Visited this Walgreens at 12:40am August 14th and the two nicest people on earth helped me and my partner out. Truly such a pleasure being greeted nicely and treated with what seemed like genuine kindness. All they did was unlock the bathroom door and have us pay but it was great. #thelittlethings read more

On April 15, 2026, at approximately 12:25 a.m., I experienced an unprofessional and hostile interaction with one of your employees at the Walgreens location. The cashier, a young man wearing prescription glasses and a black hoodie sweater, became verbally aggressive during the checkout process for my purchase of approximately 20 items. After completing the transaction, the cashier forcefully slammed the receipt on the counter and abruptly left the register area, shouting toward my boss and me, calling us "lame asses." The reason given was that we had purchased more than ten items--an explanation that did not make sense and was entirely inappropriate. Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Walgreens' commitment to customer service. I hope management will address this matter promptly to ensure employees are trained to handle customers respectfully and professionally, regardless of transaction size. read more

Be well and Be healthy! At Walgreens they are giving us the gift of healthy and healing. After a doctor appointment you have to come in and get that prescription to get well. Over and over again they have never let us down with having it ready. The phone system will notify you when it's ready, until you actually pick up the prescription too! While you are in store they sell all sort of items that you would need and can get here and make it one stop shopping. They stock most aisle with more than the usual stuff and basics too. The pricing is pretty good too. If you forgot those special items in the health and beauty department they have quite a big selection of items that are worth buying. Truly check out this area. Some items that are usually cheaper because they don't sell them many times. Stuff on sale is always great. They might be worth a look. You never know what you might not have. At Walgreens these individuals have incredible attitudes and are willing to help the individuals that walk through the door. Come one and all. The pharmacy is in the back. Be sure and take a stroll through the store you never know what you're forgetting. read more

I called in a prescription at 11:30am. They said it would be an hour and a half. I had other things to do so I finally got in close to 5 to pick up. They said it will still be a bit to get it ready.... The pharmacist also asked me if the medication would give me an allergic reaction since I have other allergies. I'm not sure. I haven't had this medication before and I don't have any pharmaceutical knowledge. They were seriously confused if I knew if the close relationship between my allergies and this medication would have a reaction. I again explained I didn't know. She let me go with it anyway. read more

Absolutely fantastic pharmacy experience! I was having difficulty getting a partially filled prescription to be transferred to a location that had some in stock. Not only did they have it but they made it easy to get done and filled earlier than their stated promise time. Wonderful customer service, including answering the phone quickly as well. Would give 10 stars if possible I'd tried several other locations prior to this one, with no luck at all. Thanks! read more

I felt I was being discriminated against. I entered into store 5479 in Las Vegas. I am visiting family as I approach the pharmacy front counter I stated, I want to do a transfer prescription pick up for my child. I provide their date of birth and last name. Cece asked me at least 3 times for my child date of birth I said it in the actual month day and year. Then I tell her in digits since she seems to not comprehend.i felt she was bring funny. I was asked to spell out my child last name more than once before my ID was asked for. I asked her why does my id need to presented, she is telling me that she can't find my child which was a lie. I hate to have to go thier but the truth of the matter is I am black women with darker skin complexion and my child lady name is that of Mexican/Hispanic origin. So this employee used her bias opinion based on observation of me that I could not be related to the child who meds I am trying to refill. How do I come to that conclusion. Of all the years I have been using Walgreens to fill mines and kids prescription. I have never been ID to fill or pick up a prescription. The fact that she lied and said she could not find my child in the systems based on the date of birth I had given. Let me know I was being discriminated. Usually when I fill a prescription I am asked 1st the date of birth it's entered in the system. Then I am asked the last name then Ist name. That verifies that the person information on the screen based on the birthdate is actually who it is. What CeCe did was humiliated me in front of other customers, pretending she can't find my child in the system. I even wrote out the last name on paper and she still pretended not to locate my child. I then choose to walk away. I said a few words. I headed to the cashier asking to speak to a manager, none was available. I go back to pharmacy to obtain the person name to file a complaint. The pharmacist offered to assist me but he made the situation worse. Taking up for her, never offered an apology. I was not buying it. read more

I have never had any problems with this location other than the fact that it seems like they are always short staffed. Walgreens - a sign in the window of a store - Drugstores Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

