When my physician failed to specify "capsule" or "tablet" on a renewal prescription, this store filled it with capsules instead of the scored tablet they had filled the same prescription with the previous 10 times. When I tried to return the capsules and exchange them for tablets (I get jittery if I take the whole dosage at one time, so I divide it over the day).. I was told that "yes" they had never filled the prescription with capsules, but "no" they couldn't exchange them or refund my money. ... And the only way I could get the tablets was with a new prescription from my physician, .. but "no" they wouldn't refill it until 30 days from when they dispensed the capsules. The worst possible customer service.

This was not one that was forced... it was just a good-natured greeting that welcomed me to the store. The pharmacy on Archer couldn't be bothered, but these pharmacists are a real class act. Will be coming to this pharmacy for sure!
