Really nice Asian market in Gainesville with a broad variety of produce sauces an Asian food from many countries. What is interesting is that they also Carrie Asian appliances and housewares. They have fresh seafood and a variety of meats. There is a section on the side where you can order ready to eat food. Very convenient.

Coolest hidden gem in Gainesville! We didn't expect to find this Asian market in our small college town. But it's full of all the authentic ingredients and snacks from different countries! We def are going back to try more of the mochi donuts and the many different varieties of chip flavors they have. They even have a cucumber one

I've been to Enson Supermarket in Orlando. It's quite huge there but honestly the smell is overpowering. This one is a smaller version, & unfortunately it is strong too when you first walk in. They have all the essentials for groceries here. Most of it appears Korean but then other Asian goods for Chinese and Vietnamese is what I did notice off hand. I also noticed a very small ice cream section. This Enson has a food court of about five food vendors. You order from the computer. I've taken a pic of the vendors. Good to know this is also an option in Gainesville.

This place has really cool snacks and foods that are fun to try! They also have a whole section with hot food that you can order. I got rice and some entrees from the Chinese food section, and it was pretty good, though not the best Chinese food I've had. The options weren't labeled which made it hard to know what I was ordering. Otherwise, the prices are good and the service was quick. The ambiance in the store is really nice.

Located just off Archer, not too far from I-75, this Asian market is plenty big and has ample parking. The fish dept is quite popular especially on weekends, expect a little wait. Otherwise the rest of the store is large enough to not really feel super busy. Lines usually move quickly. There is a wide variety of most items you could imagine. There is also a counter to order for boba and certain food items. If looking for a well stocked Asian market in Gainesville, this is your place.

Since the Daehan Korean market closed in the adjacent plaza, it is assumed that Enson Market would provide the missing products. That is not the case so far. The only other Enson Market that I've visited is in Orlando on Colonial. But, the Orlando location has prepared food and a much larger assortment. This market is mostly Chinese imported products. There were only a few unique items, like some jelly health drinks, instant mala noodles, Singapore style pork/beef jerky, and some Japanese drinks. Other than that, nothing different than the other markets in Gainesville. The Gainesville Enson is only using about 70% of their space, as the deli and cafe are just used as storage. Home goods area is almost bare. Hope that the import issues clear up soon so this market can be fully stocked and prices re-ticketed. The self-checkout system did not work very well, so I went used the regular line.

Enson Market is open for business! And, although they haven't completely stocked their shelves and the prepared food counter isn't yet open it is totally worth the trip!! Their produce department is beautiful and has so many choices of fresh fruits and veggies (things that you may or may not be familiar with), the roomy aisles are well lit and packed with options of noodles, sauces, hot pot ingredients, dumplings, kimchi, tofu, fresh seafood, fresh meats, Asian snacks , beverages and so so much more. We have been here twice now, and am so impressed with the variety! The staff is more than happy to help you find something or even help you make a selection if you are overwhelmed. A few highlights of our shopping sprees were: fresh snow pea tips, crispy salted egg fish skin chips, many flavors of dumplings, and kimchi. Hoping they will be serving lunch when I return!!

I love Enson market! I've bought plenty of sauces/ pantry staples from here, lychee & other produce too. I always plan to buy meat but never go straight home after so I haven't been able to try it out yet. I will say their meats/ fish look incredible! I've never had a bad experience here. Recently I tried the Tiger tea shop inside too and am looking forward to trying the hot food! Also, their Soju options are awesome too! Way better than Total Wine if you're looking to pick some up!

Amazing little/big Asian grocery store! What a great find - a little bit of every thing - Korean, Japanese, Chinese products and more. Food court looked great but didn't have a chance to try anything. There is always next time - yay!

You need more English speaking employees, other than that your store is good! I was enjoying some fruits I never know what it is

A nice little market with a good variety of items. Especially liked the hot bar where we could grab lunch from if needed.

Best Asian market that I've been to in the Gainesville area. It was well stocked, cheap, and had various products from all over Asia.

Super Expansive, Very Little Product Variety, Big Space, Not-so-nice and lacks knowledgeable employees (needs more training).

The grocery offers most everything you'd want from a pan-Middle Eastern grocer: dry goods, teas, frozen food, fragrant waters, syrups, canned goods, et cetera. They also have a good selection of baklava and other treats by the front counter worth checking out: they get different sweets in sometimes--always baklava but sometimes also namoura cake and other things. When they have sari burma it's normally excellent, so look for that as well. They also have a good spice selection and try to include a lot of Turkish and Persian speciality items as well (this include Turkish frozen goods and yes, the pudding mixes also). The restaurant portion is a buffet and they have a hot bar and cold bar. The hot bar has traditional Egyptian foods and was very good when I tried it while the cold bar has things that could also be taken away like hummus, salads, and babaganoush. You can get the hot bar to-go as well, but having things like hummus is a big deal because you can purchase enough to have on hand for the week. I hope the restaurant continues to work out for them: buffets only make money if they have a lot of customers, so I really hope the community supports this fine establish and wonderful people who own and run it.

Very pretty place and environment .Very quiet and friendly. Not too expensive either.read more

Chorizo and morning sausages from many countries in Central and South America....and more! That being said, if you try to speak Spanish to the cashier, she will mostly speak back to you in English. I worked up my nerve to ask about a product that wasn't on the shelf, and she responded in Spanish, but immediately reverted to English, as if she were offended by my Spanish. So, if you are learning Spanish, practicing here, maybe isn't your best option. Little does she know I am a polyglot, so maybe next time I will just speak in Portuguese. She could have been friendlier like she was with the other Hispanic customers, just sayin'.

Out of respect to my grands the other customers I allowed him to yell and scream at me, why he was so angry I didn't know. No one (employees) tried to defuse the situation . I experienced a racist situation and it's so sad that my grands had to experience this type behavior in a grocery store. After reading the reviews the reason no one intervened because they don't really care for African Americans it so true but I never noticed I just got my produce and leave but they never greet the customer but talk among themselves, which I thought was rude. I've been going about 5 years or more. But I'm done, I use to eat at Mia apa I stopped because they acted like it was a crime for African American to dine in, I have never ordered another meal from them that's been about ten years ago. Wow
