They have a drive thru as well. They get Very busy now that Rite Aid and I guess Walgreens are both closed. Most of the employees are nice with a few exceptions. The employees working in the store and not the pharmacy are very helpful and kind! I personally go to my own local pharmacy where there is no wait!

Overall sucks. Are not allowed to use the restroom. Customer service is the worst. I got some really good deals on veggies and meats. But beware of the EXPIRATION date on meats and salads ! They have a nice cake selection and decent deli. I got cat good for an elderly lady that I try to help since times are tough for her. I also got a pretzel on the way out ( from the inside Subway) which was tasty! I haven't been here at this store in a couple years..unfortunately I see homeless people that are stealing and then just walking out the door...sad! What happened to checking the receipt when you walk out? The cashier was friendly. I just like to get in and out of this place! It's a much needed place in Oroville because it has alot to offer..electronics...food...makeup..etc. at a discounted price. I bought stuff for chili at a fraction of the cost then my neighborhood grocery store!

On the plus side, they accept my insurance, are conveniently located and the hours are reasonable. And there is never a line of customers. When a prescription is due for a fill he will ignore it until you come to pick it up he then tells you that they are out of the medication and he does not have any idea when they will get it in. This Pharmacist just tells you to take you business elsewhere. He has also antagonistic with all of the Doctor's offices in Oroville and the ones I deal with will no longer deal with this guy. I have the feeling he wants to get paid to be a Pharmacist but does not want to deal with customers at all. I will continue to shop in the store as they have the freshest food and best employees in town, but NEVER again for this RX as long as he is there.

They have a delivery service that is convenient, and the driver is super nice. The service is usually pretty prompt, especially if you're physically there to wait for your meds. The only drawback is they are closed on Sundays, but since they're a smaller business, that's to be expected, and that minor fact is worth not going back to other pharmacies.

I went to the counter and told the young man the issue. He told me he didn't think that they 'did that'. He got in the phone, called the assistant manager, and apparently she said the same thing. My girlfriend suggested Ross in Oroville so I decided to give it a try. SO glad I did...I found the perfect backpack (Nautica) on sale that was deep enough to hold a large towel..goggles..paddles and swimming cap. Great price and quality was very good. They have men and women's clothing. ..shoes..jewelry..housewares and much more including kids clothing. Everything is discounted and relatively affordable. They are known for carrying designer items for up to 60 percent less then other stores. I would not say the quality of the clothing is very good but if you are on a budget then this is a good option. Overall it was a good experience and I got an awesome backpack!
