Worst customer service ever! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt the first 2 times I was treated rudely. Today, it was over the top! Guy didn't want to ring anybody up, directed us all to self chk out. Lady behind me told me to go ahead of her, she needed a cashier. He rolls his eyes at her. I start ringing up my stuff, and it says ask for help. Mr wonderful comes over and says " you're doing it wrong. You don't go like this!" As he swings my item crazily back and forth over the scanner. I said that's not what I was doing. He says " yes it was" I told him not to give me attitude. He says he's not, that I'm giving him attitude! I asked him to scan my heavy items ( cases of soda and water) he won't. I ask for a manager, a person with a top knot and shaved sides is standing 5 feet away and doesn't intervene at all is who I'm told is the manager. I ask them, is this how you let your employees talk to customers? No response, still! I ask first guy his name. He flashes me his badge which has half his name scratched off. On purpose, I'm sure because I ask again saying I can't see that. He just flashes it again instead of answering me. It looked like Edward or Eduardo, I'm not sure. Never did find out Mr. Mute's name, the " manager". Will be reporting to corporate also, as I don't expect any help going through the store directly. read more

The pharmacy technician named Iadet is the rudest person I've ever encountered at a pharmacy. You would think someone who works at a pharmacy would also be educated on how to deal with customers. No. Not at all. I came in to pick up my fathers prescription and she told me to pay 22 dollars for it. After explaining to her that he has dual coverage and to check eligibility she told me to go to the next window to check it. When I walked over, there was a gentlemen who just approached the window and she helped him instead and told me that he had been waiting. But when I got to the pharmacy there was no one waiting at all. I waited about 7 minutes until I called the pharmacist over to help me instead. Iadet then got defensive and said that this man was waiting and she was going to help me when she was done. No Iadet you're imagining things. The pharmacist helped me in a courteous manner and I was very appreciative. Do yourself a favor and don't come to this pharmacy. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went in yesterday to buy a beauty sponge and I ended up grabbing other things as well I was approached by Debra and She specifically said to me "I wanna make sure you aren't putting things in your bag and stealing" I was speechless.. I was looking at a foundation at the time and I had my phone in my hand because I was looking up the shades to make sure I get a good match instead of opening the product in store like a lot of people do. So anyways I was like what? So I give her my purse with no hesitation and I go "look through it" she was like no It's fine it's just that one of the workers thought that she had seen you put things in your purse I was like wow. So she walked away. Tbh I really didn't want to be giving that store my money because how pissed off I was, but I was like no lemme but it so she knows I had the funds and wasn't actually stealing. I don't remember the last time I was so mad & honestly so shocked. I go to the register and there is Debra again she's the only register open but she had time to come to me and accuse me of stealing. So I asked her why she didn't go through my purse? She knew she messed up bad. I called cvs after I got home and filed a complaint I should be getting a call in 2 days. If you're reading this Debra I was NEVER going to let this go and walk away. What you did was fucked up & I hope you never do it to anyone ever again. read more

Do your employees in the pharmacy have a habit of testing out new medications or are they just inattentive and extremely bad at their jobs? They somehow messed up transferring my prescription, spelling my name rendering other employees unable to find said prescription, didn't apply my insurance info I provided so I was told when it was found that I owed over $50 for a prescription that is free, and shuffled me back and forth between lines for an hour, pregnant, epileptic, and being literally withheld medicine keeping me out of the ER because your staff couldn't seem to get it together long enough to complete any simple given task. What is going on here??? Please explain this to me, I really am curious as to what management has to say. It's 11:45 in the morning so I'm sure their day hasn't been that long. Your standard drug store. Only drawback is they are particularly slow at checkout. That and I had my 15 year old nephew with me and the cashier wouldn't sell me beer because he wasn't 21...after calling the manager over and sending him to the car, I got my beer. Love this pharmacy! I do a tremendous amount of business with them and they are on top of it. I'm on a first name basis with some. Mary and Rachel are very helpful as well as the rest of the staff. I highly recommend this pharmacy. The CVS on the corner of Broadway and 2nd by comparison is a nightmare. read more

Do not do pharmacy business here. They have somehow developed into a telemarketing business to renew prescriptions. They must have some bonus system or something because they won't stop calling me. 3 times today (on a Sunday no less). They have become a telemarketing nightmare. I don't want auto refill! Worst slowest pharmacy ever! Do not go here if you are in a hurry! Everyone on staff is a bitch the store is filthy aso I dropped a perscription off and when I came back they said they were out of the medication! I asked to pick it up at a different cvs and they said no cuz of the perscription . I had just had a major surgery and was just released from the hospital and had to wait 4 days for my pain meds! NEVER again will I set foot in that filthy store! read more

first, this is no longer longs. it is cvs. went there to pick up my rx and the price went from $20.90 to $111.00 for 30 pills. i asked them what i paid the last three time and it was $20.90. (30 days ago) the insensative clerk teisha said she would have to verify with another pharmacy. the pharmacist came to her rescue and shows me their cost sheet of $400.00 for 100 pills. that makes it $4.00 per pill. doing the math 30 pill @ $4.00 is $120.00. do they think i believe they are still losing money even if they sold them to me at $111.00 and will lose $9.00? every time i go there the price is higher and if i complain, they adjust the price. it's time to go to another pharmacy who doesn't try to gouge me. it's a convenient location but i'll drive a few miles to save $90.00. read more

This pharmacy cannot be bothered to keep the information online up to date ie. HOURS! I went to p/u my prescription. Staff is vacuuming back and forth across the entrance though the store is still open without regard to customers or common courtesy. The parking lot is very dirty. This is a poor effort at best. I used to go to Clark's Greenfield pharmacy and from my understanding they had an service connected called medicine care. Since I have medicare, I had my medicine delivered to my house with no problems whatsoever.Well back in the end of July, I never heard back from my delivery guy. The next day I call up Clark's greenfield pharmacy to get my meds early because I was headed out of town. That was not unusual for me. So I call Clark's only to get connected to CVS. I thought I made a mistake in dialing their number but I didn't.Turns out that CVS bought out Clark's. I been through 4 months of hell since then. None of my information was on file as far as medications go except my blood pressure meds. Not my anti seizures! I had refills left for them which made no sense at all. CVS rep said the reason why my blood pressure meds where on file is because my refill request went through because I just ran out. So now I'm panicking because I don't have my seizure meds and I was going to run out of those in a few days. CVS has always either shorted me out with meds or I had to constantly verify with my drs every month about my refills.I should have got my bronchial inhaler but I didn't get it from them this month. My medicines were ready November the 8th but no inhaler. I'm not surprised. I'm so glad I spoke with my primary dr's nurse because I am now going to be getting my medicines delivered again via Medicine care pharmacy Is anyone else from El Cajon a former Clark's customer that had this same thing happen to them? read more
