One area of focus that CVS provides perfectly is its merchandise for "that" special holiday and all those milestones. They sell the cutest products! They have, if needed, for those that have pets the best quality and variety of items for those special occasions too. For this particular reason it's why we keep coming back ! The last holiday they had fresh roses! What a beautiful gift for that special moment! It's an absolute easy in and easy out experience too. We all lead busy lives too . What's not to love ? Except showing love to others around you . The staff here on most occasions are usually very supportive and busy too! They do the happy balance well ! They have regular cashiers and those AI machines to help you. You pick how to pay . Make sure and use your phone number for special money saving opportunities. This store is a pretty good store. I don't necessarily love all the pricing, but it's a CVS so I don't expect the best pricing. That's the only negative with this store. This Pharmacy is The Best Pharmacy that I can ever remember going to. Dr. Lynn, Chris, Thea and the whole team provide excellent service. Yeah pretty much all the neg comments are true. I have my prescriptions there and Medicare is supposed to pay for my glucose monitors but for some reason they keep telling me they are not covered. I even bring in PROOF that they ARE covered. But I should pay 560.00 for a dexcom transmitter. FK that I am back to finger sticks. They will NOT work with me and have put my health at risk. As for the rudeness in the store, that is pretty much the norm here. I dont go there anymore except to pick up my meds. And speaking of that they never seem to be open. They are cutting the pharmacy hours every couple months. They dont want to pay their staff. A couple hours in the AM and a couple hours in the PM. I remember when it was 24/7 they were open. Those days are long gone. AND they were broken into and robbed 3 times in the last two months. Front door smashed and plywood now. This pretty much sums up my horrible experience with them. I had the pleasure of being helped by Melody during my visit today. She provided the most optimal level of professionalism and customer service while dealing with me and other customers simultaneously. The store was also very clean and easy to navigate. That being said, the temperature inside was comparable to the weather outside. Meaning that it's way too hot inside, to the point where I broke a sweat just going up and down the aisles. I'm not sure if the AC is out or what, but with the older population of customers, that should be taken care of asap! Overall great visit and I will be back based on the customer service! read more

I went to the pharmacy and found out my very popular medication was on back order. They found inventory at this CVS. I told the man at the pharmacy counter my story. He said "he couldn't give me the medication", because it was saved for someone else. I don't know if that is right or wrong, but it felt very wrong and no other employee in that pharmacy said one word. I highly doubt it's okay to " save medication for patients who" pick up their medication at that pharmacy. Maybe some training on what he should say is appropriate. Came in to see if their holiday stuff was out yet, as I'm looking for something in particular that says it is in stock at this location on the app. When I approached Melody she was rude and her response was "I don't know" to every question I asked. If you don't have an answer for anything maybe you shouldn't be working here. I would have appreciated some effort to find out at least when their Halloween holiday stuff would be out on shelves and she seemed like I was bothering her from simply asking. She could have asked her coworkers or anyone else to see if they had an answer for me as there were other people in the store but she couldn't be bothered to even do that. Lucky if the pharmacist will answer you on the phone... if not, you'll be in for 10+ minutes on hold after someone will cut you off and instantly tap the hold button !!! Helpful pharmacy people who acknowledge you and help you, but terrible store employee(blond, middle aged, female) who ignores you, then looks extremely irritated when you force a conversation and ask for assistance. First she gives you a dear in the headlights response like you're an alien and she has no clue what you are talking about, and then she tells you to look up your account yourself using some term only CVS people would know, so I had to ask her where to find such a machine. God forbid she actually try to do it for you using her register while no one is waiting. Maybe that is why there is the self checkout stations now, so they can completely eliminate her job since she clearly hates it. read more

Love our pharmacists. Efficient and caring. Right downtown which is handy. Well stocked for the area with adequate security.

