Well she doesn't know her staff very well. Today they adamantly refused repeatedly to help me. I had to walk in on my fractured foot. The pharmacy tech deferred my complaint to the pharmacist covering this location today. He explained how difficult it was for the pharmacy tech to walk from the service counter to the window repeatedly. I laughed and told him I could understand that considering the boot I have to wear to be able to walk.

The store is always clean including the restroom which is impressive for the amount of traffic they get! When I go, it's mainly for the pharmacy. My senior kitty (20 years old) is on quite a few meds and I get them at this location because it's most affordable for me. The meds are always ready when promised and staff is great even when I do curbside pick-up during a busy time. Sometimes I'm too exhausted to even think about going in (fatigue from Long COVID) and I truly appreciate them offering curbside pick up and always being so pleasant! I always recommend this pharmacy especially when paying any out of pocket costs. Great staff, great selection and definitely a great location that's easily accessible.

She said to me "Spanish only" & walked away, how rude. What the fook? Why would Walmart hire employee that can't help customers in English? Next time you're at CVS, pull up to their drive thru window only to find out it's broken and go inside. Then wait in their germ-infested line wrapped around two aisles only to get to the counter 25 min later and find out CVS: (a) only filled one of your two Rx's despite their App saying it's ready, (b) charge you out of pocket cost bc they never answered your insurance company's calls, or (c) CVS never filled your life-saving cancer med bc they just well forgot. First, the intersection to get to this Walgreens is just awful, I know it's not the store's fault. But traffic is awful here if it's around after work hours. I pulled to the drive through and made it to the window just a few minutes before my scheduled time. I told the pharmacist I came for my scheduled covid test. Well guess what? He just walked away from the window. Not ok. I figured he just went to get my test. Well I waited and waited at the window without anyone saying anything to me about why I'm waiting. I waited for 20 long minutes. I'm sorry to all the cars behind me. Finally he came back with my test, I got no explanation or an apology for waiting this long at the window. Maybe the pharmacist is new, and doesn't know how to do things, maybe they're just not organized, I'm not sure what the problem is, but this is unacceptable. I will not go to this location again, there are plenty of Walgreens that know how to do their job and communicate with customers.

I was told they needed 15 minutes to get everything ready. I told her I'll be back soon for it. I came back two hours later, was acknowledged and told it would be a few minutes later. Five minutes later, someone else calls me, asks for the insurance information again which I had already given and said it would be an additional 10 minutes. I was told they only fill prescriptions while patient is waiting... which I was never told. It's a waste of time for busy individuals such as myself. Mind you, I was picking up a small device, not medication. To top off my annoyance, a staff member was rudely speaking in Spanish about another customer. Very unprofessional. First time here and I'll be avoiding coming back!
