This is my go-to CVS, not because it's the closest one to my home, but because I drive past it on my way to the office, so it's convenient. The store is well stocked, at least for my items and the workers are usually very nice. I haven't used this pharmacy, but it's been busy whenever I've been in the store. They carry both OPI and Essie nail polish. The cosmetics department is nicely organized and I always find something that I must have. 1st of all Yelp needs to make a rating with negative stars. Second husband makes a call for his RX is it ready? Is told yes its ready. Goes there 10 minutes ago, nope they know nothing and have no script. You people have no, zip, zero business interacting with the public. You make and fill prescriptions and cannot do that. I assure my hubs is highly competent and can handle a simpe RX. I am tired of this I will convince him to go to Walgreens or go to another pharmacy. read more

Very difficult people to work with. Was with Walgreens for 10 years without even 1 issue. CVS, always an issue and they insist that you walk in for many services which is very difficult for a person with limited mobility to walk. Then when its your turn, they start to work with you and then take the person behind you and tell you to sit down because its taking them too long to handle the request. I came by here recently due to its location. I had scheduled a purchase ahead of time to pick up here. I walked in, asked the cashier if my purchase was there, and she looked on the shelf and found it. So simple! I had already paid for it. Everything was there as ordered - thank you to the kind employee! I was literally in and out in just a couple of minutes. They never never never answer their phone. One time I needed an answer immediately so I phoned corporate and asked them to call the pharmacy. Amazingly they answered the call from corporate and they patched me through and I got my answer. Dealing with a pharmacy shouldn't be this hard. read more

Walked into the pharmacy on Friday to transfer my prescriptions from my former city. I was assured it would be done as I was out of meds. I called on Saturday. Not done. I called again on Sunday. Still not done. The tech who took my call was inept and kept repeating herself. She even had me confused with someone from Ohio. I kept asking for the pharmacist. When she finally answered, she was rude and wouldn't let me speak. I asked her for her name and her superior's name. She refused to provide any information. It is obvious why their reviews are horrible. At the location, customers are screaming at the employees out of utter frustration and the extreme incompetence of the employees! I recently had an extremely serious surgery that has caused a lot of on-going pain. I did everything I have to do LEGALLY to renew the pain medication. In Florida doctors write pain prescriptions that are for a specific amount of days. However, even if the days the prescription are written for has past, the Pharmacist rejects my new prescription EVERY time by imposes his own opinion of when he thinks I should have it filled. The pharmacist is NOT my doctor and is actually inhibiting my recovery. I am forced to be without pain meds making my blood pressure rise to dangerous levels because of severe pain. If pharmacists are able to let their personal feeling interfere with doctors , the patient should be able to seek damages. Also if pharmacists are uncomfortable filling prescriptions, maybe this NOT the field they should be working. My doctor bases his decisions for my care on science NOT personal feelings. Pharmacists should not be able to EVER allow their personal feeling interfere in the care prescribed by the doctor. But CVS is guilty of intentionally interfering with my health care over and over again. They need to held accountable for this intentional interference. CVS is only concerned with CYA , NOT the care of the patient, and SHOULD BE ASHAMED of their of the Pharmacist who routinely impose their personal feeling and cause truly sick patients intentional insult to injury on a routine bases. Healthcare is designed to NOT be in the best interest of the patient. It's wrong , morally, ethically, and financially and needs addressed as more and more patients SUFFER by CVS and other pharmacy practices read more

I dropped off a prescription at the pharmacy and they told me 30 minutes. The employees here were very nice and helpful! Quick service and I would definitely come here again. They were open on Memorial Day which was great, since I had an ear infection and really needed meds. Surrounding pharmacies were not open, very reliable place. Fantastic cvs!!! read more

Horrible pharmacist! Thinks she is the drug police and has denied the filling of several prescriptions. Have had to call corporate or have Dr call her. Also does not follow store policy of notifying you when she won't refill. You don't find out until you go to pickup. Also flat key refuses to transfer prescriptions because "she doesn't have time." She needs to be fired for her overreaching self importance and practicing medicine without a license! Update: Obviously CVS did nothing to correct the behavior of this pharmacist. In spite of corporate calling this pharmacist, once again she has held my prescription until a day after my last refill was due so another day in pain due to this B. I've learned my lesson and although Aetna makes it easier to use CVS, all my future prescriptions will be filled at Walgreens. My next step is to file a complaint with the Florida Board of Pharmacy. read more

