I have filled 7 prescriptions in the last 2 weeks at CVS and on both occasions, my prices were more than the amounts I was expecting to pay according to my GoodRX Gold plan. In both cases, the staff was less than cordial and bordered on being argumentative. Today they told me to not use the GoodRX Gold card going forward because it is defective and they are the only game in town. It was a case of like it or lump it. I called Good RX and was assured my card is fine. Unfortunately, CVS is the only pharmacy in my area that accepts GoodRX, so my choices are pretty limited.

My very first time walking into this place for a prescription and all it felt like they were doing was finding ways to not serve me. I was given dirty looks, told I need to call before coming in (mind you it's my first time) and I'm being told they have drug shortages and may not be able to see me. My digital insurance card wasn't enough so they sent me to get a physical copy. So, they made me get back in line to talk to them after I had already waited my turn. They refused my discount card to get me a somewhat reasonable rate for my prescription. They said they only take manufacturer cards and said explicitly that it would say "manufacturer card" or "discount card" and then didn't even look at what I had. They just said they wouldn't take it. For the love of God do not support this atrocious pharmacy. You won't catch me anywhere near this location ever again!! UPDATE: review from Facebook in image attached. The old lady tech went in the back to adjust and damages one of the lens. I noticed a spec on them when I put them on and left i thought it was dust come to find out it was a chip right in my line of vision on the inside glass.
