Always very polite and welcoming and very friendly. Usually stop by depending on how much the lotto is and as quick and convenient. This is partially my fault as well, but be attentive on your change. After I left, I realized I didn't get my full change and I think that's partially because the wrong amount was entered in register and I should have checked. Maybe she was not the best at math trying to figure out what it was or slight language barrier. Only happened one time today but other than that, like I said, it's convenient and easy and everybody there is very friendly clean on the inside and well kept. Ill be back. read more

My husband and I were very rudely treated never have we experienced customer service so disappointing and disrespectful.

I sat in my car in front of this location while ubering and only two homeless asked me for money. Well, one said it was for him and his wife (strange place to go for date night) but I did not see said wife. It's kinda rude to ask for a handout to a person texting and selfie taking in their car alone, but to ask for u and UR imaginary spouse. The nerve. Tell miss invisible wife to get an invisible job and so Friday night date night might be at a fancy local like dennys or Ihop. Meh.... How do you f*k up 7-11? By having a bunch of people who hate life so much they always have an attitude. Not to say that I expect top tier customer service at an all night convenience store, but dont make it weird? Also dont oggle me like a piece of meat; this is a chain so chill out. It is up the street from my house and if its late and I dont want to go far, its open which is why it gets 3 stars for convenience, but yucktastic to the guys who work here. I purposely dress like a 400 pound lesbian when I go here in long baggy cargo shorts, a beater and loose hoodie with flip flops to ensure not an inkling of anything feminine can ooze out, but forgot the sunglasses because instead of ringing me up last time, the guy took 20 minutes staring at my ID and trying to ask me about who I live with, where I live, and if I was single. I wish I could give no stars. They told me no tater tots are offered. The gentleman next to me pointed to the big sign with the price. Omg stupid#1. I had my so open to scan the checker didn't know how. Stupid#2. I asked for hot sauce or buffalo sauce. She said they didn't have it. Then the other checker produced.2 packets. I asked for a bag twice she said .25 cents I pointed to the quarter I'd already gave her. I asked for my receipt she said she didn't have it . Then after looking by her register produced it. The staff and manager are extremely rude. I spoke to a lady to give a comment about procedure in their store and she talked like she was scared and even I didn't asked, she said she will call the manager. The guy was constantly argumentative, not listening. Instead of taking the feedback like a good manager and fixing the problem in your store he blames the customer. Ridiculous! When i say the guy didn't give me the receipt which was printed I had to wait and stand there, he tells me oh but it's a convenient store we don't have to print receipts when it's below. He had a nasty attitude and when he found nothing to say tells there are a lot of customers: newsflash - there is only one cashier and your employee was attending. Bottom line is, you sell something it should be mentioned, you have a receipt, you give it to the customer. No wonder if the manager is so lunatic, rude and irresponsible, he has careless and dishonest employees. If you won't sell items to a customer if they are short of few cents, don't push these fraudulent practices to customers. It's a matter of principle. read more

Love this location coffee is always hot and fresh no matter what time of day you come in. Location is by lax so at certain times of the day gets a little crowded but they always have 2 cashiers so you aren't there long enough to roll your eyes lol. I dont enjoy the local bums that open the doors for you and at the same time have their hand out i come here to often to always tip you for opening the door my hands aren't broke . Overall good location shares parking lot with other businesses so parking becomes tight at times depending on the time of day. read more
