I have been having horrible experiences at CVS Pharmacies of late, a trend that I would like to give up. I would like to start by saying every time I come it seems the employees are listening to a conference call on sales, procedures, etc. This last time pushed me over the edge though as they were completing inventory or something and had conference call at the same time. When the new employee I never saw before treated me like I was an inconvenience being a "customer" of their pharmacy. Isn't this how the pharmacy makes money lol? Anyway I finally got approved for a Dexcom meter to help treat my diabetes and after verbally on the phone they stated the Dexcom receiver should be free I was charged $87.50. Wait it gets better, I bought the transmitter kit which you need to communicate with the sensors you wear and no sensors were included, this also cost $87.50. Now I am left with a receiver which I find out I didn't even need as your phone can complete the readings and a transmitter with no sensors. Looking at the bright side that I am closer to achieving my goal to eventually have an apple watch that I can easily see my readings but sheesh man they do not make it easy here at CVS or help the customer in the least bit. I loved the interaction where the associate tried to charge me $175 for a bottle of insulin and I said that's ok you can keep it. He seemed very confused like I was the first customer to say I didn't want a script that the pharmacy filled after hearing the price. CVS has a process that includes a question if you received your pneumonia shot. My answer was yes. The cashier could not get past this question and required the pharmacist to remove the question. I had to wait because the pharmacist was a busy person. I guess they are telling me, the customer, my time is not important. read more

We can't cry for a lack of drug stores in our area, that's for sure, but this one is conveniently located on our main drag at a light with an easy to get in and out of parking lot. The store is large, clean and only about five years old. It's a baby compared to the monstrously large Walgreen's we have a block away, but sometimes it's nice to go small. Easier to navigate for picking up a quick prescription or to buy over the counter meds. If you only need to pick up a prescription they have a drive thru window, which is nice when you really just want to get home or are in a hurry. They also offer great deals with their one hour photo lab. Their weekly ads have many buy one get one free deals and if you apply for their extra rewards shoppers card you are rewarded with savings on many items from soda to paper towels and can even use it on line to shop or to check your balance. They have your typical aisles of cheap make up and colognes, snacks, household needs, home remedies, cards, seasonal, animal supplies and baby needs. When they have their buy one get one free viatamins I always stock up. Service is quick and friendly and I like how they keep the store well organized and clean. Hubby recently ran into a bush and scratched his eye, don't even ask me how he did it, think he needs to wear protective goggles, since having Lasik surgery done and not used to being without protective eye gear. He went to the ER they cleaned and treated his eye and gave him a prescription for eye drops. Now the co-pay was only nine dollars, but his eye felt totally better before he opened up the bag with the drops in it. He insisted on taking it back and I said they are never going to take it back, well they did and refunded him his money! Not sure I agree with it, but they made hubby happy, which makes me happy. CVS Pharmacy - Drugstores Near Me - Feasterville, Pennsylvania

I use the feasterville CVS as my regular pharmacy, but lately i have been having problems when i go get my medicine, i understand that they are sometimes busy, and it might take a day or so to get the prescription fulfilled, but the last two times i got my meds was awful, the first time i was DENIED of the meds because they supposedly did not have access to the Rx on file for me, (they did, with refills available) but it was under another store so they said they could NOT get it, that i would have to go to the other CVS to get my order or that i had to call my Dr. to have them send a new Rx. i called the other CVS and they advised me that, the feasterville CVS definitely had access to the Rx and that they could fulfill the order without having to send a new Rx. i still called my dr and requested for them to send a new Rx. after some frustrating back and forth and me telling them that i was out of the meds multiple times and i had been for a couple of days because of this senseless back and forth. they all of the sudden miraculously had access to the Rx and the refills and my order was filled within an hour... it was unnecessary, frustrating, and reckless of them to do that to someone who NEEDS the medicine daily and had been out of the meds for days because of this... the second time was them improvising and surprising me with my order being filled on time but giving me different medicine than my Dr. requested i'd be on, without them reaching out to me or my doctor to let us know of the change THEY decided to make. Luckily when i spoke to the person on the phone to ask them why they had changed it, She was very understanding, kind and helpful and did what she could to help me fix the change of meds i truly appreciated her patience and kindness towards my frustration, she rectified the mistake but i will most likely NOT be using them again to get my medicine. read more

