Now this is going to be a very mixed review. I absolutely adored the inside of this CVS pharmacy location. It was very well stocked, and put together very nicely, I must say. I would shop here over the competitor anytime. With that being said, the outside of their store was atrocious. There was garbage everywhere. You would have thought that the store would have been just disgusting inside if it looked anywhere near the way it did outside. It's really sad to see such a contrast. This CVS is very hit or miss, sometimes I have a nice, friendly and easy experience and other times not so much. For instance the pharmacy I've been to many times and even got multiple vaccines here and no issues. But maybe the next trip it was slow and long waits. Then on the other side sometimes the store has been busy and feels understaffed. I can find great deals and well stocked shelves and then sometimes it isn't. Not bad, by any means, just inconsistent. read more

This CVS is very well stocked and very clean upon entry. I had no issues finding exactly what I needed and even ran into some of the nicest employees that were offering their assistance. The location is also very convenient to those staying in the nearby vacation homes. read more

This was my first time in this location as I do not go to a CVS very often. I was getting a new medication and my insurance said it had to go through their specialty pharmacy. This is part of CVS and because it is a refrigerated medication it was easier to just pick it up at one of their stores. This one isn't far from me and also would've been on the way to the doctor's office that I would've been taking it to. I parked right out front and walk in into the back where the pharmacy is. I waited my turn and told them what I was there for. They looked it up and went and grabbed it from the cooler and we checked out very easily. In total, I was in the location, probably less than five minutes The store hasn't accessible entrance and was easy to navigate. They were friendly and very helpful. I anticipate picking my meds up every month or rather every other month after the first couple. read more

It seems like this CVS need new employees that genuinely like there job. There is always an issue with the pharmacy staff. The drive thru attendant so rude and lazy. They want to rush you out the drive thru and not look into your medication. The attitude obnoxiously unacceptable they should look into bettering their customer service and staff. I work in healthcare and you don't speak out people's medication and then make fun of it you don't know what condition the patient / customer may have. Please educate your staff and maybe train them to be more friendly and caring. The dark skin lady at the drive through was joking about the medication i picked up with another coworker, saying "she needs wegovy her back is getting big". So childish and unprofessional. Was at the pharmacy 2 minutes before closing & these rude people would not take the time to run the insurance! Lazy, unprofessional & rude!! Amarylis was extremely rude when "helping" me about the medications I had. She continued to point at me and give me attitude. So I returned the attitude when I did so she proceed to call me out. Either staff this pharmacy with competent staff or shut it down. Disgraceful set up. Medications always out of stock. Long inefficient lines at store, drive thru, and on phone. Very very rude staff. Will charge the highest price for meds because they can't be bothered to enter discount program info. State regulators really should be involved at this point. Janice in particular stands out as the worst of the worst. Stay far far away. read more

Establishment clean and friendly staff. When using coupons be sure the amount on the coupon is the same that rings up in the register. After being the over charge to the mgrs attn was refunded but it's the fact the cashier didn't follow the coupons prices & charged me double the amount. read more

Traffic around here is terrible (Champions gate). We made an appointment for the minute clinic and were ten minutes late due to the traffic and the lights. When we arrived, we were told our appointment was canceled and staff was worried they couldn't fit us in. I was angry and concerned that our visit was for nothing. However, the sweet lady at the clinic squeezed us in last minute. They went above and beyond to help my brother (the whole visit was for his cold; he'd been sick for ten days at this point and needed medication). We have always had friendly service at the Pharmacy. They are usually well-staffed, fast & efficient; plus, we love the hours.

I checked into the Minute Clinic at 11:00 am and was not seen until 3:00 despite only 4 people being checked in before me. The practitioner was fine, but not overly friendly or polite. The store itself was clean and the pharmacy techs and cashiers were friendly. If you just need to pick up a few quick essentials, this would be a fine place to do it, but I do not recommend the Minute Clinic. read more

If your prescription is NOT ready, you should be instructed to either park and come inside or to make a loop around. We have been in line for almost an hour, waiting for my prescription to pick up that is ready as it was indicated on the app. There's a car in-front of us waiting for a fill and backing up there entire drive thru line. They need to update their rules and system to the pharmacy drive thru. read more

I would give ZERO STARS if I could. Called to find out if my prescription had been sent to this location thru CVS Specialty Pharm. She informed me she did not have anything for me. While I was still speaking she hung up on me. Really? That's a great way to get customers to not shop at your store. I'm from out of town. Clean, organized and standard fare at this CVS. Nothing too out of the ordinary but definitely the CVS high standard in place. Needed to drop off an out of state prescription and they were very prompt finding my info in the CVS database and my medicine was ready on time. I would come here again. read more

