Just got turned away from getting the vaccine. I was on the fence about getting it anyway, so,…read moremaybe they did me a favor. ‍ Their website says walk ins welcome so, I went in, only to be told that walk ins are on weekdays only..again, even though the website clearly states otherwise and, there are no posted signs saying so either. Spoke to manager at the front and was told, "this is a pharmacy issue, we have nothing to do with them, they are a completely separate entity".

To top it off, 3 days to get a 5 day supply and told the rest will be available in 10 days... I guess I'll just take half the medication prescribed!!! The one thing I do find infuriating is they will on an occasion just cancel a refill with no explanation besides call if you want... my feeling on having to call is I probably should just call CVS instead.

Do yourself a favor if you're going to this Pharmacy stop if you're thinking about going there, don't do it. I don't live out there when I asked for one Jay said we don't have them I told him I get a ice pack only when needed from here or any other pharmacy I never had a issue, not even here. he began to tell me rudely we don't have to give you one the others were being nice as if it would hurt him to give one then told me it didn't need to be refrigerated which isn't true. If this is what I have to deal with or him I rather change pharmacy. I pay for medication so if it's destroyed because of him I will return medication. UPDATE: I'm changing from this pharmacy because I left a post regarding my ice pack they decided to play with my medication not filling all of them after I called and ask and they told me yes all medications was ready though there was no text like always. I will be filing a complaint as pharmacist you never play with people medication for retaliation very unacceptable.
