Haven't use the pharmacy here in years because the service used to be horrible, decided to go for a quick prescription and surprise surprise service is still bad. The girl behind the counter was saying the prescription was not fully filled, turns to her supervisor who was an Asian lady who didn't even bother to look at her or the prescription and just say if it's not clear theres nothing you can do. I can't say I've ever used the Pharmacy here (I'm a Kaiser member) but i have been shopping at this store for a number of years. A store like this is all about the quality of the employees. There are good periods and rough periods. Currently this CVS has the coolest and most helpful employees I've ever encountered at a convenience/drug store. The store is immaculate inside, all shelves always neatly stocked. The employees are always super helpful and courteous. A big shout out to my "Dynamic Duo", Luis and Nate. the pharmacy is literally employed by sloths. THEY ARE SO SLOW! I went here for their Christmas clearance. I received a notification on my phone from the Krazy Coupon Lady that CVS had makes down their Christmas stuff by 90%. When I walked in they still had tons of stuff. But no signs or anything. Grabbed a few items and used the price check scanner. Only 2 of the 10 items I scanned were 90% off. They didn't update their Xmas clearance prices. Some still came up as original price. Makes sense why they still had tons of stuff when most stores are cleared out. the price scanner was next to the front door. So far away. The cashier was friendly. I asked her if they were going to fix the prices for Xmas clearance. She said that's the price and they're gonna ship all that back to distribution. Which doesn't make sense. Wouldn't it be better to mark it down to get rid of it instead of shipping it back? It makes customers happy. read more

I waited in line at this location for well over an hour for a scheduled appointment that I had for a covid19 test. This location has no idea how to facilitate the testing and they have absolutely no system in place unlike the other cvs locations. I have been to four cvs locations so far for covid19 testing and I have never experienced this. If they don't have the staff for testing at this location then they do not need to facilitate it. When I finally pulled up To the window to receive my test kit, I watched the pharmacist sit and take at least 3 phone calls before assisting me when I had a scheduled appointment. 8min later he asked for my confirmation code and Info. The speaker is completely broken and it honestly sounds like the pharmacist is wearing a mask and a muffle every time he speaks. I Highly recommend avoiding this location if possible bc they are extremely unorganized and have no idea what they are doing. read more

Whoa! Why the bad reviews? Legitimately, this CVS is my go to place for all my pharmaceutical needs. I have never experienced any bad customer service. I transfer my prescriptions here. The prices are reasonable. If you have heir membership card you get a discount and sometimes you even get money to use with your shopping. I love the way they have a variety of chocolates. From snicker bars to Milky Way to Ghirardelli and even brookstone dark chocolate. I always go for the Dove chocolates and I'm always lucky to find bags on sale. The shampoo here is very inexpensive and worth purchasing. I use Head and Shoulders, not bc of the dandruff I just honestly like the way it leaves my hair, I almost always find the big bottle for 8.99 32fl oz. Hey, that's a deal! Also I enjoy coming here for their variety of gifts and things. Teddy bears, flower bouquets, glass and ceramic figurines. They have cute balloons and neatly designed cards. Sometimes I will spend so much time just reading through them all. It is very hard to choose the right one because all of them are cute. Need to have you piggy bank money turned into bills? Horrible!! I have come quite a few times to this CVS as it is the closest one to my house; each and every single time something happens. There is a big sign in the door that says "MONEYGRAM" but once inside if you ask for it, they tell you they do not have it; with an attitude of course, like saying "Get the fuck outta here!!". When asking for the world cup sticker album they say again "We do not have it!" If you ask if it is ever gonna come they simply tell you "I do not know" again, I would rather hear a "Get the fuck outta here!!" Some time after, it did arrive!! On the last time, as I wanted to scan some pictures, the customer service was better, but then again the scanner was not working. The ladies working here really need to improve their attitudes, seems like they hate what they are doing! I've been consistently shopping at this pharmacy since October 2020. Ninety-eight percent of the staff at this location are polite and quite knowledgeable and helpful. I find the store always very well stocked and full of bargains and my shopping experience here has been quite positive except for my interactions with one mean-spirited cashier. My only negative interactions have been with a fairly new-on-board (I think) customer service representative by the name of "Roni" (male). Not only is he impolite, but he has a short memory such that he became angry with me first approximately three weeks ago (December 30 I think it was). The problem surrounded me asking (1) to spread my 60+ dollar payment on two different debit cards. Also, at the beginning of the transaction, I also told Roni that I had discount coupons and to let me know when he wanted to apply them during the transaction process. Well, he rang up the entire order, without allowing me to split up the payment, and then at the total end of the receipt, I reminded him that I had discount coupons as I had mentioned at the beginning of the transaction. This individual argued with me that I did not tell him I had discount coupons at the beginning of the transaction, when I most certainly did! I also reminded him that I wanted to split that charge between two payments because I did not have the entire amount available on one card. Aggravated at me, this individual took the items that I wanted to take off the receipt and literally shoved them into a bag and threw them to the left of him on the counter, and angrily said that someone else would have to help me! I was flabbergasted at this young man's outright rudeness and disrespect. Again, this individual who seemed to bear a grudge against me when I was the only one in line last week and he was the only customer service rep available to do a small transaction, to become rude with me on a different type of transaction. I told him that was the very last straw of dealing with his bad behavior and that I would report him to the corporate office of CVS. He, Roni, shouted and scowled his face with clenched teeth and told me to never come back to the store! I thought this was audacious on his part because he was the problem, not me. Nonetheless, I did report it to CVS's corporate office and told them that this individual needs to be removed from the store, as his personality is combative and disrespectful. read more