Used to go here for scrips until one day they tried to charge me like $40.00 for a $9.00 prescription. I took it to Walmart and it was $9.00. Went back to see how to transfer my other script to Walmart and was asked why. I told the woman that they were a RIP-OFF outfit. She said I could have joined some CVS club or something like that to get my scrips cheaper. WHY WASN'T I TOLD THAT BEFORE ?? EVEN THEN THEY WERE MORE EXPENSIVE !!! After that I went there for coffee that was on sale and they were always out the first day of the sale ! Tried 3 different CVS's and same thing. They stock about 5 or 6 and that's it !! The flyer is sent out to thousands of people and they only stock 5 or 6. WTF !!! Just a come on !! AVOID THIS SCUMBAG OUTFIT !!! THEY ARE RIP-OFFS AND LOW LIFE'S . Had a prescription called into this pharmacy, even though it's not our regular one, since we were up this way visiting. Went to pick it up, they said there was nothing there under our name and sent us away. Called the doctor back and he said he 100% sent it in and called the pharmacy to check, and they said they received the call. Go back to the store to pick it up, they said they never had the prescription and can't fill it because we don't live here. Well, which one is it? You don't have it or can't fill it- turns out they wouldn't fill it until we proved we lived in the area. Wtf? Bad service. read more

I always shop there, and I love girls who work there except one - the woman named MICHELE, who was my cashier today. Let me start the story: I'd gotten reward coupon for 4$ and went to the store to but something sweet. The Christmas stuff was on sale -75% for chocolate, candies and etc. So, i took some sweets and went to the register. I mentioned to Michele that 2 candies i took should be 75% off, not the full price. She said that she cannot do anything and needs to ask the manager, rolling her eyes on me. I told her that it's ok and i will wait. She went to the manager's room,but the manager didn't opened.So, i said that it's ok and just not gonna take the candies for the full price. Then, the manager can and asked what's happened. Michele said and the rude manner: "i just needed to know the price for these NASTY candies!!!". And the manager did not stop her being so rude with the customer. After she scanned all the items, and I gave her the coupon, she scanned the coupon and said: " the coupon doesn't match with your ExtraCare card". It sounded like I stole the coupon from someone and try to redeem. It is important to know that i provided her with the phone number which i use instead of bringing the card. I told her to try again, but she said that it doesn't work and said to pay 5$. So, i told her that i will come in a minute with the card. And i gave her the card to scan. She was silent, and I was silent. She did not tell me a work after handing my shopping bag. I felt like she poured a bucket of shit on me. I am always polite with people, and did not give any reason to be rude with me. I took it personally because she sounded so rude and like a RACIST (because of my accent).It was not the first time she discriminated me. MICHELE, do not bring your shit to work, leave it at home! So, new employees at this store do not know how to check for manufacturer coupons. They don't wait for them to pop up. Previous employees did. Seems they are not being trained on this. I always have to mention I have coupons, and even if I do, they don't see them all. I have 50 or more different manufacturer coupons downloaded to my card. They will not , or do not know, how to wait for them to pop on the screen and then go through them to see if any apply. They assume the system will just tell them right away. Now, I'm not on the other side to see what they are looking at, but in the past most employees say to me, oh, it didn't show up right away, sorry..and then they check to see if any apply. So , I dread going to CVS anymore, because I don't like to stand there trying to convince an employee I know what I'm talking about, and I don't want to argue either. Its just really frustrating anymore. And CVS I always thought was wayyy better then Walgreens, because of the reward bucks and coupons. Now I dread going.. read more