While everyone was watching the Super Bowl, I was running errands lol. Ordered some products for pick-up via the Walgreens app. This was usually a convenient process for me and never ran into any problems. I had 2 items for pick-up in my cart only to find out that only 1 was packed and available. However, upon checking the aisle where the products were, there were actually a couple more available. The employees were unsure how the store's inventory was different from the app, likely some problem with streamlining the data. I felt bad for the employees since line was starting to form as they address the issue, I was holding everybody up :( I was there for almost an hour due to multiple issues with the registers as well, but I didn't mind the wait so I stepped aside for the others to check out lol! Thanks to the 2 employees who had been very reassuring and patient the entire time the problem was resolved :) read more

They dont even deserve 1 star lol. They treat long time customers horribly and they all have bad attitudes especially Craig he gives you dirty looks and speaks in a mean tone when you ask questions horrible employee everytime he rang me up he always had a bad attitude he should be fired. Another thing is when they are irritated with you they give you dirty looks, don't want to help you on the floor and walk past you on purpose when you are calling for help. Horrible location dont go here let alone coupon here they'll treat you like literal sh**. Their store is also filthy like their attitudes. You don't even deserve one star but Google review didn't allow me to leave it blank. The cashier thought it would be a good idea to be disrespectful to my 72 year old mother because she couldn't take some simple criticism regarding the fact that no one came to help her unlock an item in the hair care aisle. This cashier (no name as of yet) who has no business being employed in a customer service position, has zero people skills, and should be filing papers by herself in a cubicle somewhere for a living. She also refused to complete my mothers purchase and told her " go somewhere else", not knowing that my mother shops regularly in this store and spends more in one visit then her entire paycheck. Don't worry, cooperate is already contacted and I have a case number in hand. Just wanted to let the public know to keep an eye on your elderly family or friends who may do business here and it's probably not a good idea to let them come inside alone without someone to defend and protect them. I'm closing just wanted to share a fun fact about myself to little miss cashier, who will be named soon in my next review.....if you cause trouble to my mother, then I cause trouble to you. I heard Indeed has some great job opportunities. I suggest packing boxes or something from a computer at home where you have zero communication with people. You are deplorable and a horrible excuse for a customer service employee, especially in a place where the customers are elderly and may not be able to speak for themselves. read more

I'm at Walgreens now on Windmill and Eastetn. The line at the pharmacy is so long! There's about over 15 people waiting in line behind me. It's finally my turn and the Asian lady told me they are not doing any vaccine right now, after waiting in line for 45 minutes cz they are understaffed! I said seriously after waiting in line for 45 mins? Then she told me to calm down! My appointment was at 7:20pm. I'm still patiently waiting to get my vaccine. The store itself isn't in bad shape, seems well kept. So I'm giving this store a low score due to its customer service, very rarely do I come to a Walgreens or cvs really needing help but I needed something that was locked up. I needed a thermometer since I felt my 1 year old son wasn't feeling great. I have a thermometer but it usually stays home.I have been meaning to get a second one for when I travel or leave the house. There was no button near for me to press for assistance. So I walk to the cashier and ask if they can help get the thermometer. Since she is behind the register I assume she can't leave her post so she calls for another employee. She was calling across the store for her so I said " well if she's the one that can help me I can go to her" so I walk over to the other employee, I asked her if she could please assist me when she had a chance to get the thermometer. No urgency, she seemed okay friendly but she did let me know that she would come and help me as soon as she was done doing what she was doing. I said that's fine and that I'll wait by the thermometers. I wait, and I wait and I keep waiting. I waited 15 minutes and I finally see her but she's chatting with someone up at the front of the store. Then I finally see her coming my way but actually she is helping someone else, we are literally in the same isle. So she just flat out ignored me. I didn't want to be annoying so I just waited a few more minutes, I wait another 10 minutes and still nothing. So I end up just purchasing the thermometer on Amazon. That's what I was originally going to do but I wanted the item sooner. It's employees like this that make business disappear so our only option is to order online because sadly Amazon is just faster. The future will be online shopping and I'm not sure I want that . I am still a person that likes to physically shop and look at things and get them that same day. I was gonna say something to the employee but honestly I knew it wouldn't have help and I'd end up having to be the asshole in this entire situation. So hopefully they improve their customer service because If not I wouldn't be surprised once they get replaced with robots. I know that due to the pandemic business everywhere are low staffed but c'mon, nobody but my mom and I were at the store. I don't want to be mean to an employee especially when they are doing the best they can but let's be real here, this is not their best read more

