Years ago I purchased some Mickey pajamas that I still enjoy and remember the time I bought them when I was on my Orlando vacation. They bring a smile to my face each time. This visit I was so pleased to find the Mickey and Minnie salt and pepper shakers that are both practical and decorative. They were also very reasonably priced. I highly recommend shopping here before you go to the parks because you can find unique things and they won't burst your budget.

Getting to the Walgreens I realized I didn't have my ID baccarat my bf had it when we each left to go back to our prospective homes, which I also needed to perform this transaction. Well, the two workers inside I believe their names were Roberto and Ariana (excuse me if this one is incorrect my bf was in the hospital all day so her name is murky) went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help out getting me situated. They were about to reach out to my bf so I could get my id and helped to get my cars loaded so I could pay my bill and get to the hospital for my bf. These two were AMAZING!!! I'm so grateful for all their help today! Definitely hit the mark on customer service for me, thanks again guys!!

I need an aerial shot to show the store's overall size. Not only was it a typical supercenter, but it also has beach wear and Disney souvenirs for visitors. I had to walk around to locate the health & beauty aisle, which was on the far left of the store. The store carried Palmer's cocoa butter products, including the new Tahitian Vanilla Body Lotion, at a fair price. Once I found what I needed, I had a bit of a wait at checkout. No matter which checkout line you stood in, they each had a line...even self-checkout -- it was mad crazy inside.

The parking lot is always crowded, the store is completely overrun with vacationers stocking up on... stuff, and the place is basically a commerce disaster zone. I went in for a couple of simple food items. What I found was half-empty food shelves, as if it were hurricane season and a storm was approaching, except everyone had decided to forego the usual necessities that inexperienced storm preppers stock up on (why would you buy four gallons of milk when your power is going to go out?) and instead grabbed every single box of pretzels the store had in stock. The store seems to have severe troubles keeping shelves stocked... whether that means they do not have a night crew performing stocking duties or they simply cannot keep up, I don't know. What I do know is that from now on, when I am visiting this area, I am going to plan ahead and do my shopping somewhere else.

Note: The loofah bars are actually part of a new line Disney launched in late 2024/early 2025 to replace the old H2O+ products that were discontinued. Not every Disney gift shop has them, but Screen Door does. I think there are BoardWalk-exclusive items here that can't be found anywhere else (like specific resort-branded apparel). They sell clothes, candy, and even a decent selection of groceries if you need snacks for your room. Service was good. The store underwent a five-month interior refurbishment in May 2025, which replaced the old carpet with light wood flooring and added that "coastal-chic" aesthetic to match the rest of the BoardWalk Inn.

The honey and I picked up a couple large waters and loved that they had some basic pharmacy items and a large pin section. The service was friendly and helpful, and we didn't find the space crowded as you'll probably find some of the internal Disney shops. All in all, I've definitely marked it down for the next time we stay at Swan Reserve since it's just a short five minute or so walk from their front door.
