I was…read morepromised a phone call by the manager that she would go to pick up my supplies personally and that I would receive them the following day. No equipment, no phone call. I made 6 trips to the Sweet Water store over a 4 week period and was never afforded the courtesy of phone call to be told they DID NOT have my equipment or an apology for the inconvenience. Instead, I was given excuses by the manager, Jennifer Butler, that "I had an emergency and couldn't pick up your supplies", no phone call again. When I finally received my mask it was the wrong size. When I returned to the store for the 5th time, I was accused of switching the original small mask on the return, for the medium I received that she actually gave me. She was insistent that she had given me the small that I ordered and accused me of switching to a medium. Next I had to return the CPAP tubing because I ordered a heated hose and was given NON heated item. This woman was insulting, rude and totally incompetent. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Sweet Water Medical.

I came here to meet with my Medicare Supplement Insurance Advisor / Provider Cori who is employed by Berlin & Denys and periodically works out of this pharmacy. I wanted to be prepared as my retirement approached and although I did a lot of due diligence on my own having an expert in your corner to help you navigate through the Medicare and health insurance process is essential. All of us are aware of the "annual enrollment period" that big insurance companies constantly bombard us with on television through paid celebrities endorsements, that alone shows me how profitable health care is and something I want to fully understand prior to making any decisions to reduce my financial exposure when it comes to my health care. The government's Part A and Part B plans are pretty simple to apply for but that's where the simplicity ends and if you don't have a qualified representative that is trustworthy to guide you though the endless options you may find yourself hung out to dry with catastrophic expenses even with Medicare if the unthinkable happens to you. This process doesn't have to be complicated and having the opportunity to meet face to face for your initial consultation rather than cold calling a number recommended by a paid advertisement can really make the difference. Do yourself a favor and put your mind at ease knowing you have the coverage you need no matter your situation...