Seems those that posted 1 star are 'get what you give' types. I had no issues whatsoever. Noah in the pharmacy was polite and happy to assist. The pharmacist on staff (9 pm) was also very helpful. CORPORATE CS LINE: 1-800-925-4733 I have been using this location for over 4 years and have had consistent issues. First of all, I have placed pickup orders online 2-3 times. Each time there has been an issue...not ready, totally lost, claiming they don't see it, although corporate found it right away when I called. This week, I got notice my antidepressant refill that I called in wouldn't be ready for 8 days after the date I requested a refill...3 days after it was due. When I called, I was told they are filling some meds in Arizona! WTF? We are in Nevada and antidepressants aren't a medication you can just do without or there are serious side effects! Today, my mother called to check on the status of her pain medication that she called in for refill 3 days ago and was told today (Saturday) after 8 to pick them up. They weren't showing ready at 10, hence the call. They told her they were out and it wouldn't be ready until Monday! She is a 75 year old woman with spinal stenosis, bad knees and arthritis riddling her body. She now has to do without medication and deal with excess pain and withdrawals because you also don't just stop these meds cold Turkey without repercussions. When I called to ask them why this happened, they replied "More than one person takes this medication." I told her it wasn't necessary to get rude as I just asked a question and was not being rude to her. At this point, I had enough. After all of these issues, I have never complained. But the way she spoke to me was the straw that broke the camel's back. I called corporate who created a case number and were very understanding. They told me they cannot address the issues if folks don't call. So, please call when you have an issue! 1-800-925-4733 read more

Management obviously don't care about these reviews. But I'm going to leave one anyway. This is one of my MAIN neighborhood Walgreens. First, the 24 hour pharmacy is a god send!! I work night shifts so I'm usually sleeping during normal business hours. This makes it so much easier to pick up my prescriptions. Second, I was in the store the other night (picking up a prescription) and I got so annoyed that the elderly couple in line in front of me was asking EVERY SINGLE QUESTION THEY COULD THINK OF to the pharmacy tech. Then, I noticed how patient and kind the pharmacy tech was being to them. He answered every question (sometimes multiple times) professionally and patiently. His patience and kindness quelled my irritation. Once they were finished, he treated me with the same kindness, patience, and professionalism. This is the location you will find on the southwest corner of Windmill and Eastern. I love the fact that this location is open 24 hours a day! (Same goes with the gym, Walmart, laundromat, etc.) I usually come here to fill my scripts as well. They have an outstanding Walgreens Prescription Savings Club that will give you substantial discounts on your meds whether you have insurance or not! It only costs $20..00 a year too! Screaming deal! I was here this late evening with a doctor's prescription. One of the pharmacy staff looked at the prescription, went and talked to pharmacist for a minute, came back told me they didn't have the medication in stock and weren't willing to order it. Weird but okay, since I have been going to Walgreens for over 20 years I asked if another Walgreens might have it in stock and was told by they staff member maybe. Hmm okay, I then asked if they could help me find it so I don't have to drive around location to location to fill a prescription and the staff member said she would give it a try. This is where it gets really strange, as she is looking up another Walgreens to call, the pharmacist comes out from around the corner and tells me in a patronizing manner they are not allowed to call around for that medication and there was nothing they could do for me. When I pressed them if I should go to a competitor they said yes and even suggested I call my doctor and get a different prescription as an option! It was a pretty uncomfortable and awkward conversation and I knew they weren't shooting me straight. As a shareholder in Walgreens Boot Alliance I still wan't willing to give up on them. I went to another Walgreens with the same prescription and they had the medication ready for me in 45 minutes. The second location also said there is no company policy where they cannot call other locations for that medication, and that they certainly could have ordered it for me if not in stock. Not ordering it doesn't bother as much as being lied to by the pharmacist. It was so obvious and just made the situation really uncomfortable for me, not to mention it's downright insulting. Hopefully they can get better trained staff in there that understands customer service. read more
