The staff always seems friendly but sometimes the registers are not staffed and you have to wait for someone. They do offer a lot of discounts if you have a Walgreens card. I have found that their sale items are still typically on the shelf which is nice. I don't run into issues with them being gone the first day of the sale. I have had a number of issues with the pharmacy in this store. On a number of occasions they have not had my medicine in stock. They can typically get it in 24 hours, but one time I called and they said it wasn't there. However, they tried to transfer me to a different location in an effort to find it somewhere else and I got reverted back to them. When I talked to someone else they discovered that the medicine was in and it just hadn't been entered into stock. Even though it worked out they should have been the ones to call and try to find the medicine rather than having me call all over town. I do continue to use the pharmacy because of the convenience.

Paid for all 10 of my prescriptions with same day delivery. Paid 6 dollars for that plus a 4…read moredollar tip. Only 5 showed up. After 45 minute wait on hold went to store stood in line for 30 more mins to be told I can't have the prescriptions I paid for because they voided them because I didn't pay for them. Yet I showed them the app and the charge on my bank showing I paid for all 10. So I got half the prescriptions I paid for and the kid behind the counter said he will have to look into it and call me... claims their system shows not paid that's why he voided them out. Yet in the app all 10 show paid for and delivered already. Called 800walgreens number and they said that they can't help you have to deal with local pharmacy. Thanks for holding my blood pressure pills I severely need that I paid for already and proved to you I did. Also why void and not call and let me know, why void half the prescriptions and mark them as delivered... glad I paid 10 bucks with a tip to get them delivered same day for you to screw me out of half my meds I already paid for.

There were two cashiers, so things were moving quickly for 10pm. My cashier asked me about my itema, and said something to the affect..."I see you midnight snack, but what are you having for breakfast?" She was being floksy and nice, but it was the sincerity and positivity in glher voice that made me check that she was not my neighbor, and we weren't chatting over the backyard fence. Horrible experience today. when I walked in there were no employees at the front at all. I needed…read morehelp but didn't see anyone until I realized there were 3 employees doing inventory. I asked for direction and wasn't greeted or smiled at. After picking out my items I proceeded to the front counter where there was no one working. the manager was doing passport pictures and did not acknowledge us or tell us that they would have someone come up to check us out. I attempted to do self checkout but quickly realized I couldn't since I was using an insurance card to pay for my items. I selected "call for help" on the machine where it embarrassingly alerted the store that I needed assistance. the manager continued to ignore me while I stood there with my items and the light on the kiosk flashing. After a couple minutes another lady from the back of the store came up and attempted to help me but seemed confused and slow to answer my questions. Another customer came up and started asking her questions and she completely turned away from us to begin assisting them while I was still in the middle of paying for my items. she then half-heartedly advised me that I couldn't use the self checkout to pay for my items with the insurance card!!! I said well that's why I asked for assistance! she said well if you want I can check you out..."YES that would be great " I replied while swallowing my annoyance and trying to appear pleasant.
