Ever since they fired Lillian the store has gone downhill the coffee is never hot and enjoyable the workers are unenthusiastic and never want to do their jobs properly the overnight cashier is always hanging out in the deli talking to the girl behind the counter and the store is NEVER clean anymore I recommend absolutely staying away form this wawa it is filthy and disgusting I would NEVER come back to this store. read more

I frequent a couple of different Wawa's. I live very near the Brownsville, Feasterville Trevose, PA one. It is small and older (the 1st in the area, so I hear) yet, I regularly encounter the friendliest, interactive customer service. I don't eat Wawa food (sorry), but when picking up a treat, often rather late in the evening, it is almost always a pleasant welcome interaction. It even seems to flow into the interactions with fellow customers. Well done! read more

This Wawa location is eighth across the street from my work so I thought I would try it for lunch. Having never been to a wawa I did not know that I had to order on a tablet. Gross. With Covid they should not be making their customers all touch the same table for lunch. I stood in front of the "order here" sign for more than a minute waiting to be helped. No one said a word even though they saw me standing there waiting. I finally asked and saw the order tablet. I ordered a BBQ brisket sandwich. No directions on where to pay... I paid and the cashier was friendly. When I opened the sandwich back at work about two minutes later the sandwich was smashed, soggy and still had the parchment paper inside that I am guessing was wrapped around the meat portion?? Pickles, sauce and meat all over the wrapper and the bread was a soggy mess. Also purchased a Monster energy drink that became lunch... read more

Disappointed at this wawa store. The coffee is luke warm or their out of coffee. Been coming to this store for along time and come in at least five days a week. I come for the hot coffee. Again I stopped in today and again the coffee was luke warm so I will not be coming to this wawa's again. read more

I'm a wawa enthusiast, but it is this wawa that introduced me to the darkside of the business. One night I was int he store around 11:30 pm and someone was taking all the baked goods and throwing them in a trash bag. I was really distraught - how could they waste so much food? I was informed that once the food is out all day they cannot donate it to the homeless or hungry. I asked if I could have it then, and they said I had to pay for it. But it's going in the trash!!! 4 stars because all Wawas get 5, but this one is smaller than my favorite wawa. read more

Horrible customer service. For example, I ordered a bagel one day in the morning. There was only one other customer in the store. I waited for almost 20 minutes before someone realized I was waiting and found the girl who was working the deli in the back. Other times I've ordered food I've had to bring it back bc they messed it up. It seems like if the Store Manager isn't there then they just stand around talking especially the younger employees. Wawa's are usually great, I can't even count how many times I stop in for gas, coffee, lunch, and my (almost) daily pint of Ben and Jerry's. It's unfortunate that I moved just two blocks down the side street this particular Wawa sits on. I say unfortunate as the customer service here, more so in the evening as I don't really believe I have had any unpleasant experiences during any morning coffee runs, is just terrible at the registers. There are a handful of women that encounter on the regular that are downright miserable and unfriendly. I get that not everyone can have the best day everyday, but this is such a common thing that my neighbors an I actually exchange stories about which one we ran in to and about how rude they were. The most... shocking, I suppose is the proper word, experience I've had at this store was one this past Christmas day. Wawa was one of the only stores open, as is every year, and I forgot to pick up eggs so I stopped in around 4pm. The young woman behind the register was clearly VERY unhappy and bitter about being there. Hey, I get it, it stinks to work holidays, but if you're scheduled you work, just like anyone who has to work holidays at their job. It happens, and we do it, usually with better pay for holidays to try to make up for it. In any case, this young woman did not handle her undesirable shift well in the least. She was being more than loud while speaking to her co-worker, a young man stocking cigarettes behind her, asking why there were so many people in the store that day, why it was so busy, saying this with great distain, all the while with people standing in line waiting to check out right in front of her as she was ringing their purchases up, and still others spread around the very small store. The young man clearly looked embarrassed and uncomfortable, he replied it was likely because they were one of the only places open on Christmas, to which she replied louder still, that 711 down the street is open and why don't people go there? The young man didn't really say anything back or attempt to scold her for talking that way in front of customers, but I couldn't really blame him because she was very aggressive with the way she was saying it. When i was next at the register she did not make any eye contact and kept taking to her co-worker and said, I quote, "This is f***ing bullsh*t, it's bullsh*t!". I was floored at this, I was literally standing DIRECTLY in front of her. Standing face to face, with my card in my hand and her throwing my items (she didn't throw the eggs though so that was considerate and appreciated) into the bag. I couldn't believe that she was taking that way, in front of the people she was REFERRING TO, so blatantly! I have to admit it was actually brazen. I am normally the kind of person who would say something in this type of circumstance, like suggest that maybe she shouldn't be swearing in front of customers and saying they should be going to a different store... I mean she had to be there anyway, regardless of if anyone showed up or not, right? I was so shocked and dumbfounded, I just watched the rest of the performance and provided my payment. She never said one word to me and so rather than say something to her about her inappropriateness, I instead quietly wished her a Merry Christmas, not surprisingly it was unreturned, and left. After I was home again I started to become angrier the more I thought about it, as it was just such a rediculous way to behave. I considered calling to speak with a manager, but, I decided against it. Rather, I am writing this review now as my neighbor and I were talking about it again just a little earlier this evening since he had just stopped in the same store tonight and told me about the cashier that he always runs into and is consistently miserable (not the same one as my experience, just FYI), and I think there either needs to be some sort of customer service training (re-traing?) or SOMETHING, because lately I have taken to just going just a little further up the street to 711 with my business or making sure to stop at a Wawa closer to work or on my route home if I can. There are so many good Wawa's, it is just a shame for me to now live just a short walk away from one, but that really makes you feel like you and your business are not wanted there. Long review, my apologies. Just felt I needed to get that out there for someone who may care and I really didn't want to do so via a corporate complaint... I'm not looking to get anyone to lose their job, just make the establishment aware of what it's like to be a customer at this branch. read more

