HEB was not accepting new patients for my medication. I was beginning to panic because I have to take this medication to function and would become extremely sick if I didn't have it. The Pharmacist promptly asked for my information, set me up an account over the phone and told me to have my Dr send over the prescription. She was very kind and professional. I had initially told her I had insurance but it did not cover the prescription and when I called back to confirm it was received she wanted to make sure, in fact, that the insurance wouldn't cover it because it was almost $300. I always have issues every month with CVS. I didn't have not one issue with this lady who didn't even have an account with me to fill a prescription that is so important for me to live. Here is the issue, over the last three months I have been caught off guard by people begging for money outside . While getting in my truck i had an individual ride up on a bike and ask me for money . He somewhat blocked me from shutting the door . Lazy, uncaring, and basically don't give a fuk about the customers. I wouldn't do business with CVS at all but my prescription insurance provider requires it. As a result of the shitty customer service, I've changed to a different CVS store.
