This is my neighborhood Walgreens, and I frequent it often. I have had mixed experiences with this…read morelocation. The staff always seems friendly but sometimes the registers are not staffed and you have to wait for someone. They do offer a lot of discounts if you have a Walgreens card. I have found that their sale items are still typically on the shelf which is nice. I don't run into issues with them being gone the first day of the sale. I have had a number of issues with the pharmacy in this store. On a number of occasions they have not had my medicine in stock. They can typically get it in 24 hours, but one time I called and they said it wasn't there. However, they tried to transfer me to a different location in an effort to find it somewhere else and I got reverted back to them. When I talked to someone else they discovered that the medicine was in and it just hadn't been entered into stock. Even though it worked out they should have been the ones to call and try to find the medicine rather than having me call all over town. I do continue to use the pharmacy because of the convenience.

While looking the register girl walks up and stays "fuckers" clear as day. Definitely caught me by suprise but they are young so I just brushed it off... Well got the medicine and headed to register. Another gentleman walks up... still no register chick... so I walk down front part of aisles till I see them (chatting together) and ask "can we get some help at the register please" and walk back to register. While walking back guy says wild we're just trying to check out. And I said. Right... maybe everything is free... At this point the register girl walks around end of aisle and says "excuse me" I responded. Its alittle ridiculous someone is needed to be found to check out. Her response. Yea we have work to do... Pretty positive Walgreens isnt paying you for your gossip hour. Nor for you to be speaking like that in front of customers. The child has ZERO business working in any customer service never-ending a neighborhood walgreens.... I will be contacting manager in the a.m.

Dear Walmart, please explain your return policy so it makes sense. Horrible experience today. when I walked in there were no employees at the front at all. I needed…read morehelp but didn't see anyone until I realized there were 3 employees doing inventory. I asked for direction and wasn't greeted or smiled at. After picking out my items I proceeded to the front counter where there was no one working. the manager was doing passport pictures and did not acknowledge us or tell us that they would have someone come up to check us out. I attempted to do self checkout but quickly realized I couldn't since I was using an insurance card to pay for my items. I selected "call for help" on the machine where it embarrassingly alerted the store that I needed assistance. the manager continued to ignore me while I stood there with my items and the light on the kiosk flashing. After a couple minutes another lady from the back of the store came up and attempted to help me but seemed confused and slow to answer my questions. Another customer came up and started asking her questions and she completely turned away from us to begin assisting them while I was still in the middle of paying for my items. she then half-heartedly advised me that I couldn't use the self checkout to pay for my items with the insurance card!!! I said well that's why I asked for assistance! she said well if you want I can check you out..."YES that would be great " I replied while swallowing my annoyance and trying to appear pleasant. Despite all this, she slowly proceeded to ring up my items and then casually informed me that my insurance card wasn't pulling up under the zip code I provided. (the only zip code I've lived under for the past 9 years). when I asked why that would be or what could be done she just shrugged and said they couldn't help me.
