They are efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. When the CVS app came along, that was a wonderful tool to help track prescriptions for multiple family members and even my dog! I love the reminders and especially the prescription history that the app holds. Refilling prescriptions is as easy as checking the box next to the ones you want filled. If a prescription is expiring and requires a doctor's authorization they will handle that too. Now there is a new feature! Payment! Today I used this feature for the first time. I was picking up meds for my mom and son. The app showed me all prescriptions that were due for refill from all family members (on one screen) and, after choosing the ones we want filled, it gave me the option to enter payment info for expedited pickup. I entered my card info and after completing my order I was sent a text with a bar code. When I pullled up to the drive up window I handed my phone to the tech and he scanned it and then confirmed the two family members and the meds I was picking up. He passed me my phone which I had to sign on a screen and then he handed me the prescriptions. Easy and efficient! If you haven't tried this feature, give it a try. I'm hooked!!

You will find them on street corners all over the country, usually in competition with the three-letter version of the same kind of store. You know where everything is in them, what they have, and nothing really changes. So the only thing left about one of these stores is the customer experience... how you are treated when you enter the store and go about making your purchases... That is what I am going to relate to you today. When I walked in, I was greeted with a hearty good afternoon. This was not one that was forced... it was just a good-natured greeting that welcomed me to the store. I went through the store to pick up the few things I needed, brought them to the front and paid without issue. Then, as I was leaving, I heard the same greeter thank me for coming in the store, and we got into a brief discussion about just how nice a day it was. It was simply a nice experience to see courtesy come through at the store, and the reason that I am giving them five stars.
