It's too bad Pharmacist are held so many tiny little rules that will actually be detrimental to a license. Since they're the last say, they are pretty high up on risk management/mitigation. They have to balance the doctors who sent over incredibly insane prescriptions, especially Back during the different crisis when these doctors were pill mills, and that doesn't make it any easier. So they need to make sure to check all of the meds and some people are on tons, all interactions, make sure it's written reasonably, make sure they have it and then work with insurance which can be a pain and then pass all of this info along. You have no idea and I'm just selling who's unfortunately had to utilize pharmacies for 20 years given an injury that is a lifelong one and it kind of sucks but this Rite Aid makes this process not only much more pleasant, but I get to see some of my favorite people. They truly care and that's why I'm able to speak with him and I never have to keep a guard up. I get to be honest and they can help me out which they are very helpful So sometimes I think people need to look inward if they have a problem and maybe as their behaviors or maybe their attitude or maybe even into their understanding of how things work and realize the pharmacist are just the people you get to see and therefore you guys punish them as they are the face of organizations that don't even have anything to do with your anger! In 20 years, these guys are the most consistent, rule-based, so I don't end up getting a weird high number of everything that adds up, And I know that's on purpose so other meds don't add up and become a problem, but they're just so reasonable and it's such a disservice to ever say anything wrong because if every pharmacist in pharmacy was like that, everyone would be feeling so many benefits and nothing else! I made an appointment for my COVID shot for 4:15 and at 4:45 I finally got my shot (after kicking…read moreup a big fuss because I had to wait) then I said "my husband has a 5:00 appointment, will he have to wait also" and the pharmacist says "yes, he'll have to wait until 5:30 because I'm going for lunch". Why make appointments if you aren't going to honor them. Also, the waiting area at the pharmacy was so dirty. The chairs looked horrible and the floor was dirty and there were used masks and Band-Aids all over the place. it was disgusting. When you go to the store part of Rite Aid, you can guarantee you are going to wait for a cashier. They never have enough staff. I'm moving my prescriptions to CVS.

Staff is super friendly, very knowledgeable and it has everything you need. It's like the cheers of pharmacies. Everybody knows your name. They always come out from behind the counter to help you in the aisles if you are looking for something. They will stock things that they didn't have if you need. IDK man, I've been to a lot of pharmacies all over the world during our military careers. This is the best, and the fact that it is in my home town, just cherry on top of the sundae. 10/10

Not only it is a much needed Pharmacy it also allows you to copy and fax important papers! They have fresh assorted chocolates in a glass case which was such a nice surprise! Really nicely decorated and the employee that helped me was so nice and polite! I've used Dokimo's since they opened 19 years ago and they were perfect. When I ordered new Blood Glucose Meter strips for a client I found out after trying to use them that they were the wrong strips. They were strips for a new type of monitor. I brought them back and the clerk said that I couldn't get a refund because I didn't choose the correct ones. I had no idea there were new monitors and strips. They should have asked me what monitor I was using to sell me the correct strips. They put the blame on me. $92 down the drain. I'm changing to Raley's. They give the best customer service in their pharmacy in our area and I can shop while waiting for my RX's.
