First, definitely plan to spend some extra time here because the food and drinks can take a while to come out. The raspberry hibiscus tea especially doesn't taste as fresh as it used to. It almost has an "old" taste to it, and I'm not sure if they changed the syrup or the way it's made, but it definitely doesn't taste the same as it did when they first opened. I've also noticed that the coffee is very inconsistent. Even when I order the exact same drink, it seems to taste different every time. Some days it's really good, and other days it tastes completely different. I'm sharing this because I genuinely used to enjoy Trio, and I'd love to see the consistency and quality return to what it was when they first opened. Anyway, the two young women behind the line were nice and pleasant in their overall interactions with me. We had a small chat about the business as no one was in line and I didn't feel rushed, or pressured, to make my custom poke bowl. As I'm eating it now, it's very tasty. I also thought it was reasonably priced considering everything that I put on my bowl. I will definitely be back.
