Complaint: racist remarks…read more Overheard one of the two cashiers after having an argument over a coupon with a man say after he left "it's just these foreign men have no respect for American woman and imagine how they treat their own women" "they are just always so rude". This is blatantly stereotyping and a micro aggression not to mention plenty of people of all backgrounds get upset over coupon rules and what is and isn't a coupon. It is just upsetting to stereotype when lots of people have done this. I hope this store learns to stop saying such things behind people's backs.

Recommend signing up and use the balanced rewards program. Cashiers are usually helpful in making sure to utilize any coupons that are published in the store add even if you don't have one with you.

The pharmacist took time to help my 96 year old mother understand the differences between some over-the-counter medications. He was patient and very helpful. Then when we tried to get a refill for a medication for her, the orders had not been written right and we could not get it. The pharmacy called back several hours later saying they had made some phone calls and could now get her prescription to her right away. Above and beyond service today!!

I do exactly as I am told, and call the day before I leave to request a refill, explain what the previous pharmacist said and the person I was on the phone at literally laughed at me and said there was no way they could do that. Well, I googled it and it's called a vacation override. It very much IS possible. I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere where they actually understand insurance. They also consistently auto refill a script I don't want auto refilled. I have asked them to take it off auto refill twice and they insist it is not on auto refill. When their system calls me to tell me the prescription is ready it says it's on auto refill. Anyway, they clearly have no idea what they are doing there.
