Whomever has stepped up and taken over the Satellite Pharmacy needs to be put in charge of a lot more! Getting even otc simple meds has been a nightmare for YEARS, but this time was smooth and fast! When I ask to check on the status of my medication at the satellite pharmacy to pick it up I had to provide my 20 medications one at a time for the appointment clerk to provide me the status of my refills. The clerk could not just access all 20 refills at once but had to verify each medication one at a time. Come on pharmacy management. At least allow the appointment clerk access to all my refills at once by me providing her my SSN to look them look up all my refills. This was how it used to be when I could talk to a pharmacist. Today the stress in this country is worse than ever and Eglin pharmacy keeps making it worse.

I did a search for a 24 hour pharmacy and found there were none in Destin. As a last effort, I tried the Publix Pharmacy in Destin and Jennifer answered the phone & said they closed at 9pm. She had 10 minutes to fill 3 prescriptions & was so helpful,calm, and pleasant. I told her I would notify their driver right away. The family told me that Jennifer had everything ready and was waiting for them as they rushed in at the very last minute. I know Publix is a great grocery store with attentive & helpful staff and now I know these values are exhibited in their pharmacy staff as well!

My husband picked up the refill for Lucas diaper rash and when I opened the tube a very strong smell of alcohol came out. I opened the second tube to check if that was a fluke and it also smelled like pure rubbing alcohol . I called the pharmacy to confirm that I received the correct compound and they ensured me that it was the same as the one given back in March . I drove to the compound pharmacy to show them the tubes and once I walked in the establishment I once again smelled a strong alcohol odor. I spoke to Regina ( then main pharmacist) and told her my fears and she nonchalantly said that all tubes are sterilized with a very strong alcohol base to get rid of bacteria that is not cleaned off when cream has been added. How is it possible that the diaper rash cream that my son is getting on his tush where he has open skin is laced with added alcohol ? I have changed to water wipes then to towel paper to find out that the compound that I have been putting on my son is burning him and irritating him? It all clicked in my head. He arches his back and screams in pain everytime I used this cream on him, he now cries when placed on his back since he knows what's coming. I am soo heartbroken that I inadvertently have been hurting my son for the last two months due to the inadequacy of knowledge from the compound pharmacist.i don't believe that you should refer anyone else to her. And I wish I would have paid more attention in what was prescribed and given to my son rather than blindly trust her knowledge. I would not recommend this pharmacist and/or pharmacy. Update I've discontinued using the diaper rash compound made by them and in two day I've already seen a big improvement. Never again.

They allowed us to place the order just one day in advance, which was incredibly convenient. We came back the next day, picked it up with no hassle, & paid at checkout. The cake was absolutely beautiful, fresh & delicious. It had five layers with colorful confetti throughout the inside, & the pink buttercream icing was perfect. Sometimes colored icing has an odd taste, but this one was smooth, rich & tasted just as good as it looked. Every bite was moist, fresh & full of flavor. The entire process was easy, the bakery staff was kind, & everything turned out exactly as we hoped. We don't have Publix in Louisiana, & after this experience, I really wish we did. If you're celebrating a special occasion, I highly recommend the Publix Bakery.

The way she put my grocery in the bags you can tell she is not in the good mood at all. She might be tired from a long day of work, but still not an excuse. Each customer you meet in that store you give them a great attitude because they spend money. She was the only cashier there so far that I met that actually don't greet or talk to you.
