Despite being past the pickup time, my photos weren't waiting in the self serve area, so I did have to wait a sec for someone to find my photos behind the counter. Plus, the company decided no body gets to answer the phone in the pharmacy anymore you have to fight with a rebot just to get them to let you leave a voicemail message with the Pharmacist. I trusted this pharmacy for many years. The service was very good while Keith was the pharmacy manager. Unfortunately CVS hired an aweful russian woman to run the pharmacy, after Keith went back to England because his father had fallen ill. The woman lied about conversations with my doctor and retaliated against me, after I responded to an email from CVS requesting that I rate my experience. I reported the retaliation (which is illegal) to CVS corporate; however, they did not do anything to fix the problem. I quit using this pharmacy. The Walgreens pharmacy manager just down the road isn't much better than CVS; however, I she is not as bad as the terrible Russian woman at CVS. I would use her name here, except she kept holding her hand over her name tag, so that I would not know her name. My advice, for humanity's sake, shop elsewhere! read more

They do a great job of filling my prescription's they're always very kind and go out of their way to make sure that my issues are addressed and if I'm early, they quickly get my prescription filled. Also they recognize and make sure they give me extra coupons if I didn't know I had them. read more

At 8:45 AM my dentist ordered an antibiotic for an abcess.During the day I left 2 messages asking if pharmacy had received the order.I received no call back. I checked with my dental office and they confirmed that it was sent in. At 3:15 I went to the pharmacy and was told by the pharmacist "we are very busy and understaffed and I have not listened to the voicemail yet,maybe I should go to Publix for better ,faster service. I asked if I could get my prescription today and was told "sometime" when he gets to listen to messages. This is not the first time that staff have been truly arrogant. My husband was told"can't you see we are busy" when he asked for assistance. We had waited at the counter and no one had acknowledged his presence. There were 3 staff members at the time and no other customers. read more

I've been using this pharmacy for over 10 years. Keith has been a very nice and helpful Pharmacist and I know there is a shortage of techs and workers but there is no excuse for the outright rude behavior of the clerks or lack of customer service and decency. Combine this with multiple errors over the past year filling medications correctly (wrong counts/dosages) or not filling them at all and blaming insurance or faulting the doctor. My most recent script was sent 5 days ago and they still had not bothered to fill it doubling down on the excuses and telling us to wait another day. These are medications people rely on and you should not have to face such frustration or nastiness from your local pharmacy. After my experience this evening we will be transferring our medications elsewhere and would recommend others do the same. Truly a disappointment. They clearly don't care about their customers or the community they serve. read more

I am basing this off the experience I had while getting my Covid shot. I am afraid of needles and was already freaking out internally. The person who gave my shot noticed that I was on the brink of tears upon arrival after getting called. She was very nice and comforting, she let my sister get her shot first so I can squeeze my sister's hand. She instructed me on what I needed to do like relax and I won't feel the shot. She was right, I really enjoyed her being the one who gave my shot. I hope to see her for my second dose. read more

Update! I Came back to the same CVS to get 2 prescriptions that were texted to me and confirmed by me that said they'd be ready, so I go there and they acted like they had nothing for me. Then I pushed and said please check again I have the text on my phone. They still said check a different CVS. I again said no they were refills I had from this one. Huh?! and what do you know they found the script. That's never happened before. Funny how it does after I wrote this review and had a horrifying experience with only one employee there. I'm Starting to think they're all judgmental. No one should ever feel this way and that's why I post this ESPECIALLY when it has to do with someone in recovery. It happens a lot and no one says anything. PLEASE READ underneath this before going here if you take a controlled substance that's prescribed. The pharmacist woman Donna that's working today rolled her eyes at me when she was handed my script & tried telling me my suboxone wasn't covered when I come here all the time and never have an issue. And yes it was covered. Then she said it was a 45 min wait. Which is fine but it's the way she said it. She was whispering and rolling her eyes at me the second I gave her that piece of paper that showed im taking suboxone because I'm a recovering addict. Everyone knows that's what suboxone is for. Not everyone has to immediately give you a hard time and dirty looks about it. You can tell when people are looking down on you and being disrespectful. Pharmacists refused to add a coupon on a prescription. He actually said they were closing in 5 minutes and applying the coupon would take 10 minutes. I had to have my prescription and was so confused by the lack of customer service i ended up paying $30 more. Can CVS legally refuse to add insurance and coupons??? read more

If you require your medication from this pharmacy it is better to go to another location!!! There is a moron who works at this pharmacy who has cost me alot of wasted time and aggravation. All i have heard from this location is excuses after excuses. I was there yesterday i personally told him, please have my medication ready tomorrow. I was in the cold medicine isle where several employees say me and then I went over to the pharmacy to buy my drugs that are only available at the pharmacy and they told me that they were closing and they lower the screen in my face. Had I chosen any of three other pharmacies instead of CVS I could have purchased my drugs, but since they all close at the same time my stupidity cost me that ability to get these drugs tonight. I am not one to give poor yelp reviews, but after my AWFUL experience here I feel that I should warn others. After getting a text saying my prescriptions was ready, I went to pick it up and they said "sorry it's not here". Okay, I thought it happens. After getting another text saying my prescription is ready, I go and am told "no it's not ready yet". I show them the text notification and was told it must have been a "system error". 5 days pass and nothing. I finally call and ask what is going on and was told that they were out of stock of my meds, his request for stock refill had been rejected and they are hoping to have stock refilled in 5 days. I depend on this medication and the fact that I was not notified this was going on is ridiculous. I could have transferred my medication to a different CVS days ago that had stock, but because of their lack of competence I am now waiting weeks for a refill of my meds. DO NOT GO HERE, it's not worth it. read more

This review is for the Pharmacy. My Dr sent in an​ Rx to CVS. I went to the CVS and they said it would be a 30-45 minute wait so I left. The pharmacy tech called me a little​ later and explained that one of the medications was unavailable and they would need to order it and it would arrive the next day after 5 pm. I asked if there was another location that had it. They said yes but because they had already ordered the medication that they could not transfer the script. At 530 pm I received a text stating my medications were ready which I thought was odd because I was just told they would not have it until​ the next day. I went to the CVS drive through and they confirmed that the meds were on order and would be available the next day. That I would get a text when they were ready to be picked up. After 5 the next day I never received the text so I called​​ to find out what was going on. A pharmacy tech answered and he was very rude...like I was bothering him by calling. I asked about my Rx and he stated that it was transfered to another location per my request. I told him that was untrue, that the tech from the previous day said it was on order. He disagreed with me and stated I was the one that requested the script be transferred. Again, I told him that was untrue, etc, etc. The tech was rude, aloof and acted like I was bothering him and took zero responsibilty. A simple apology would have been good enough for me as sometimes things get messed up. I will not be going back here which is unfotunate because the pharmacist is great read more

This was my very first time calling this cvs to get a prescription transferred from another cvs. I spoke with Christina and she was extremely rude... I mean talked down to me, talked over me, and hung up on me all because she was not clear when asking questions and cut me off instead of listening to what I needed from her (aka her job).
