Parking here can be a challenge because it's street parking only. The store itself is clean and organized. I transferred our prescriptions because another neighborhood pharmacy made continuous mistakes. I picked up my refills today for a far better price than I was getting elsewhere. The line was a bit long but I didn't mind because they were taking time with each customer answering questions and giving advice. I got my scripts and was able to drop leftover prescription meds in their drop box which is super helpful. read more

Tried to return something and while Lynette the cashier was incredibly helpful and polite, her supervisor (a woman whose name we didn't get) was so rude and unhelpful and frankly, rather mean. It left a bad impression of CVS and we won't be returning. Hard to believe that the company would be happy about this type of customer service. read more

By far, the worst cvs pharmacy I have ever been to To start, it's impossible to find parking. It's located by Trader Joe's, restaurants, movie theater etc so hard to find close parking nearby Second, every-time I've gone the line is ridiculously long Third, I have never had a successful time getting a hold of a human at the pharmacy on the phone. I've tried waiting 30 min to 1 hour and still never get anyone . I tried to transfer a prescription to another pharmacy- the other pharmacy said they couldn't get a hold or cvs and to ask my doctor to send a new prescription to them instead since cvs wouldn't answer their phone The first time I came in, I came bc I got a text saying my prescription was ready. After waiting in a long line, I was told it hadn't even been started yet and that their system inaccurately sends auto texts. He had me wait until close to get it done. So my next prescription I transferred to another pharmacy. I went to the other pharmacy to fill it only to find out this cvs already filed it with my insurance and was in process of filling it so I couldn't get it at the other pharmacy. I tried calling again but to no avail. It's been 5 days now and no status change either. It's a simple packet of pills that was prepackaged. All they have to do is put it in a cvs bag, don't even need to count out the pills. Anyway waiting in a ginormous line now to tell them to cancel my in process prescription so I can pick it up at another pharmacy! I never want to deal with this again. read more

This CVS is not well staffed. They need to hire more people, I can't even imagine what the holiday season will be like. I'd you need a prescription plan on standing in line for over an hour just to get the refill in and then another 30 min for them to submit it. I called and waited 1 hour and 15 minute to speak to the pharmacy and then someone picked up and disconnected me. If you need your prescription filled urgently go elsewhere. read more

Horrible customer service. Take your prescriptions ANYWHERE ELSE. You will be sorry if you have to deal with them for any reason. Your time will be wasted repeatedly. No one answers the phone and after days of speaking with pharmacists about a prescription, I finally made it in to the store only for them to tell me they didn't take my insurance and now it's taken 2 days of constant phone calls for them to transfer my prescription with an insurance that it's been done, but it's not. If you ever need something filled here or transferred be prepared for that to either not happen or wait for DAYS. read more

CVS pharmacy charged my insurance for a prescription I never received. I need this medication and haven't been able to fill for 2 months because of CVS mistake and haven't corrected the error even though they said they corrected. After multiple calls and attempts they say they have corrected I'm still without the medication. I will never rely on CVS to manage my meds. This CVS Pharmacy has consistently bad service. I understand they are short staffed. Unfortunately, the staff have become rude or so unempathetic, it is almost impossible to get a prescription filled. It is certainly impossible to have a prescription filled in a timely manner. If there is any issue with the prescription, they simply don't fill it and you can wait for days. I have been on hold 4 times this week for over an hour each time. Only once did I actually speak to somebody. Unfortunately, he gave me completely wrong information and I had to start over. Today, I finally went into the store and was told that I waited too long. I think they should limit the number of orders they're trying to fill, not limit the quality of the job they're doing because they're doing to much. CVS is still making money, so I'm not sure they care that the customer experience in unacceptable. This line of business is too important to do it so poorly. read more

Another horrific pharmacy! I thought using CVS would be a more simple process since they have an app where Rx's can be ordered and shipping a bonus. Nope! Two years ago I had to go in to pick up Rx (I had already paid for it) and the person behind counter had no record of me. How, I've had same Rx filled there several times. Pharmacist comes out and was SOOOOO nasty to me. I get an email asking for me to rate my experience, which I did. I then get a NASTY email from pharmacist who stated in her email something to the effect of "you chart will to noted how unhappy you are". Is this a threat? Wow! Their app is consistently down, inaccurate and otherwise not useful most of the time. Calling and waiting on hold for 20-30 min to ask why my Rx's aren't getting filled OR shipped (done thru app) is not efficient OR helpful. The app sends a message that Rx's are ready for refill and go thru that process. Then it wont allow me to order shipping (or it does and then they're not shipped). I call, wait on hold for 20 min and then on the phone for another 10 min to be told the shipping portal was down and I'd have to come to the store to pick them up. There is no parking available near this store and a parking garage where people are robbed and cars broken into and/or stolen on a daily basis (in broad daylight). A few days later get another message from app that same Rx's are ready and this time it allows me to order shipping. After 5 days don't receive shipment or notification it was shipped. Go back thru app and Rx's say, "oh hold". Call again, wait another 30 min on hold to be told the pharmacist had to sign off. I ask how is this possible when 2 wks ago app told me they were ready, ordered shipping, wasn't shipped, call back and told I can only pick them up, then get notification Rx's are ready and app allows me to order them to be shipped, they're not and now 'on hold'? Answer, "I don't know". So weeks later, still no Rx. Another time I was sick and order was placed for antibiotic and CVS made me wait 6 days to get it filled. Ended up having MD call it in to King Soopers. Who can wait a week for an acute infection needing an antibiotic. Save yourself the trouble and AVOID this pharmacy! read more

If I could give this place 0 stars it would be a generous review. I waited in line for 20 minutes before getting to the counter. Once I was being helped by the employee and after providing my information I was immediately told prescription wasn't filled/available. After explaining I had received a text that the script would be available at 11am and I didn't come to the store until 3:30pm and asking how this was possible the employee couldn't have been more dismissive and disrespectful. He pointed to the line of customers waiting and said he couldn't help provide service and fill prescriptions. At this point it got fairly heated and I asked when the script would be filled. Again the employee simply said maybe by close of business but couldn't provide a time for me to return. CVS, please read this review and improve your service. Unacceptable is all I can say on multiple levels. read more

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Due to my insurance, it is the only one I can go to and every single experience is an absolute nightmare. All of the staff working are rude. I have had numerous doctors call in prescriptions and then they lie each time and are not able to provide the medicine in a timely manner. As I was getting discharged from the hospital my nurse called in to ensure my prescriptions would be ready to go that day, when I called to confirm if they were ready, they said it wouldn't actually be ready for two days. When I said my my doctor required this to be picked up same day, all they said was maybe and they close at 5 then hung up. I can not stress enough how terrible the pharmacists here are, if you are able, do your self a favor, avoid the trauma, and go to any other pharmacy in the state, you will have a better experience. A few days ago, I came to this CVS to pick up a prescription, and a paper sign on the door said the pharmacy would be closing amost 4 hours early that day, preventing me from picking up my medicine. Today, I've been waiting for 45 minutes in line, there is one person at the pharmacy, and he says he hasnt had time to fill any prescriptions because he's been too busy. The phone is ringing off the hook, no one has answered once. This poor guy is running around like crazy. read more
