My health insurance changed to CVS for prescriptions about a year ago and I have to admit I kind of like the place. I shopped there yesterday for the first time not getting a prescription and was pleased to see the baby formula was only .80 more than Walmart and I didn't need to wait for someone to come unlock the cage then wait in line for 15 minutes. Also got the CVS brand razor (similar to the Mach 3) and it works great same price as the Mach 3 but comes with 2 refil cartridges. Other than being forced to use the because of insurance requirements this place sucks... I am now able to use Walgreens and getting my prescription's transferred they (cvs) send them (Walgreens) the wrong information creating nothing but a nightmare. Not really surprised seeing as dealing with cvs has always been a nightmare... Thank god I can now use a real pharmacy!!! read more

It never fails. My insurance forces me to come here because now they won't cover vaccines at Walgreens, where I prefer. As usual (90% of the time) the customer service is rude. The folks that answer the phone on the number on the card are ride and usually the ppl in the pharmacy are pretty rude and inept. read more

Placed an order for photo projects-- a week later, I try to pick up my order and no one has called to inform me one product was out of stock and they can't find the other. Used the photo kiosk to print one 5x7 photo. Watched the machine spit it out. Waited 15 minutes in line, then shown the photo which was completely over saturated & useless. I showed the original photo on my phone & told them I did not want the photo printed & why. They said I still had to pay. I told them their printer was malfunctioning, and then ran my card, and started to walk out. "Sir, you forgot your photo." "The photo is useless." Don't get digital photos printed here. read more

COVID ALERT!!!!!! Came in today 4/25 at 5:20 pm. One on the employee didn't seem to care about wearing a mask. Is he was drinking her water. That's something you do in a break room. I then noticed her again. I asked her to put her mask on. Then she gets rude and says that they know how to put in there masks and it slips. But it wasn't just a slip down to her nose, it was "guarding" her chin. When I eas leaving I noticed a cashier in front where he had his nose exposed. They don't take COVID mask guidelines seriously here. read more

Out of all of my years he's in CVS Pharmacy which is more than 15 years I have to say that this is absolutely the worst CVS I have ever encountered. It was only after listening to my son struggle to the first phone call and not get any of his questions answered and get the runaround for five minutes that I decide to call back and speak with the pharmacist directly which yielded no results either. The staff is incompetent they do not follow instructions they don't answer questions. I tried to get my sons mental health medication transferred over and it was the most grueling process. They made it so difficult that I just ended up sending it back to the original pharmacy that it was at which I shouldn't have had to do because I asked the pharmacist to cancel the transfer and she did not so I still had to contact the other pharmacy in order to complete the transfer back to the original pharmacy. My son is a mental health medications and this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Being that we are new to the area I also called last Friday to get my birth control prescription filled there and I was told they will contact my doctor and get back to me well here it is the NEXT Friday and I heard nothing back. It's been a whole week and they have not even followed up with me. I've already gone to Planned Parenthood and got my birth control just because if I wait on them I be pregnant by now. My daughter had 4 wisdom teeth pulled, so we stopped by the closest CVS to pick up her antibiotics and pain medication. When we arrived, the first technician we spoke with, an older Asian woman, told us they were out and we would have to go to another location to find it. When I asked if she could help by calling other CVS pharmacies to locate the medications to avoid possibly having to drive to 13 different CVS's while my kid was in extreme pain, she told me no, it was impossible and walked away. Another technician, named ILEKA, walked over, immediately got on the phone and tracked down a CVS pharmacy that had the medication in stock. I really appreciated the level of customer service provided by ILEKA and plan on calling today to let the pharmacist in charge know how helpful he was. read more

Zero stars! Hopefully you don't need a life altering prescription. Showed up 5 minutes before closing time, door locked. Waited for the clerk to let a customer out, she refused to let me in. Told me they were closed. When I pointed out to her that the store hours clearly stated that they closed at 9, and that it was 8:55, she closed the door in my face. I think CVS is my favorite pharmacy store. They are the largest and have a wide variety of items. I usually go to pick out some different nail polish, get some over the counter meds or grab a snack. This store has all the basic necessities.They have milk and various refrigerated food on the far right side of the store. They have an especially good selection of candy and holiday items. The staff is friendly and lines are usually short. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would, this location has ripped me off two times now, once on a photo order their "machine" got wrong, yet they still charged me, and then on an unopened product that I didn't even leave the store with and paid CASH for, they refused to give me a refund. Had to come here on Christmas to pick up some quick items and they were fairly slow. We found what we needed and the line was short but when we went to check out the manager that was ringing us out was so unbelievably rude to her employees. I couldn't believe how disrespectful she was. One of the employees said that she needed to take a break because she hadn't eaten yet and the manager says there no way your going anywhere right now, I haven't eaten since yesterday and you don't see me complaining about it. Then she started mumbling under her breath. She was very rude about it and in front of customers I feel like she could've handled the situation differently. Left a very bad taste in my mouth, even my husband commented on her attitude when we got to the car. I understand you don't want to be working on Christmas but neither do your employees so you should be a little kinder!! read more

I went to this pharmacy for two reasons, I've been there before and it's close to home. I had dental surgery and stopped to have a prescription filled. Now it's been some time, nearly 8 months, since I've been there. A young light skinned black woman comes up to help me already seeming annoyed. Have you been here before she ask? Yes. She looks up my name, "do you still live in Georgia? Uhhh no I don't and haven't for over a year. Well what's your address then. Mind you, half my mouth is numb and I'm trying to tell this rude tail as best I can my address, which she gets wrong. She then asks me if I have insurance, I say yes and hand her my ID card. She takes it with a look as though she's touched something nasty and says, "We don't take Tricare you need to go to Walgreens." Now I've been treated some kind of way before but this Jefferson struck a nerve. I don't know how many times I've gone to CVS and gotten a flu shot and now they don't take Tricare?!?! I can tell you this, it will be a cold day in hell before I EVER step foot in that or any raggedy ass CVS again! read more

This place is horrible. My hormones are on back order and they have no idea when they will b in. This is the worst customer service ever. I can't just stop my hormones. This is not the first time. Pulling all my Meds I can to a private pharmacy. Then you have to dodge the homeless, loiters , druggies , and punks outside in your way to your car. Hate this place ! HATE!!! Pharmacy is terrible. Out of stock on a particular rx and unwilling to check other locations to see if they have it.

This pharmacy wasn't my fav the first six months or so that I used it. But now that I've been using it for over a year, I'm liking it better. Most of the staff members are kind, friendly and helpful. I like being able to get a text message when my Rx is ready for pickup. read more

I like how they call extra people to work the registers if there are even only a couple of people in line to check out. I don't really buy but two items here and they seem to be permanently on sale, for better prices than I find elsewhere.
