I would like to start by saying every time I come it seems the employees are listening to a conference call on sales, procedures, etc. This last time pushed me over the edge though as they were completing inventory or something and had conference call at the same time. When the new employee I never saw before treated me like I was an inconvenience being a "customer" of their pharmacy. Isn't this how the pharmacy makes money lol? Anyway I finally got approved for a Dexcom meter to help treat my diabetes and after verbally on the phone they stated the Dexcom receiver should be free I was charged $87.50. Wait it gets better, I bought the transmitter kit which you need to communicate with the sensors you wear and no sensors were included, this also cost $87.50. Now I am left with a receiver which I find out I didn't even need as your phone can complete the readings and a transmitter with no sensors. Looking at the bright side that I am closer to achieving my goal to eventually have an apple watch that I can easily see my readings but sheesh man they do not make it easy here at CVS or help the customer in the least bit. I loved the interaction where the associate tried to charge me $175 for a bottle of insulin and I said that's ok you can keep it. He seemed very confused like I was the first customer to say I didn't want a script that the pharmacy filled after hearing the price. Good luck to you if you choose to visit and use the pharmacy here.

I was given a list from my doctors for places that had the medical equipment. After going through many companies who could not help me I landed on this location and Sheryl answered the phone. She answered my questions and she assisted me with getting my prescription from my doctor and told me what it needed to say. once she had the prescription and it was filled, she called me back and told me what I needed to bring in and that it would be ready when I arrived. Parking lot: a small private lot off of a very busy street. Atmosphere: bright and filled with all kinds of medical equipment that you can think of! even recliners! Service: when I arrived, Judy greeted me. She pulled my paperwork and began to assist me. By the time she had my paperwork, Sheryl arrived, and she remembered who I was. Once all of the paperwork was done, Donald came over adjusted my scooter handle bars, gave me a tutorial on how to operate the knee scooter and assisted me once I was at my car. If you need equipment & quick and kind service, I recommend this place. They've been in the community for 51 years! that speaks volumes. if I ever need medical equipment in the future, I will be coming here

Stay Away from Ascher - Unacceptable Service. This was the worst customer service I have ever…read moreexperienced. I contacted Ascher to replace a battery on the stair lift for my elderly mother. After waiting two days for a technician to come out, I was then told repeatedly over the next two weeks that they were still waiting for the battery to be shipped from the manufacturer. Frustrated, I reached out to another company -- they diagnosed the issue, sourced the battery, and replaced it within 20 minutes of arriving, all within an hour of my initial call. The contrast in service was unbelievable. Ascher was a total waste of time. Their delay and lack of urgency were unacceptable, especially when dealing with equipment that elderly and handicapped people rely on daily. Absolutely awful experience -- I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Note: there was one other customers in the store so they were not too busy to be able to greet there customers. They weren't experienced enough to provide myself ANY info in regards to what I went in there for. I had asked for assistant in regards to hard wax for a Brazilian, she said "um I don't know anything about that." HOW are you able to work at a store with no information in regards to waxing? She had asked the other girl to come over and help me. I waited there for a few minutes before I saw the girl that was supposed to be helping me, aimlessly walking around the store. I had picked out my product, took it to the register & asked about the student discount I was told by my school they provided. They way she was talking I knew She was feeding me info about the student discount she wasn't 100% confident in. When she had rung me up it was normal price. I had asked her if I will be receiving my student discount my next purchase because I had to sign up in store. If I was able to choose 0/5 stars I would! This isn't a knowledgeable or friendly place for a student who is in the works of becoming a Esthetician to come to. I'll take my service else where. Lesson learned
