Picked up my prescription and asked where the probiotics were for children. The pharmacy guy said over there... I said where specifically because I have already looked for 10 minutes at that point (the pharmacist saw this interaction play out FYI). He wasn't any further help as he just kept pointing. Spoke to a CVS manager and walked right to the place they were hidden. Manager was great and helpful. Seems like alot of the poor reviews were about pharmacy staff, might need some new training. read more

I have used the pharmacy at this location for several years now, they are always friendly and professional. If the price seems high, I ask if there are any other discounts available. They always search and sometimes find a better deal. But if none are available they explain the situation thoroughly. Iv never had a problem. I will continue using this location & recommend them to anyone. read more

Pharmacist on duty is a jerk. Would not answer questions when I asked why they gave me the wrong prescription. If I could give zero stars, I would. It takes a minimum of 30 minutes to get what you ordered because they are so slow. read more

Pharmacy staff is unhelpful and unfriendly. Issues and questions I had with the prescription were responded with empty stares from the staff; and the pharmacist did nothing to help resolve the Rx pricing conflict even though she could clearly see there was an issue with my Rx. They wanted to charge me nearly $400 for an Rx that cost $86 in Nevada!!! I spent over an hour trying to resolve this myself on the phone with Nevada CVS and my prescription insurance. My insurance company tried calling the pharmacy but called me back saying they received a message the pharmacy staff were all "out to lunch" (at 3 pm) while I watched them working behind the counter and attending to customers...with no customer welcome nor smiles on their faces btw. Eventually, I had to hand my cell phone to the clerk because they didn't answer the call from my Rx insurance. Come to think of it, I never saw anyone take calls from the pharmacy phone. Odd??? If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. First and last time I'll come to this pharmacy...Walgreens is worth the try even though I've been with CVS for over 25 years. read more

I'm not one to leave reviews but it took everything to not say anything to the tech that assisted me today. I went to pick up my medication and there was a lovely tech that said she'd be right with me, I was waiting perfectly fine and than the tall rude tech with dark hair standing at the drop off station steps over and asks for my name in the rudest manner, her facial expressions and body language are the reason why I'm leaving this review. How are you going to work in the customer care service industry and treat customers like that. If you didn't want to assist me you should've minded your business and let me continue waiting for someone that does enjoying treating customers with manners. One star and that is being generous. This CVS pharmacy is probably one of the most incompetent pharmacies I have ever been to. Not once, but twice their employees have run my drivers license for Allegra-D and had to re ring it causing the system to reject the sale because it thinks I have already got it for the 15 day cycle that is allowed per person, which in turn basically stops me from getting it until the next 15 day cycle. I get they have to be careful with it because, well, there are some people that ruin it for everyone, but dang it, train your staff on how to ring things up. AND this CVS on my last prescription pick up handed my husband someone else's 2 controlled medications. We walked out with 3 scripts when we paid for my one. I took it back in and handed it to the lead pharmacist and told them they should know it happened. They thanked me and that was it. Tonight, when I had a problem with an employee and asked to speak to a manager I was basically blown off. No wonder the staff is just as incompetent. All the while the staff in the back was talking back and forth in front of customers about someone quitting. Hmmmm, I wonder why?!?! read more

Meanwhile, I have a sick child a home with strept and have to see and hear her suffering and throwing up because, i never received a text confirmation of her prescription being ready or on process. This CVS has started using a Scentsy and it is sooooooo strong! Come on people. You have people coming in to get prescriptions feeling sick and then they have to combat the smell of the scentsy too! I can hardly walk in there anymore! Even when not sick, I just want to smell clean air pleeeeeeeez! Lots of people are very sensitive to smells so this could happen impact how many shoppers come thru this door. Please correct this! I ordered some makeup online. There was a possibility that it wouldn't match me but I take comfort knowing that if anything goes wrong I can depend on CVS to be accommodating and do an exchange or return if need be. When I ordered my items there was no disclaimer saying that they have SUSPENDED ALL RETURNS. I understand that we need to take safety precautions with everything going on but this is just bad business practice. You at least need to let your customers know that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Before any purchases are made in store OR ONLINE. Extremely disappointed and appalled. I feel like they're lack of communication is a way for them to profit off of a tragedy. On top of that staff in the store was rude. Will not be shopping with CVS and will be switching pharmacies. read more
