First, the parking situation. There is plenty, but the way in and out of it is treacherous. If you have a low-slung car, take it slow and go at an angle because it is pretty steep in places. Second, the traffic. As other yelpers have stated, this place is virtually impossible to get out of onto South shades Crest toward Helena or in from the same direction. Coming in and out on 150 is much easier, but I seldom see people going that direction from the station. Third, the service. I have always had a good experience with the attendants here. They are courteous and efficient. They deal with difficult customers with patience, but I wish they could open another line when that situation arises. Last but not least, the pricing. In short, this is in Hoover, so it is higher than the prices at similar places in Bessemer or McCalla, but still not outrageous. Worth it for the convenience if you live on this side of town.

Most of the time, I stop by here because they have a Redbox or because I've ran out of something like toilet paper or laundry detergent and I don't feel like going all the way to Target or Walmart. This is also where I get my medication most of the time. I like that my prescriptions easily help me earn rewards points, which I can use to earn coupons. The store is normally stocked and clean. I believe I've been greeted every time I've stepped through the doors. I'll definitely be back!

I asked him his name and was he the manager , he said yes and his name was Joe. I asked him why was he being rude and he said "he isn't rude to everyone" basically saying he was just rude to me. I came back in for a receipt because the charger was bought with a work card and he handed me a receipt for Tobacco and I told him I needed it for work, he printed out another one.

I was holding on the phone.....I did this for 40+ minutes and a real live female person answered the phone and said I will be with you in just a minute...after a while....I was disconnected and transferred to no-mans land where no one would answer the phone. I called back and now10 minutes, there are once again 2 customers ahead of me. And the computer lady keeps saying she is sorry to keep me waiting! Actually, if there were a minus.....I would give a minus 100. It is sad. This used to be a vibrant store full of staff who could help you in a reasonable time. The voice mail system is terrible. The store is under staffed. You walk in there and can't find anyone except in the pharmacy. There are still 2 callers ahead of me. Actually, I have been moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy...but I missed this one. I may be holding on this phone until my next birthday ...which is in November!!! and there are still 2 callers ahead of me. It is now 26 minutes holding. And they will be with me shorly.