I didn't get the mans name in the drop-off section of the pharmacy but he was very helpful and got my prescription ready in 30 min just as he told me. If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. They are terrible at everything. Slow, unprofessional, and condescending. There's nothing worse than a dumbass with a smart mouth. Instead of giving you COMPLETE information they give you bits and pieces. It takes almost a month to get my son's prescription filled due to their incompetence. AND IT HAPPENS YEAR AFTER YEAR. Give me ALL the information I need, so I can do my part. The rest of this store is fine. The cashiers are quick and polite. Anytime I visit I'm asked if I need help, but the pharmacy and it's employees are trash and have been for years. I used to get mail order, but it's no longer an option. I do not drive and this location is convenient. I'm fed up and will be looking into other options. I don't have a photo. Recieving my prescription was easy but the man that helped has an awful attitude. I have had multiple encounters with this guy and every time he talks to me it is like if was a 5 year old that doesn't understand anything he is saying. It is hard to talk to him because it seems like he knows everything and wont listen to anything that I have to say. A few weeks ago to be exact 01-18-18 at 8:11AM I was at CVS purchasing a gatorade after I completed my purchase I went back to my car went in buckle up and get the mirrors I was clear to go so after backing up I stopped to put my car in drive so I can go forward as I put my car in drive i felt something hit my car after that I continued few inches forward then I put my car in park got out only to find out that the person who hit my car was texting and wasn't paying attention, However we both contacted our individual insurance companies, exchanged insurance information and phone numbers cool. I was very pleasant with this woman who hit my car a few days later her insurance company contacted me to get my version of events during my conversation with the insurance agent from her company I was told that she informed them that I was extremely aggressive and I seemed "dangerous" at the end of the conversation I told the agent thanks for contacting me. So I went back to cvs to speak with the manager regarding getting a copy of the surveillance tape that caught the incident the store manager is Rosie she took my information and told me that I will get a copy of the tapes within two business days it went on to two weeks still no tapes I called she gave me the run around, call me crazy but I hired a private investigator and it was discovered that the woman who hit my car is the daughter of the store manager Rosie with this information now i understand why wouldn't have them release the tapes to me clearly this is a conflict of interest! This new manager Rosie has no moral charter or integrity!!! The manager before her was an honest and hard working man read more

I was always having problems at this pharmacy to the point where I transferred my prescription to another pharmacy there's one technician there who thinks he's the pharmacist I use them only for emergency prescriptions only the pharmacist Lourd went over and beyond to help me and to get me to come back she's truly a great access to this pharmacy I wish she was there more days keep up the great customer service. read more

This store has people in the parking lot begging for money which gets uncomfortable. I also came in to do a return because I had bought some products that I had an allergic reaction to , I called twice because the first time a woman answered and I asked if I can return it since I had a reaction to it and she transferred me to the pharmacy. So I called back again and same person picked up then transferred me to a man who said I could return it and get merchandise credit only if I bought it at that store .(which I did, I drove all the way over there) When I arrived I was already being started at because I came in with a product in my hand and walked straight to the register. A woman called a man over to help and I told the man I had called earlier to make sure. He left for 5 min to "'make sure" came back and said it wasn't this cvs . I assured them it was . That I got the right address that matches the phone number . And he asks if I'm sure I bought it at this store , once again I said yes . I even started getting my bank statement ready in case he wanted to argue about it . I ended up getting merchandise credit but I'm dissatisfied with the service of the store .
