No answer The technology to check in was not working either. Then I went back and asked for assistance, store manager named Kevin came out and said I need to just sit down and wait for whenever she may show up or may come out. I said I have a 7:45 a.m. appointment it is now 7:50 and I have to go to work in 15 minutes. He said he didn't care and just sit down and wait or he would call the police. Did not count change back to me just piled it in my hand. Turn to walk away and thought I should count my change. Advised girl shorted $5 and she said manager would have to go through a process to get me my money. Nathan appears irritated and disheveled not looking like an employee at all, tells me he reviewed the tape and she counted it twice so they were going to go with her. Go with her? Like it's a contest. I said I was short of $5 you're not going to help me and he said no. Being upset I strongly suggest it that they train employees to count back change to customers. He was insulted by that comment. No possibility that Nathan is a manager and I'm hoping that the manager that I've seen there before with the name David or maybe Donald reads this review. Was not happy when Nathan made a comment alluding to he didn't know what I did with the $5 when I turned away. Maybe some customer service training and how to count change back training would be a good idea at this location. I understand that everybody makes mistakes, and will live without the $5. Complaint: racist remarks…read more Overheard one of the two cashiers after having an argument over a coupon with a man say after he left "it's just these foreign men have no respect for American woman and imagine how they treat their own women" "they are just always so rude". This is blatantly stereotyping and a micro aggression not to mention plenty of people of all backgrounds get upset over coupon rules and what is and isn't a coupon. It is just upsetting to stereotype when lots of people have done this. I hope this store learns to stop saying such things behind people's backs.

The only thing I can truly say that is going right is I really love…read morethe employees, they have had a bit of turnover but the people they have brought on are very courteous. I will say they seem to be still short staffed so they can't get on the phones if you want to call. I highly recommend you download their app. I have also had quite a few prescriptions that are partial fills for some unknown reason to me, I think it's just to see if I will get mad. I am on a lot of medications due to a bad heart. So they are in need of organization here at the store but that's hard to do if you have floaters or new employees every week. I honestly feel sorry for whoever is doing the training.