I showed up to the minute clinic at 7:20 (5 min late) after a day of vomiting and diarrhea but the nice lady (I believe her name is Meagan) still decided to take me. Her attitude throughout the entire experience made me feel much better even though she was having to stay later to treat me. Meagan was a hero! My mother took me home from surgery and we dropped the script with my pain meds off on the way. They said it would be an hour so we waited nearby. At the hour mark we came back and they said it would be another 20 minutes. This is not how you want your day to go proceeding spinal surgery. I was wearing a freaking neck brace and still had on my hospital tags for crying out loud. This is not the first time something like this has happened at this location. Omg sooooo slow. My 85 year old grandma moves faster than these people. I sat for more than 10 minutes in the pharmacy drive thru and then when they finally came to the window, they couldn't find my medicine. That's completely unprofessional. I had to wait for them to fill it while there were cars in line behind me. It only took like 2 or 3 minutes to fill it at that point so why do they always require an hour to fill prescriptions. Oh and when I dropped off my prescription, I kid you not that the woman said let me check and see if we have this. I visually saw her pour out a number of pills, count 30 of them which was what my prescription was, look at me and said yes we have them, it will be ready in an hour. Why not give it to me now, you just counted 30 of them. Now I had to kill an hour waiting on these imbeciles to get my prescription ready read more

We were on vacation and my not quite 2 year old seemed to have an ear infection. We go here wait 3 hours when it said a little over one. My daughter behaves beautifully and the nurse practitioner was nice but said that she did not have an ear infection but some fluid behind her ear drum, fluid was coming out her ear. Come to find out she did have two ear infections and one ruptured. So we tried to get her the help before flying back but was severely misdiagnosed here. Her pediatrician said that she had had the infection and was certain that it was there when we visited this CVS Minute Clinic!!! read more

The female pharmacist, first name begins with "A" is utterly insane. She has changed multiple prescriptions against doctors' orders. My physician has called each time this happens. "A" does not allow the physician to finish his sentence and the doctor has now to resorted to filing a complaint against her with the Florida Board of Pharmacy. I was also informed that it is a violation of law to alter or change a doctors' orders without a doctor's permission. I will also be filing a formal written complaint as this is now a misfill. She refuses to correct it and will not allow me to explain why due to her complete idiocy and inability to allow a customer to get any words out of their mouth. It is apparent to other customers that they feel the same and will also be filing a formal complaint against this exceedingly incompetent pharmacist. I was forced to go elsewhere and resorted to paying out of pocket for the month until the insurance company is notified. She's caused a lot of unnecessary stress and hardship during a personally difficult time period of my life. As a healthcare provider it is not right to judge your patients'. We don't know what cross people bear and adding fuel to the fire at the pharmacy counter is not what patients' need at the end of the day. read more

Every month I go for my pain medication. Every single month they do not have the medication. I had dropped off six prescriptions they had two out of six and this is every single month. The pharmacist is very rude , I can't even explain how rude this woman is like I really, literally she disgusts me. She treats everyone the same way. First off my daughter shouldn't have to explain that she has tumors on the bottom of her feet and she goes to school 8 hours a day which she is on her feet for, because she is a cosmetology student. You are a pharmacist, not a doctor, a pharmacist, get over yourself, she probably doesn't know the technical terms of the tumors on the bottom of her feet. You get a prescription, you fill it that's it that is your job nothing difficult about it. She makes you feel like a complete drug addict. I shouldn't have to explain all the things that are wrong with me to get my medication. Again you are a freaking pharmacist. I am aware that I must sound like a complete bitch and perhaps that is why she treats me as so; but this woman really pissed me off. If I was a violent person I would have went inside and kicked her ass that is how much she pissed me off. But, I am not the only one that has complained about her. And, I have been to pharmacies where they said they didn't have the medication but the way they treat you, you understand. But, also this doesn't happen every single month I am not being over dramatic, every month it happens. I have never had anyone treat me like that. She tells me when I go and try to get the medication that they don't have it. I say okay when are you going to get it, I don't know. Okay,!can you call me when you get it in, no we can't do that. Can I call over the phone to see if you got it in, no we can't give out that information. So, what you are telling me is you don't know when you're going to get it in, I can't call to find out if it's in stock. I would have to come here every single day to check out if you had gotten the medication. I would have to drive twenty minutes out of my way then twenty minutes back home. That is absolutely ridiculous. Every single month!!! Tell me what kind of pharmacy never has medication. They should be put out of business. All of you reading this must be like hhhmmm why don't you just go to a different pharmacy. The medication that I need is cheapest at this freaking pharmacy so I have no choice. read more