It's fine for last-minute medical supplies, toiletries, etc. But don't bring your prescriptions here if you have even a fraction of a choice! 1. The pharmacy is painfully understaffed. They have two pharmacists and 3-4 techs. That's it. Expect a 4-5 day wait for prescriptions unless your doctor is willing to call and say it's a stat prescription. 2. If you take pain medications, do not bring them here. The male pharmacist literally looks for reasons to not dispense pain medications. I didn't believe my mom when she said the male pharmacist did this, but I just experienced it firsthand. My grandmother had emergency surgery. Once she was released, she needed more pain meds, prescribed by her regular doctor. The pharmacist tried to say he could only accept an electronic refill. Those do not exist for narcotics and I told him as much. His attitude switched instantly - slamming things down, muttering under his breath, etc. When the prescription was filled, he literally tossed them on the counter. Every time we go, there is SOME reason why it can't be filled, even if it's the pharmacist's "interpretation" of the instructions! 3. You must go into the pharmacy if you want answers. In-store customers get priority, then the drive-through, then the phone. I cannot tell you how many times I've waited on hold for 40 minutes, only to hang up and drive down the street to see NO ONE in line! 4. Lastly, it takes 4-5 days to get a prescription. I dropped off my mom's prescriptions on Friday. Today is Monday. The CVS app still shows they're working on it so I dropped in. I also had a new prescription to drop off. The female pharmacist offered to have the new one ready in 20 minutes. I waited 1 hour and 50 minutes. At the 90-minute mark, the pharmacist asked if I was waiting (no duh!) and then pulled my prescription out of a massive pile to fill it ASAP. They'd had them for four days at this point! Getting my flu shot took an hour because the pharmacist is so swamped. Seriously, stay away! Do not get your meds here if you can help it! read more

My service animal ( pitbull ) who had his vest on, we went to the pharmacy and notified me by barking and was right by me the whole time. A get said "you need to get that dog out, he's not nice" I told her he's a service animal and the manager continues to say to others, "he's not a service animal, he's not supposed to do that". We've been here numerous times. The staff has always been friendly, greeting us as soon as we walk in the door. If we've ever needed assistance finding something we've always found someone more than willing to help us. The pharmacy is fairly quick compared to other pharmacies we've visited. Although I'll never understand what takes so long to put pills into bottles. They also have a onsite medical clinic which is great for minor medical needs. read more

I was feeling under the weather and my boss encouraged me to go get checked out. I pass this CVS almost daily and noticed the Minute Clinic sign so I decided to give it a try. I signed in via their computer kiosk, not 2 minutes later I was called back for my check up. I was evaluated by their ANP and she decided on my diagnosis, prescribed my medication and told me what else I can do to get better. And if I wasn't feeling better or got worse to just call the clinic. It was fast and easy. You can even have your meds filled right there if you like. And they take most insurances. It was very convenient not to have to sit in a room full of other "sickies" for hours. Hopefully I won't need them again, but I'd go back if necessary. read more

Usually go to Walgreens for my prescription but I went here on accident. The pharmacist Kimberly, should be fired. While I'm at the counter, she says my name (first and last) then my husband's name then yells to her tech (who is not even in sight and no where near us) the name of my medication extremely loud. Everyone in the lobby can hear it. She then says I have to pay out of pocket for one of my meds and humiliated, I said no thank you I don't need it. She replies "yeah out of pocket you couldn't afford it"... How she knows what I can afford it's beyond me. I very much could afford it but it was NOT ready and I was so embarrassed after she shouted it that I wanted to leave. This woman is an idiot. I spoke to the store manager who literally looks lost and he was useless so I had to call corporate to report this pharmacist. Advice to customers, if you need a prescription that you don't want everyone to hear about, go somewhere else. read more

I've only visited the drive through pharmacy at this CVS but each time has been a very pleasant experience. The pharmacist has always been very helpful in explaining the prescribed medicine to me and potential side effects. On one of my trips the Pharmacist Assistant even pulled a product off the store shelf for me to purchase with my medicine at the drive through window. I needed to stay sitting in my car and this additional help was definitely going above and beyond the call of duty with no hesitation. read more

