He will make sure you are paying the least and that your insurance is covering whatever medication. He's very friendly and informative. I've found a diamond in the rough after a terrible experience with big Pharmacies like CVS. I found him by just noticing his shop while passing by next to a Rogers Roost there. Give him a shot, I promise you won't be disappointed. Seriously. As a side note: I get my prescriptions filled here on the regular and have been for about 6-7 months now.

She did the scripts as fast as she could because she could see I was very uncomfortable. The pharmacist is Kurt but I'm sure she needs to be being the pharmacist. I'd probably come again IF I needed a script filled after hours. The only thing about CVS I don't like....It just seems so old! Idk maybe just me? Like it needs more lighting and more color.. We wondered how the 1:30 lunch closing worked if you are already in line and no way to exit the drive thru due to curbing. Another vehicle pulled in behind us so no way to back up either and no signage to give us a clue. The vehicle in front received their script and pulled out. We pulled up to the window that they stuck the "Closed for Lunch" sign in. I spoke to the window saying we were in line at 1:25! They replied they were closed and that the registers shut down for that hour and there was nothing they could do and to "have a nice day". Do they even know what the acronym CVS stands for? I will tell you "Consumer value stores" originally but more recently CEO's have stated "Convenience, Value, and Service." Are they kidding! Time to find a new Pharmacy.

We were forced into Walgreens when Rite Aid closed and the service has been awful the entire time…read more I understand they probably doubled their pharmacy load, but Rite Aid used to have 2-4 employees working in the pharmacy and every time I am waiting at Walgreens, there are at least eight employees, so the workload should be covered. They will tell you a date your pills will be available, and if there is an issue, they are clueless and do not look into it or let you know until you reach out after the time has passed. Yet if your prescription is ready, be prepared for a phone call, text, and email daily until you pick it up. We went to pick up a refrigerated prescription which was in a bin at room temperature and the pharmacist said it was fine when the prescription specifically says to keep refrigerated. Also, the entire pharmacy closes at lunch time from 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. You cannot drop anything off or ask a question. Not sure why, with so many people on staff, they cannot do a lunch break rotation like every other company in the world.

The pure laziness of the 5 pharmacy employees is shocking. Not sure what they are actually doing every day if not their work. They keep telling you to come later to pick up a prescription only for you to come later and it still not be ready. How many times can you do that to actually sick people? Do you really want them to keep coming back over and over again and coughing throughout the store? After finally complaining and making a fuss is when they tell you to wait 30 minutes and then having it ready in 10. Just close the pharmacy if you don't want to help people.
