I've been going here for years for my medicine and this was the final straw. The pharmacy manager started helping me, then brushed me off. When you help someone, you don't stop what you're helping them with and go do other stuff in the pharmacy. I stood waiting for her for 30 minutes before she started helping me again. My doctor had called in my medicine at 1 pm today and I was told that there was nothing called in for me. If O was an option I would give that. They do not value their customers at all. They treat you like they are too busy to care if you ever come back. I went in with a friend that was obviously on chemotherapy to get a prescription filled. She was bald, first hint and as white as a ghost. She needed her prescription done today, I was her driver and they told her the standard that will be 1/2 hour. They should of stopped whatever they were doing and filled her prescription.Not only do they not value their customers, they have no compassion. I would never go to this pharmacy. Kressaty's Pharmacy stops what they are doing and fills your prescription in minutes whenever you come in. You are always treated like they value you as a customer. I had an issue with the store, not the pharmacy. They signed me up for the cvs care card for $5 a month when I was just updating my phone number with the cashier. IN NO WAY did I agree to get charged $5 a month or sign up for anything new - I repeatedly said I just want to update my phone number. Now the 800 customer service number will not refund the $5 they charged me. I cannot believe that I was signed up for something without my permission that I would be charged monthly for. I will never be getting anything from cvs again. Walgreens for me. read more

If I could give this location a zero I would have. I went to this location for the COVID 19 vaccination and the person who gave it to me did not wear medical gloves. When I told the manager of the store, they advised that they would look into and get back to me. When I did not receive a follow up, I called again and spoke to a supervisor named Meghan who said that the person who gave the shot washed her hands before she administered the shot. She did not because there was no sink near the area of where they were giving shots. I will now be reporting them to the NJ department of health. They do not seem to care about the safety of the people who are trusting them with this process. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! read more

CVS in Haskell NJ is a complete shame. They are horrific at doing their job which is not funny because people's life are at risk from due to their incompetence and lack of care for people as human beings. Call for a prescription on a Tuesday and does not get completed until Thursday and that took hours of phone calls. They make idiotic mistakes and keep you on hold for 45 mins...Why is this location one of the worst? Go down the block to local guys who don't suck. read more

I can't leave zero stars or I would. The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my life. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. We try to pick up a prescription they tell us it was never called in. Every time, without fail. Doesn't matter which doctor it came from, who it's for, they can't find it, are completely rude about it, and we have to have the doctor call it in again. Sometimes even 3 or 4 times before they can manage to fill it. We've had prescriptions for myself, my husband, my son, and even one for my dog called in. By a general practitioner, a pediatrician, a dermatologist, a vet, and an orthopedist. But the pharmacy would like us to believe that every one of these doctors offices did it wrong or not at all and not that they themselves are totally incompetent. And they're not just incompetent at actually entering and filling prescriptions- they're unprofessional and rude on top of it!!! Loudly discussing patient information. The employees there are nice, especially this guy named Samir? He helped me find everything I needed. Even if he didnt know exactly where the item is, he would make sure i get the help I desired. I usually have no problem with the app, but recently I was having trouble with getting a prescription shipped. I called this CVS pharmacy and Joany answered. I can't emphasize enough how kind and helpful she was!! Not only did she help me get my prescription set up with delivery, but was incredibly sweet the whole time - even though it was AFTER closing!!! Marina also helped me at one point and was very friendly as well. Especially during this time of stress, I was impressed with both Joany and Marina's friendliness and patience with helping me with my issue. I hope I always can communicate with them when I need to call this Haskell CVS! read more

I have witnessed pharmacy employees making fun of customers in front of me as well as overheard nasty comments about said people and the meds they are on. 100% unprofessional. And the icing on the cake, today my wife went to pick my scripts up and a nasty note was written on it saying too early for pickup, next time must be filled no more that 2 days in advance. Well, it's 1 day in advance(in the time frame) and the note is implying I'm some sort of problem or a drug addict ?!?!? I'm a combat wounded veteran that will never use any CVS EVER AGAIN A formal complaint has been filed with corporate and they are very interested in what I have to say. Go elsewhere, you don't need to be judged !! Again more problems. They say for 5 days they are out of my meds. Then today, they say they can call the doctor to give me a lower dose because that, they have. So unprofessional. Avoid this place. I'm stuck going here due to VA restrictions. This is the worst pharmacy. They are not healthcare professionals, they are like spiteful teenagers. They speak loudly and publicly about private patient information. If you are filling a narcotic, they make you feel judged, announce it out loud, purposely (or seemingly purposely) hold off on filling it until the last possible second, even if you kindly request it be filled early. Narcotic dependency is ugly, but it's an unfortunate reality for many people. So when people depend on their next dose, which is approved by their doctor, it is inappropriate for the pharmacist to place judgement and fill it when they feel like it, even if that means you missing your dose (when the prescription was provided a day in advance). They are awful. I will be switching pharmacies. read more
