On April 15, 2026, at approximately 12:25 a.m., I experienced an unprofessional and hostile interaction with one of your employees at the Walgreens location. The cashier, a young man wearing prescription glasses and a black hoodie sweater, became verbally aggressive during the checkout process for my purchase of approximately 20 items. After completing the transaction, the cashier forcefully slammed the receipt on the counter and abruptly left the register area, shouting toward my boss and me, calling us "lame asses." The reason given was that we had purchased more than ten items--an explanation that did not make sense and was entirely inappropriate. Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Walgreens' commitment to customer service. I hope management will address this matter promptly to ensure employees are trained to handle customers respectfully and professionally, regardless of transaction size. read more

Be well and Be healthy! At Walgreens they are giving us the gift of healthy and healing. After a doctor appointment you have to come in and get that prescription to get well. Over and over again they have never let us down with having it ready. The phone system will notify you when it's ready, until you actually pick up the prescription too! While you are in store they sell all sort of items that you would need and can get here and make it one stop shopping. They stock most aisle with more than the usual stuff and basics too. The pricing is pretty good too. If you forgot those special items in the health and beauty department they have quite a big selection of items that are worth buying. Truly check out this area. Some items that are usually cheaper because they don't sell them many times. Stuff on sale is always great. They might be worth a look. You never know what you might not have. At Walgreens these individuals have incredible attitudes and are willing to help the individuals that walk through the door. Come one and all. The pharmacy is in the back. I have never had any problems with this location other than the fact that it seems like they are always short staffed. I appreciate the loyalty that the workers there have being that the Pharmacy and store are open for 24 hours. It's a joke! My son got infection and I went to Urgent Care 6:30pm...doctor sent for this pharmacy . When I called..they stated never received but when was supposed to be ready message me. They didn't. I called to Urgent Care again and they called to the pharmacy to order verbally..that is a mess!After my 3rd call they told the real and never imagined reason: their FAX was broken...the pharmacist didn't speak an understanding language and was rude.The pharmacy was also out of stock for my medication. Let's set the record straight first this is walgreens like all walgreens a drug store with some food and cosmetics. The big difference is this is very clean( not many boxes in the aisle) and the store & pharmacy are open 24/7. Always use this Walgreens photo department for calendars every year and they turn out good. Sometimes the photos could be better. I also get holiday cards and I just realized my second pack that should have been 20 cards was actually 9 cards and 14 envelopes. I'm so glad I paid 35 dollars for 9 cards and not my full order. While everyone was watching the Super Bowl, I was running errands lol. Ordered some products for pick-up via the Walgreens app. This was usually a convenient process for me and never ran into any problems. I had 2 items for pick-up in my cart only to find out that only 1 was packed and available. However, upon checking the aisle where the products were, there were actually a couple more available. The employees were unsure how the store's inventory was different from the app, likely some problem with streamlining the data. I felt bad for the employees since line was starting to form as they address the issue, I was holding everybody up :( I was there for almost an hour due to multiple issues with the registers as well, but I didn't mind the wait so I stepped aside for the others to check out lol! It's finally my turn and the Asian lady told me they are not doing any vaccine right now, after waiting in line for 45 minutes cz they are understaffed! The cashier thought it would be a good idea to be disrespectful to my 72 year old mother because she couldn't take some simple criticism regarding the fact that no one came to help her unlock an item in the hair care aisle. This cashier (no name as of yet) who has no business being employed in a customer service position, has zero people skills, and should be filing papers by herself in a cubicle somewhere for a living. She also refused to complete my mothers purchase and told her " go somewhere else", not knowing that my mother shops regularly in this store and spends more in one visit then her entire paycheck. Don't worry, cooperate is already contacted and I have a case number in hand. Just wanted to let the public know to keep an eye on your elderly family or friends who may do business here and it's probably not a good idea to let them come inside alone without someone to defend and protect them. The store itself isn't in bad shape, seems well kept. So I'm giving this store a low score due to its customer service, very rarely