BUYER BEWARE! This place is a SCAM and the owner is the reason why. The golf carts are super dirty…read moreand in dire need of repair or replacement and the rental charge is very expensive due to hidden costs that just keep adding up. We attempted to rent a golf cart for an hour and the owner kept trying to add on additional charges as the transaction went forward. If you have legit insurance you don't need to purchase additional insurance, but that didn't stop him from trying to charge us extra. He also tried to get a "deposit" from us but when we threatened to not rent the cart he told us he'd waive the charge. He kept acting like he was giving us a deal. Very slimy tactics that we honestly weren't prepared to deal with. After paying for the 1 hour rental the owner took us out to the cart, and explained that we would need to refill the gas tank upon returning??? He attempted to start the cart several times but to no avail. Then he asked us if we intended to drive on the beach? We said yes and then he said it would cost us an additional $20 (for one hour) to do so because his company hadn't renewed their permit with the beach. Our entire reason for renting the golf cart was to drive it on the beach. So when we heard about yet another extra charge, we told him we just wanted to cancel the rental and get a refund. The owner told us he couldn't give us a refund. So we left without additional confrontation and told him we'd just go through our credit card company and dispute the charge. We never even sat in the golf cart much less drove it. The photos uploaded here on Yelp must have been the first day this place was open when the carts were new. This place is a total dump now and the golf carts match the decor. There's many other places to rent golf carts in Daytona Beach. Do yourself a favor and try another location and avoid the nightmare!

I recently sold my bike through Midwest. It was a wonderful experience!…read more I am out of town and traveling the US. I was moving a lot and got tired of loading and unloading my motorcycle into my Toy Hauler travel trailer. So, I decided to sell my bike and buy another one when I am doing less traveling. So, while traveling close to Daytona, I took a drive to speak with Midwest. I described my bike to them and they looked it up online. They asked me how much I wanted for the bike and agreed to take the bike in on consignment. Within three weeks I got a check in the mail for my full asking price. The whole experience from start to finish was very professional and rewarding. Very nice people to deal with. Next time, I am interested in selling or buying a bike, I'll call them first.

My husband and another brother took the chair back to the store and were able to exchange the wheelchair for one that was perfect for our needs. A couple of the Yelp reviews almost scared me away from using this company which has maintained a great reputation in this area for many years. I'm glad I ignored those reviews. We had a very positive experience with Volusia Medical Supply and would definitely use them again if the need arose. I should add that the rental price was very reasonable and without us requesting it, Amin even gave us a discount for our rental due to our issue.
