I have an urgent situation that could easily be handled over the phone. however I have been on hold forever and will probably have to go to the store to get this situation taken care of. i have been in line many times listening to the recording about a call parked on yadda yadda. they truly beef a person dedicated to just answering the phone. yep...I'm still on hoof I'm starting to regret changing pharmacies

Consistently awful service at pharmacy, long wait times, drive thru is closed more than it's open. Never answer phones

Tons of vitamins and minerals and supplements (natural options too)!

This CVS is flooded with lots of downtowners, primarily because of its convenient location. Right along Meridian and just outside of downtown with a free, private parking lot, it's worth putting up with many of its flaws. This location has a Minute Clinic which is also very convenient. The problem: it is FLOODED when cold/flu season takes place, and the people that inhabit it are usually the people that don't care about not getting other people sick. The ones that don't cover their mouths when hacking up a lung. Best advice: get in, get what you need, and get out. This place is always manned with security and some times polices officers...I assume because of a high crime rate. I never feel unsafe, but it's something to consider. Aside from this, it's a typical CVS, but could use some updates.

This is my go to place to get my prescriptions filled. The pharmacy staff is very friendly and they always answer my questions. Like always CVS is kinda expensive but if I'm getting my prescription filled buying one or two things is not too bad. Overall I would recommend this place.

Drug pick up. Get in, get out, feel the eyes following you. Wait for eons in the pharmacy. I'd prefer marsh pharmacy. Friend to me: why don't you go to marsh instead? Me to self: huh, why haven't I ever thought of that? I think it's something about the 16th & meridian crossing that doesn't do it for me?

Go to literally any other pharmacy. Laziest pharmacists in the area. Takes 30 minutes to pick up an eye drop prescription.

First bad experience they didn't have enough of a medication to fill my whole order and gave me 10 pills with the assurance that I would get a call when the rest was available. Over a week later I called them and they told me that the script had been filled but then thrown out as it wasn't picked up. I reminded them that they said they would call me and the pharmacist told me they don't call customers. That exact moment another person working there was on a headset and said into it " hello Mr _______. This is Walgreens calling you to let you know your prescription is ready" Like...right in front of me while the other guy is saying they don't call people. Then...another script, i called numerous times and they said there was something about the insurance and they would look into it and call me back. 2 days later I again called THEM and they lied to me saying someone called and left a message saying the insurance required mail order and they can't/won't help me further. No calls and no messages no voicemails came to my phone from them so that wasn't true. So...I called my insurance. They said they don't require mail order and told me they would look into local preferred pharmacies they use and guess who they came up with first!? This very walgreens. When i told them that walgreens told me you told them they can't fill this script the agent said there is no way that is true as thier clients use that pharmacy often and there was nothing about mine that would make anyone tell them it had to be mail ordered. So they lied about calling and lied about why they wouldn't fill the script. So they lied numerous times to me, refuse to be helpful and have lost my business and anyone else I can tell about it. These are important mental health drugs that i need and have now gone 2 weeks without because of them givung me the runaround and lying. They shouldn't be allowed to be in business.

Found this gas station/restaurant on Yelp to try for lunch while in the area. Full disclosure: I…read moredidn't realize it was a gas station until I arrived! But I was intrigued, so figured I'd check it out. Now I had no idea what Leo's offered until I went in. Think gas station/convenience store offering locally made food items, freshly prepared bowls/drinks and kolaches. Second guilty admission: never had a kolache. The nice woman behind the counter helped me choose (they were buy one, get one free)! So I chose one egg and cheese, and one spinach and cheese. They were warmed in an oven while I went to grab a coffee and use the restroom, which was very clean and well-stocked. Pro tip: if you want a latte or another specialty coffee, order at the counter. If you want to make your own, go to the coffee bar. It's less expensive, plus they have a variety of sweeteners, Torani syrups, and assorted creamers (including plant-based). The cash register employee let me know when they were ready to go, and my grand total was less than $6. I picked up a few hot sauce packets from the condiment bar and sat down in the dining area to eat. The kolache itself is essentially a small, light sandwich. The bread was soft, with a hint of sweetness. The egg and cheese combo was perfect for my light lunch! I had a bite of the spinach and cheese kolache before I left, which was even more flavorful and cheesy! Can't wait to have it tomorrow morning. The cafe also features freshly prepared smoothies, coffee drinks, salad/potato/pasta bowls as well as soups, with a rotating soup of the day. There's truly something for every taste. I was really pleased with this fun gas station mash up, and will absolutely drop in again when in the area!

I've noticed that this gas station generally has the lowest-cost gas in the area. I like coming here because the gas pump's functions work, and I've not had any issues paying at the pump. This location is very convenient and is easily accessible.

So all of the old reviews that mention Marsh don't apply to this newer store, now called Needler's Fresh Market. I don't know -- I think Needler's is pretty good! It has a little bakery on site (Lemon's Bakery Cafe), which has hot food and baked goods, with seating by big windows that overlook Mass Ave. Beyond the cafe, the rest of the joint is a small grocery store. You'll find a modest produce section with fresh-looking greens and fruit and things. They sell house-made hummus and sushi. The wine section is abysmal, but I did find a bottle of one of my cheapie low-key favorite bottles of Malbec here, so I picked that up. The dried ramen section is also better than it needs to be. The prices seem to be about the same as Kroger and other grocery stores. Checkout was quick and there were several registers open. The only thing is that I entered through the cafe and exited by the registers, so I got a little turned around once I exited. Keep in mind that you can only enter/exit through the cafe at certain hours. They lock that door after a particular time. (I think it's 5 or 6 p.m.)
