We want to thank Jeremy who helped us get our babies passport photos taken! We were flexible and willing to help make it easy for the CVS staff. The other CVS location on Franz & Katy Hockley didn't event want to try to take the passport photo and told us that it depends on the age if a CVS location can help us or not... No where did I read on any CVS location that passport photos vary by age per location. I know babies can't sit up on their own, it's as simple as holding them and snapping the pic. Again kuddos to Jeremy at this Westgreen location making the effort to help us out in getting a baby passport photo taken for us. read more

I've been here often and I'm never disappointed. I never have to wait in line, because there's always a cashier and also 2 self checkout lanes. There's almost always a sale on everything I purchase. The aisles are always neat. The parking lot is huge, so there's never an issue. The aisles are always fully stocked and everything I need is always there. The employees are always upbeat and friendly. The cashiers always ask if you had any issues and will work to fix the issue if you identify one. read more

I would them a 0 star I won't never recommend this pharmacy to anyone especially if you're moving here from Out of state and you need your medications transferred from your old pharmacy to this pharmacy, well let me tell you about the pharmacist in charge has the worst customer service and got frustrated with me over their mistake when I had given them like 5 days ahead all my ex-pharmacy info to get our medications transferred to here in Katy Texas when we asked if they were able to get our meds transferred they could t find any info so I asked how long more we had to wait she got mad because she said she wasn't there and some how there was no info of us in their system and because it was Labor day she couldn't do anything and we said ok so maybe in another 24 hrs she said I don't know let me see but with the ugliest and biggest attitude. So my daughter said never-mind go to her pharmacy on grand park, so we did. I do highly recommend you going to the CVS Pharmacy on Grand Park way the pharmacist was very nice no issues and was able to get all our medications transferred from California to Texas the very next day. read more

I have gone to this cvs multiple times and it seems each time I go there's an issue with my extra bucks printing or a coupon being accepted even though the requirements have been fulfilled. Additionally, when the extra bucks don't print and they manually issue them, they issue them to the wrong cvs account. So when I immediately go to purchase an item with the extra bucks that were issued, they refuse to override them...even though the reason they won't go through is because they issued them to the wrong account. Don't go here. These people lack training. read more

This free-standing CVS carries not only extended Robitussin Max, but also alcohol-free, dye-free Robitussin. Yes! Well on my way to getting well and feeling better. Thank you, CVS team! As a side note, on the way in, I noticed some rubbish just outside the entrance. I pointed it out to the manager Keith. And, just minutes later, when I exited, I noticed he'd already attended to cleaning up the trash. Super responsive leadership and staff, who treat employment like ownership. Nice job! read more

I Came to pick up my prescription at the pharmacy and I am highly upset. It is 10 minutes before 6pm and I am assisted by the Cashier Pharmacist Mrs.tazz. Unfortunately my prescription wasn't able to have been found and that was not the problem. The problem was the customer service and how rushed she was. I don't believe this is how you take care of your cvs clients. I am in pain and she was not concerned about helping me or answering any of my questions, and if she did it was a very vague answer. I felt very helpless and I am very upset on how I was assisted. read more

This CVS has always had issues. They are always confused when filling prescriptions. There will be notifications that Rx is ready but then PA has been done. The pharmacy is mismanaged and unorganized. If you can avoid this location, you should! We only came here bc it was the closest location that carried our child medication. Went in during lunch. Nobody was running the register and only one self check was open. Rather than check me out the employee attempted to open the second self check unsuccessfully. I checked out after the customer before me completed her transaction. I was never offered to be checked out. Terrible customer service. I'll be going to Walgreens from now on. read more

I always forget my CVS card and the employees here always ask if I brought it with me. One time a store manager was at the register and I played dumb and asked him how the CVS card worked. He explained how the card worked in detail. I always look for good customer service anywhere I go and this was no exception. read more

Better than many CVS I've been in. There were actually multiple people at the counter waiting to help customers even though there were very few customers inside. Usually there is one person working the counter (and only one) no matter what, so this was good. They had what I wanted, but not in the brands I wanted. I was pretty desperate for the items regardless of brand though, so I took what I could get. And the location given is wrong. There is no CVS at this intersection. So if you go to this address for your prescription you will only find a place to sleep, some fried chicken or a car for rent! read more

Do not go to this CVS! I have went a month without my medicine due to their incompetence. For week they were supposed to send a prior authorization, the next week and a half they were shut down due to technical issues. When they reopened they still didn't send my prior authorization. I was promised my prescriptions would be filled, when I arrived to pick up they hadn't filled it. Then the manager told me he couldn't find my script and that I needed to get a new one, even though I did not lose it. No, you should go drive to Richmond and get my script for me since you lost it! I must add in the fact that I was kept on hold for an hour and had to hang up. I would have driven to to the pharmacy to give them a piece of my mind but my vertigo is keeping from operating a motor vehicle, the same vertigo that requires a prescription that I cannot get because they lost my script! read more

This pharmacy has hung up on me, made me lose my spot in the drive-thru because they don't want to use the outside lane (they're lazy?), argued with me because my rx that has a consistent copay was magically higher one day, which I why I decided to no longer use CVS at all. This is the worst Pharmacy I've ever been to! Tried to call ahead to check the price and after holding longer than 20 minutes three times and speaking to the store manager I finally had to drive there. I wasn't able to get it because of the price and when I mentioned to ASHLEY that they could have saved me a trip if they had just answered the phone she said they were busy filling prescriptions. There were four of them. One could have answered the phone! When I mentioned that she flat out walked away without even an apology! Never going there again. A young woman named Kiyoanna always seema to work the counter and has a poor attitude, very impatient and seems annoyed most times when go in. Ordered photos from them around two pm today. States that they'll be ready at four thirty that afternoon. My husband calls at seven thirty to confirm they are ready- they tell him that the computer has been down all day. Mind you, this is with no communication to me regarding this fact. I call back to tell them to go ahead and cancel the order. Which is when they tell me that they just restarted the computer and the order should be ready in ten minutes. An hour and a half later, I'm still awaiting a phone call... I get that things come up, but to not notify people of this is not acceptable. This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. They say that they never get the phone calls for the prescriptions when you called to check on it the act like they don't want to help you or that you're just bugging them. I just waited over five minutes in the drive-through line the man saw me pull up and walked away from the window didn't say anything like it's Busy or it is going to be a second or whatever just ignored me to read how to press the call button only to be told down with me in a moment enough I asked them how long it will be and they told me 40 minutes that was at 7:10 so I'll be back at eight to see if the prescription is ready. Every time I come here it's always poor customer service they can't find this or they can't find that I don't even know why I keep going back I guess because of the convenience of the location but at this point I'd rather use different CVS and I use CVS because that's who my prescriptions get filled through from my employer which supposedly saves me money but at this point I'd rather pay a few pennies more a dollar more to go where I'm not having to deal with this crap. Then ever since I started coming there they always say the outside lane is broken and I can't tell you how annoying that is because I've had to start the back of the line again and I won't point are you going to fix your lane. read more