Impatient (I asked a simple question and she acted like I just asked for her first born son..) it was VERY clear she didn't want to be there and she made that the CUSTOMERS problem. Completely unprofessional, even for CVS. Also was charged more for my prescription than I normally pay at other locations.. (which I still don't understand but paying the extra money was better than dealing with her for ANY more time). Most times I have to come back 2-3 times before my prescription is ready because someone didnt fill it or the paperwork was misplaced. This is the most ghetto and unprofessional cvs I've ever been to. Let's be honest, cvs as a brand isn't my favorite I prefer Walgreens. But my insurance has more coverage through cvs so here I am. This one is the closest to my house it is literally on the way home. I can't tell you how many times I pull up through the drive thru and they have randomly closed it and make you come inside or how many times they close it early when there is still time to get your prescriptions. Don't get me wrong I don't mind going in but when I had just had a second c section and needed my medications or when I have a new born in the car and they purposefully close the drive thru mid day it's so unprofessional and ghetto. They use these random scraps of paper and sloppy hand writing to tell you to go into the store. Than in the store i go wait in line to check out and an employee gives me attitude and tells me i could use self check out... I DONT WORK HERE i will not scan my products that's what you are here for, do your job. I HATE this place. From the pharmacy to the inside no one wants to help or work. This is the WORST Pharmacy I have ever been too! Where to begin?! I will start with the small stuff! They have a sign that has an arrow that the right side is COVID testing with a sheet of paper in the corner barley readable for pick up in right lane.. I learned the first time when they had attitude with me I should know what one to follow. What's annoying is I am not the only one so this backs up lines people are waiting even longer! Their mic is shitty and another sign to turn off your car and wait in 110+ degree weather they act like it's our fault we can't hear. The Attitudes every single time I go! I take meds for my heart that I need. They said they were out and it would be over a week. They said it will be ready on the 21st. So I go back and they yell at me that I should have called first! Are you kidding me? Then when I do it take 20 mins just to get a person on the line. They say it's ready so for the 3rd time now I go and they say they don't have it. My Dr. in the last few months has had to recall in meds multiple times for one single order! Oh and not to mention the one that really pisses me off is they gave me the wrong dosage one month a huge difference and they can't change it and I am out of luck for the month! Worst EVERYTHING here! Tells me there is something wrong all the way around! Fix your shit, get people trained or let go, and get new management who can get this place to where it is Safe! read more

This was a nice CVS at one time. It had gone to crud, seems no one cares here. I shopped here for years & slowly but surely, we don't shop here at all. Wal Mart around the corner serves this area & prices are much better. Also a .99$ store across the street. If those 2 don't work go to Walgreens up the street. Also they are OPENED(this is how it is being spelled) on the street sign that works when it wants too. Used to have sales on it, no more. Great pharmacy staff! They are always timely in making sure my prescriptions are filled on time, and if there is any kind of a delay they will call and advise. They have always been so helpful! This store could quite possibly be the most poorly managed CVS in the whole country. It seems very dated inside and not at all pleasant. It's hardly ever busy but check out takes forever. It took over ten minutes for the check out clerk and the manager to figure out how much they should charge me for a 2oz travel size contact lense solution bottle with the second bottle at 50% off. The pharmacist Desiree Gomez is the most unprofessional , judgemental,and flat out ignorant person I have ever seen. She couldn't even walk over to the drive through window to inquire about my new address (just moved to LV) so she screamed from 20 feet away " why did you come here to fill this"? Um , because you are a pharmacy I don't understand the question. She then screamed what are you having surgery because I will not fill this. I have just come from my neurologist and was in enough pain without needing her abuse. I could go on and on. I called CVS corporate. They were speechless and could do nothing to get my business back. Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. It's like they enjoy wasting your time. They move terribly slow and don't even apologize. My prescription was ready but still had to wait over a half hour to get it. Then to top it off the syrup that the minute clinic prescribed me wasn't closed all the way therefore leaking all over my purse and brand new car.
