I was on hold for an hour when a woman FINALLY answered she asked to put me back on hold because she was busy with someone else on the other line. Me, being the dummy I am, said ok; because my goodness how long could it possibly take to finish up with someone?! So there wasn't none of their awful music for about 15 minutes; then I was rudely dropped back in the queue. I almost lost it. After another hour, I finally hung up. It's the most infuriating experience I have each month when I call for a refill. I called again today at 9:00am on the dot and still had to hold for an hour. When I go back to visit my dermatologist next month I'm going to ask her to send my prescription to a local pharmacy. My insurance doesn't cover my prescription anyway so what's the difference?!?! They also deliver medicine in less than 2 days, so that is a plus for me. I love Cedra pharmacy, and I use it over my other pharmacies here in irving.