do I come to a Walgreens or cvs really needing help but I needed something that was locked up. I needed a thermometer since I felt my 1 year old son wasn't feeling great. I have a thermometer but it usually stays home.I have been meaning to get a second one for when I travel or leave the house. There was no button near for me to press for assistance. So I walk to the cashier and ask if they can help get the thermometer. Since she is behind the register I assume she can't leave her post so she calls for another employee. She was calling across the store for her so I said " well if she's the one that can help me I can go to her" so I walk over to the other employee, I asked her if she could please assist me when she had a chance to get the thermometer. No urgency, she seemed okay friendly but she did let me know that she would come and help me as soon as she was done doing what she was doing. I said that's fine and that I'll wait by the thermometers. I wait, and I wait and I keep waiting. I waited 15 minutes and I finally see her but she's chatting with someone up at the front of the store. Then I finally see her coming my way but actually she is helping someone else, we are literally in the same isle. So she just flat out ignored me. I didn't want to be annoying so I just waited a few more minutes, I wait another 10 minutes and still nothing. So I end up just purchasing the thermometer on Amazon. That's what I was originally going to do but I wanted the item sooner. It's employees like this that make business disappear so our only option is to order online because sadly Amazon is just faster. The future will be online shopping and I'm not sure I want that . I am still a person that likes to physically shop and look at things and get them that same day. I was gonna say something to the employee but honestly I knew it wouldn't have help and I'd end up having to be the asshole in this entire situation. So hopefully they improve their customer service because If not I wouldn't be surprised once they get replaced with robots. I know that due to the pandemic business everywhere are low staffed but c'mon, nobody but my mom and I were at the store. . While I appreciate this location is open on a holiday, please staff as if you are the only store open for miles. I needed a pain medication that has no substitute and was locked up (as were half of the pain medications.) There was only one person at the register and one person available to open locked cabinets. I went to walgreens today to grab a few items and I also picked up a bang energy drink. When I got to the register the lady ask for my ID. I said there's no alcohol in this it's just a bang. She said she didn't care it's still an energy drink and she still needed my ID for me to buy it. Listen up, I'm 32 years old. CORPORATE CS LINE: 1-800-925-4733 I have been using this location for over 4 years and have had consistent issues. First of all, I have placed pickup orders online 2-3 times. Each time there has been an issue...not ready, totally lost, claiming they don't see it, although corporate found it right away when I called. This week, I got notice my antidepressant refill that I called in wouldn't be ready for 8 days after the date I requested a refill...3 days after it was due. When I called, I was told they are filling some meds in Arizona! WTF? We are in Nevada and antidepressants aren't a medication you can just do without or there are serious side effects! Today, my mother called to check on the status of her pain medication that she called in for refill 3 days ago and was told today (Saturday) after 8 to pick them up. They weren't showing ready at 10, hence the call. They told her they were out and it wouldn't be ready until Monday! She is a 75 year old woman with spinal stenosis, bad knees and arthritis riddling her body. She now has to do without medication and deal with excess pain and withdrawals because you also don't just stop these meds cold Turkey without repercussions. When I called to ask them why this happened, they replied "More than one person takes this medication." I told her it wasn't necessary to get rude as I just asked a question and was not being rude to her. At this point, I had enough. After all of these issues, I have never complained. But the way she spoke to me was the straw that broke the camel's back. I called corporate who created a case number and were very understanding. First, the 24 hour pharmacy is a god send!! I work night shifts so I'm usually sleeping during normal business hours. This makes it so much easier to pick up my prescriptions. Second, I was in the store the other night (picking up a prescription) and I got so annoyed that the elderly couple in line in front of me was asking EVERY SINGLE QUESTION THEY COULD THINK OF to the pharmacy tech. Then, I noticed how patient and kind the pharmacy tech was being to them. He answered every question (sometimes multiple times) professionally and patiently. His patience and kindness quelled my irritation. Once they were finished, he treated me with the same kindness, patience, and professionalism. Seems those that posted 1 star are 'get what you give' types. I had no issues whatsoever. Noah in the pharmacy was polite and happy to assist. The pharmacist on staff (9 pm) was