it's $13 it's supposed to be $16. Fast forward she told me after i asked my son if he wanted any more and she told me it's the same design it's not worth it and just gave me the receipt.

We had to navigate the store and pick what we needed. The store was literally empty except for the cashier. Since we were in a hurry we had to ask for directions to greeting cards area. We were greeted by the cashier and pointed in the right direction and then rung by her. She was kind and polite with the transaction. She was kind and helpful. Now that we are done time to mail . I had been to urgent care and they urged me to go to this pharmacy that same day for my medication. Upon checking in with the front, I was told that my meds would be ready momentarily. An hour passes, so I check with the tech working and he assures me that they're working on it. Another hour passes and that's when they ask me to come back up to the counter, asked for my name again, and informed me that they never received a script from the Dr. for my medication. I would have appreciated getting this information at the beginning of the visit instead of spending 2 hours waiting. As a fellow healthcare worker, the lack of communication and care was beyond upsetting.

Medicare has A new program launched this year 2025. It was announced with our insurance AND CVS via an actual mailer. It's an equal monthly payment plan, allowing your yearly out of pocket expense to be spread out over the calendar year. CVS pharmacy had no idea what I was talking about. Which would be ok EXCEPT the guy at the drive thru window said "I don't know what your talking about"..your medication cost today is 650.00. I repeated myself. Again, he repeated himself. Meanwhile one of my doc friends is listening to this whole conversation in the car from my phone. He said there should have been an offer on HIS END to have me come in to resolve it, but There was no offer of, "hey come inside and let's make some calls and figure this out". He repeated himself again and it was 650.00 or no meds. I'm Like here we go. BAD SERVICE. I'm now pissed. NOT because he didn't know what I am talking about. It's a NEW program, I am sure it's confusing. I'm PISSED because he makes no offer or attempt to TRY and resolve the situation. I had NO ISSUE coming in. BUT if I didn't call Aetna or CVS corporate, he was not going too. I could have came in there and sat and he would have looked at me like what "am I going to do" to resolve HIS billing issue. So I CALL AETNA, they put me on hold and they call him. She explains to him yes that this is a new program etc. They override the bill and give me the meds etc. he proceeds to tell me that he has worked at CVS for 11 years and he has never heard of this before. He's got an attitude and SO DO I. Because he's MISSING THE POINT. It is HIS JOB to figure this out, and offer a solution to resolve the situation. The lack of customer service is MIND BLOWING. He KNEW he SHOULD have said, come in and let's call your insurance etc WHATEVER. But that is not the case. Instead I AM arguing looking like an asshole because he cannot figure out the reason I'm PISSED OFF. It is NOT the billing problem. It's the lack of initiative to figure it out!!! GOT DAMMIT, I know you process a ton of orders a day. But don't forget there is a reason behind that. We are PEOPLE who need this stuff and would appreciate a little understanding. I ended this yelling match with you know, what would you have me do...just pay it? Don't ask? Don't inquire? HE SAID I'm going to continue to have this same problem everytime I come in to get meds because they don't know what I'm talking about AND HE says it with an attitude!!! NOW I AM FUMING. DUDEEEEEE how about I AM SORRY FOR THE CONFUSUON, WE WILL WORK ON RESOLVING THIS BECAUSE IT IS NEW AND I STILL AM NOT SURE WHAT THIS IS. HOPEFULLY IT WONT HAPPEN AGAIN. I REMIND HIM THIS IS A CMS INITIATIVE AND TO LOOK IT UP! Call your corporate and ask them. WHY AM I TRYING TO RESOLVE YOUR BILLING ISSUE!? I am not going to be the only customer using this service. So get yourself comfortable with it. I get so angry at the stupidity of people and the lack of action to fix a problem. It makes it worse because I'm a nurse. If someone Said to me "hi can I have some pain medication", and maybe it's to early for them to have it.. I would NEVER EVER answer with "it's not time yet". And walk away. I would attempt to resolve the issue. Can I change your position while you have to wait this out? Can I try and make you more comfortable? Maybe I can ask the doctor and go over your meds and see if we can do something for this breakthrough pain your having. Give me a minute. See how that changes the whole dynamic. That person isn't going to trip on me. I will offer CUSTOMER SERVICE. Because I'm doing something about it. They need to teach this skill to people at the counters. Stick a fork in me, I'm done. My doc friend overhearing this always tells me and his clients to go to a mom and pops pharmacy. I think after this I am going to start to look for one.

Their dedication doesn't go unnoticed. Today was a perfect example of their outstanding service. My doctor sent a last-minute allergy prescription to the Southern Highlands location, instead of Silverado Ranch. The technician who answered offered to transfer it to their location, even though it would take a bit longer than if I just went to Southern Highlands. I asked her to go ahead, and within 15 minutes, I received a text that my prescription was ready! Special thanks to Taylor, the technician who handled my call and got everything ready so quickly. Her efficiency meant I could take my medication and get to work without missing a day. That kind of service makes a real difference. I've had consistently positive experiences here, only one staff member over time seemed less enthusiastic about customer interaction, but everyone else more than makes up for it.     Shopping in Las Vegas, Nevada…read more.. After hunting in a grocery store and Target, I suggested that we try Walmart for tonic water. (My auntie Sue drinks it to prevent leg cramps at night when she's sleeping.) Our shopping styles are different. I like to hunt and follow signs. My auntie wants to ask employees. Sometimes they don't speak English and sometimes they just don't know or give incorrect information. Sometimes they look up information and can tell that the item is out of stock. In this case, it was a combination of things... I was following signs when Auntie wanted to ask someone working in the Frozen Foods section. They directed us to the soda aisle. There were two choices and she selected one, paid at the cashier, then found out that it was diet variety. I told her it would be easy to return it as Customer Service is usually at the front of the store. As we passed the Liquor Department, she saw other bottles of tonic water. She said that if we had turned left into Walmart instead of going straight in, we would have seen the tonic water right away. OMG... How would I know? Anyway, she returned the diet tonic water at Customer Service and got a regular tonic water from the Liquor Department. LOL... I was happy to go to the candle aisle and found Prayer Candles for $1.57, plus 8.375 percent tax. In Honolulu, these candles are $1.81, plus 4.712 percent tax. So, these candles are about 20 cents less... However, carrying them is a bit of a struggle because of the weight and the fragile glass... I got 3 of them anyway... haha! This was a productive learning experience. I go to Walmart often at home. The prices and selection, in general, are quite good!

My boyfriend and I already ate part of it before I noticed there was mold on the remaining half when I went to store it. Extremely disgusting and concerning. The packaging says "freshness guaranteed," which definitely does not match what I experienced. Luckily, we didn't get sick, but this could have easily been a health risk. Walmart really needs to pay closer attention to product quality and make sure expired or spoiled items are removed from shelves.