Wawa more like wowa! It's a gas station , it's a restaurant, it's a market ! They have your average gas station stuff and some cold premade items likes wraps and salads . And then there is the mother load of all things cool . I would call it their restaurant ! You order through a touch screen and they pretty much have everything ( hot subs, cold subs , quesadilla , breakfast items, coffee drinks etc). They also have a under 500 calorie option which is super nice . You can pay for your ordered food and other items through the store all at once which is a convenient option . The food was amazing and super fresh . Another great plus , they're open past midnight :) I wish they had these everywhere ! read more

There have been too many times where my food order has been incorrect, and more times than not, it has cost me money. This evening I ordered a meatball sandwich and decided to try the bacon they have been pushing, it is offered with every order you make over the computer. I did not get a chance to eat my sandwich right away because I had some business to take care of. The sandwich was cut into halves and when I got a chance to begin eating the first half I noticed a few bites in that there was no bacon included. I double checked my order tag that was still attached to my wrapper and it said bacon. I decided to call and see what could be done, I did not want to bring back half of the sandwich because it is rainy and there is a lot of ice all over the roads, and I do not think it was worth getting into an accident over a incorrectly made sandwich. I called the store and was treated quite poorly; the rude young man who handled my phone call said the only option I had was to bring the sandwich back and they would make it properly this time. I told him I had already eaten some, that is how I realized it was missing the bacon. When I asked if I could bring back the half that I had not touched tomorrow, he told me no they would not be able to do anything for me. This is a Wawa that my family shops at frequently, but since this is not the first time something like this has happened, I will be changing stores; I may even not use Wawa at all unless I am desperate from now on. read more

i usually come here when i'm in the area. in the few times i visited this one. in the few times i've been here never have i experienced such horrible customer service than today(1/14/2020) at around 9:00AM. michelle, who was the front cashier and the face representing that wawa location. i got a coffee and some sizzlis and the line was long. i heard her greet with a smile every customer who came to pay for their food. and say "have a nice day" with a smile. when it was my turn, no greeting. rung my items up, and didn't even tell me the total, she instead turned her head waiting for me to assume i know the total. at the end, she put the bag on the counter and waited for me to leave - with no smile or greeting. as soon as i walked away, she greeted the very next guest with a "hello". this area is notorious with predjuduce. am i to just allow the prejudice behavior of this clerk? wawa should know better than to allow those who are either racist or predjudice from working. terrible service and i will let everyone know of this. read more