also very helpful. I was here this late evening with a doctor's prescription. One of the pharmacy staff looked at the prescription, went and talked to pharmacist for a minute, came back told me they didn't have the medication in stock and weren't willing to order it. Weird but okay, since I have been going to Walgreens for over 20 years I asked if another Walgreens might have it in stock and was told by they staff member maybe. Hmm okay, I then asked if they could help me find it so I don't have to drive around location to location to fill a prescription and the staff member said she would give it a try. This is where it gets really strange, as she is looking up another Walgreens to call, the pharmacist comes out from around the corner and tells me in a patronizing manner they are not allowed to call around for that medication and there was nothing they could do for me. When I pressed them if I should go to a competitor they said yes and even suggested I call my doctor and get a different prescription as an option! It was a pretty uncomfortable and awkward conversation and I knew they weren't shooting me straight. As a shareholder in Walgreens Boot Alliance I still wan't willing to give up on them. I went to another Walgreens with the same prescription and they had the medication ready for me in 45 minutes. The second location also said there is no company policy where they cannot call other locations for that medication, and that they certainly could have ordered it for me if not in stock. Not ordering it doesn't bother as much as being lied to by the pharmacist. It was so obvious and just made the situation really uncomfortable for me, not to mention it's downright insulting. This is the location you will find on the southwest corner of Windmill and Eastern. I love the fact that this location is open 24 hours a day! As someone who works graves, I can appreciate all the places that are open overnight, so that I can get some errands done on my off days while still maintaining my schedule! (Same goes with the gym, Walmart, laundromat, etc.) I usually come here to fill my scripts as well. They have an outstanding Walgreens Prescription Savings Club that will give you substantial discounts on your meds whether you have insurance or not! It only costs $20..00 a year too! Screaming deal! I saved almost $1,200 last year alone with this plan! Otherwise, the store is very clean and well stocked. Every employee I have talked to has been helpful and friendly. Holy Crap! I came here because I needed to get some hair spray, thinking I'd forgotten it at home. When I asked for the travel size, the clerk showed me that I should buy the full size since the travel size was only $0.20 cheaper. (the hell you say?) A six pack of Daisani was $3.49. This location is always clean and well stocked. Everyone at the pharmacy and Take Care Clinic are cool and helpful. I've been to some stores closer to the strip that tend to get a "party crowd" coming in to pick up their supplies for the night or vagrants looking for handouts. HORRIBLE PHARMACY! Specifically Twan, who made refilling a perscription a nightmare for my doctor and I. Making claims that my doctor said were completely false. He asks me to provide proof of what my doctor was claiming and I agreed to show him but then he no longer wanted to see it and changed his story when he realized I actually had proof to prove his story wrong. Then I ask him for proof to back up his claims and he can't provide any. Every time I've ever tried to refill here, I see people at the pharmacy arguing with the pharmacists. Here's a story about how I was treated like a criminal earlier 8/11/17 around 3pm. I went in to drop off my prescription paper and buy a Rockstar Energy drink but right away a cosmetics display caught my eye since, ya know, that's what the displays ars designed to do. Immediately I caught the awkward attention of a female employee and I could see her from the corner of my eye just creeping on me. She hovered for a while and finally carefully asked if I needed help. I shook my head nah with a fake smile and kept looking. She walked away for maybe 5 seconds then, what she must have thought was out of my field of view, circled kinda behind me at the edge of the aisle and just watched me. I'm talking like 4 feet away from me staring. So awkward!!! So, finally I am sick of it and annoyed and no longer want to buy anything and walk past her. I wasn't 100% sure she thought I was a criminal til I heard her voice immediately on the speaker say "Code 99." At this point I was getting my drinks and casually looking around at the employees who had taken an interest in me. I had never heard Code 99 before but it was pretty obvious to anyone who isn't a total dipsh*t that it's a scare tactic for shoplifting. A quick Google search confirmed my suspicions. Even from the pharmacy section where I dropped off my prescription and paid for my drinks they were creeping, including the cosmetics girl on the opposite side of the store just enjoying the "show" of me waiting in line, paying for my drinks, and leaving. I arrived in a decent car and had no where to hide any items as I was in tight, light colored gym gear with no purse. I had barely been inside 30 seconds before the employee chose me.