It's the little things that matter. I've been here a few times, staff is friendly and the store is new. So no worries there. However, they do seem understaffed and the wait to checkout can be long. Today I had to use the restroom so I went straight to the restroom. It was locked. I waited a little bit but decided to get some drinks while I waited. I got some drinks and a basket from the front and then went back. Still locked so I waited. It started to become an emergency so I checked the women's, also locked. I waited and a customer said they thought I might need a key. But there were no signs noting that you needed a key. So I went to the pharmacy which was closest and asked if they had a key. They told me I needed to go up front. Argh, now my frustration is rising and I need to use the restroom badly. I go up to the front where there is 1 cashier and about 4-5 people waiting. I waited and finally cut in line to ask for the key, which the cashier couldn't find. Finally he handed me the key attached to a basket..... Seriously? Anyways, I finally got to the restroom where there were no paper towels to hold the dirty basket after washing my hands. Ugh. Anyways... read more

Please read the warning with the review of the pharmacy, I didn't take the time to read any reviews before getting a prescription here. The first problem is you cannot contact the pharmacy by phone. You have to go into the store, and when you go in they will not fill your prescription. This is honestly the worst pharmacy I have ever been read more

They never answer the phone! I don't understand. I actually went inside to see if anyone was working, and there were six people behind the counter. When I asked if their phones were working, one pharmacy employee said yes, so I then proceeded to ask why they don't answer the phone. He shrugged his shoulders and said they get busy. Okay, but I've tried to call for two days in a row, multiple times, and have been on hold for twenty-five minutes at a time. I understand they get busy, but when I went in, there was NO ONE waiting to pick up or refill a prescription, and again, six young people working behind the counter. The math doesn't add up, because I had actually been on hold ON MY WAY there, and right up until I came up to the counter. You need a better excuse. read more

I don't even want to give this a star at all. The pharmacist I had this morning (Tuesday) hung up on me again. Last week he just said I have to order your medication and hung up before I could say anything. Today I told him he didn't order my medication again and now I'm out of medicine again! I guess he didn't like that, and just hung up! So, If you want your medication to never be on time and the script to be wrong then this is the place to be. I just started going to this CVS Atlantic Ave three months ago. The three times I've gone (once a month) they have managed to mess up all three times. The worst pharmacy ever. The stuff cannot be trusted. They say one thing on the phone the you going in and they retract. I was on the phone over 3 hours and 21 minutes before some one pick it. If you are going for a COVID test they don't have signs up to direct you. Go to the drive up pharmacy window for the test. If your not, I would avoid this store because people who think they have COVID are going inside to find out where to go. read more

It's just a random CVS, but this is a very handy drugstore since everything else in the vicinity is typically closed early. Aside from convenience, the store is brand new, the employees are genuinely eager to help, and there's a very big parking lot. read more

Photo department is still a nightmare. Photo tech was in this morning but was useless. I followed her instructions to do at home even though it was giving me trouble. After several hours I got all pictures uploaded and it was promised by 3 pm. I went at 6 pm. Salesgirl asking me to login after many attempts that didn't work even though it logged in on my phone. Then she tells me she still could not help me even if I logged in it was just to find my order. Order number means nothing. No pictures and no help. Now I'm being told to come back in the morning. Why is it every time I go in the lady at the counter is rude and doesn't want to be there. The cvs is nice and clean and the other staff is polite and willing to engage and help but on 2 occasions same lady can't seem to find my pictures and simply says they aren't here while someone else finds found them easily. I called about a simple question concerning their covid test the man was very very rude and told me to go look online instead or call someone else for the information so I asked him to patch me on to the pharmacy and he cuts me off by putting me on hold for almost 10 minutes then said "no one answered?, oh well! Can I give less than 1 star? I went with a prescription for my son and was told that they don't have that particular medication in that dosage. Asked if I can leave it to be ordered, they chemist (lady) bluntly told né she is not going to order it as she does not have other patients who is asking for it.
