I always come here for medications, and to gran random essentials that I need. Sometimes it's NiQuil, Vitamin C, various vitamins or sunblock. I think I grabbed nail polish last time. It is pretty random. I will say, this CVS comes in handy though. I am able to skip having to go to the grocery store, on top of the pharmacy. Service is always okay- no problems there. While I was looking at my phone trying to find the items I needed, an employee approached me and kindly asked if I needed assistance. When I couldn't locate one of the products, he directed me to the correct aisle, which was very helpful and appreciated. Later, I realized this employee was actually the store manager. Overall, he seemed friendly and willing to help, but my checkout experience felt a little awkward. While scanning my items, he appeared distracted and then asked whether I was with Uber Eats. Since I was simply looking at my phone, I assume that may have led to the question, but I wasn't sure why it was being asked. It wasn't a major issue, and I don't believe there was any ill intent behind it. However, as constructive feedback, some customers may feel uncomfortable being asked personal questions that aren't related to their purchase. Regardless of the reason for a customer's visit, it's important that everyone feels welcomed and respected without assumptions being made about them. That said, I appreciated the manager's friendliness and his willingness to help me find what I needed. My overall experience was positive, and I offer this feedback simply as an opportunity to make the customer experience even better.

The one thing I do like about this location is that they have a pharmacy drive-thru, which is super convenient. The pharmacists are okay, they seem really busy, so the customer service isn't the most personable. It feels more rushed than friendly, but I get that they're probably dealing with a lot. Just a heads up, the pharmacy closes from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm for lunch. I didn't know this and showed up around 1:29pm , and they still closed the window, so I ended up waiting about 30 minutes. Today's mentality is Walgreens take your and your insurance's money, then you get attitude of how the patient should be thankful we are allowed to shop there. I have tons to say. I asked for the manager and I said "do you see a problem here?" and manager says " no I have no idea about any problem " and I said "how about the long line why don't you hire more people to staff the store to increase your customer satisfaction? " I said it was unacceptable and he just shook his head and smiled at me. I miss the Rite Aid stores. The service was better. CVS is cheap on investing in the proper labor. Before waiting in line for checkout with the cashier, I tried the automated checkout. I was actually trying to give CVS more business, and I had more purchases than would fit on their tiny little automated checkout counter. The cheap paper bags fell on the floor and broke so I said " I don't want all of these things. I just have to buy one medical supply for my daughter" that put me in the 20 line purgatory behind all the people. All the manager could say is why don't you use our automated checkout? I tried to explain to him why the automated checkout did not work mind you I have a computer science degree this is not user error. This is incompetence understaffing, and no understanding of customer satisfaction.

I usually have my barcode ready, the staff scans it, hands me my medication, and I'm on my way. Unfortunately, my last visit completely changed my opinion. I came in around 12:00 PM to request a copy of my medication history for my attorney. I was directed to the drop-off window, where there was no one else waiting. The employee was on the phone, then told me, "I'll be right with you." I waited patiently, even asked if I could borrow a small sign to use as a fan because it was hot, and continued waiting. About 30 minutes later, without saying a single word to me, the staff turned off the lights, walked away, and went to lunch while I was still standing there waiting. No one told me they were closing for lunch, no one apologized, and no one suggested I come back afterward. I had been the only person waiting the entire time. I left and went to another CVS location, where they provided the exact same records I needed in about two minutes. Being ignored and left standing there while the staff went to lunch without any communication was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Because of this experience, I transferred my prescriptions to another CVS and will not be returning to this location. I hope management addresses how customers are treated because no one should be left waiting without any explanation.

Great store, much better than a chain store, with friendly staff. I can still remember buying many comics as a child, especially the oversized Wham-O Giant Comic #1 that was half as tall as I was. Fond memories of the Silly Putty, Super Balls, and other fun stuff from that era I bought here.
