Need regular OTC items, they have got it. Need a card or a kids toy, they have that too. How about an amazing candle from Volupa or Tocca? What about some skin care or make up? Oh wait, how about homeopathic and natural products? OMG, they have eggs too and coconut water and let us not forget the array of candies and chocolates. And if you don't need any of that, you should still stop in because you will be floored by the spirit and hospitality you will experience by the owners Sonali and Albano and their dedicated team member Sean! Did I mention you can also get a flu shot? And when you are done and tired, go next door to Banksville Pizza for a bite to eat and then head across the street the The Library which is an amazing wine store! Make the trip, it is worth it.

If you're on a less common medication, expect when you go for a refill, to get maybe 17 out of 90 prescribed, and then have to come back a few days later for the balance. I was told, by a not over-solicitous pharmacist there that if I wanted, I should call a week early to be sure they had it in stock. And recently, when I had an infection, my primary doc phoned in an antibiotic Rx, but the pharmacist decided to leave an hour early, so no meds could be dispensed. My low-grade fever became a much higher fever by the next day when I had access. (The MD was having his own emergency). I was told to return 9AM next day, even though google, etc. says their office hours are 10AM-5PM. Oh, and most of the time (i.e., when Sonali isn't there) they don't answer the phones; they let them go to voice mail. Can't be bothered talking to people, I guess. So I waited an extra hour before driving in. After almost 30 years, I'm going elsewhere!

The customer service is outstanding, the staff will always pick up the phone and answer pleasantly when you call the pharmacy. Sunshine Pharmacy also has a texting service and the staff will respond within 5 min or less. The staff at the pharmacy have the competency and take the initiative to know their customers and their needs. I personally received a phone call from the Pharmacist welcoming me to Sunshine Pharmacy, thoroughly reviewing my health history, medication allergies, insurance info., and introducing me to the pharmacy's phone app and delivery services. You can also pay your co-pay on the app. The pharmacist helped me to schedule all my prescriptions to be filled at the same time each month and delivered right to my home the next day. The pharmacy always makes sure to have my prescription medications in stock. The delivery is discreet, ALWAYS on time, the delivery person is so pleasant and easy to get in contact with by just texting! Sunshine Pharmacy goes above and beyond to answer all your questions and concerns. The staff is excellent at communicating with their customers and the prescribers. I HIGHLY recommend anyone using the nightmare CVS pharmacy to change to Sunshine Pharmacy because it's literally a dream pharmacy. Everything about Sunshine Pharmacy is so personable, convenient and reliable.
