I came in for specific cold / flu remedy items and he was knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure I purchased the correct meds. Not child friendly. I was here with my 6-year-old son and he needed the bathroom. The woman at the pharmacy said they do not have a bathroom, go to Starbucks. Starbucks was busy so we went in the parking lot. I called CVS corporate. The said the manager should have let us use the bathroom. I went back. The manager said he does not let customers use the bathroom. When I td him that I had spoken to CVS corporate he said: "I let people use it all the time-just today I can't because there was a truck there." I asked what staff do and he said: "They go around the boxes." When I asked why we couldn't, he gave me a blank look." Avoid this store like the plague. read more

a decent cvs in hartsdale on central ave part of a outdoor strip mall with other name chain businesses .it's never crowded or busy whenever i stop by but the pharmacy dept always seems to have folks waiting around for scrips. a spacious layout inside with plenty of aisles with shelves semi fully stocked . i usually get cereal and talenti ice cream when it's on sale cause this location seems to be overstocked with both. lines are never long during my visits and that's my cue to visit every aisle and see what's worth buying . wow depends adult pampers are on sale , buy one box get one free, but i will pass on the depends this time . my main reason to go to any cvs is for the weekly circular sales as long as you have a cvs card . read more

Pharmacy is decent it has friendly staff. A bit disorganized and needs a variety in some products, but overall is good.

Horrible service... I called to inquire about some medical device. I was put unceremoniously on hold & then the lady who briefly (if belatedly) answered the phone just hung up on me. I called the manager, who conveniently couldn't find the culprit! I'm just wondering, don't these people understand about competition & about on-line shopping alternatives?? Because common courtesy to customers is seemingly a thing of the past. We, our family and friends will make sure to never shop at this CVS again. read more

Store is decent enough. Nothing too major. Could use some more merchandise on the shelves and the store could use a bit of a hose down. This review is more for the pharmacy portion of the business. The staff is awesome! They are efficient and super friendly. One in particular (I don't recall her name, but i'm 100% certain it begins with a N) is quite possibly the best pharmacy technician I have ever dealt with. We are huge fans of this CVS store and pharmacy. First, the pharmacy is great to deal with. They prepare your prescriptions quickly and greet you by name. If you have an out of the ordinary prescription, they order the medicine immediately and call you the instant it comes in and is ready for you. The store even has a food section (great snacks, BTW), and the rest is intelligently laid out and well stocked. You can also find seasonal merchandise and a small group of toys. The staff is very helpful and lovely to deal with. This store is a godsend to our area. read more
