If that isn't bad enough they wanted my ID to return a $20 pair of headphones that I just bought and had clearly been sold and returned once already. They were broken just like that policy. Bob, the pharmacist, is the nicest, kindest, friendliest person you will have come in contact with. He is always sweet and kind and helpful. He is the kind of person who asks how your day is, waits for an answer when asks a question, and will do whatever needed to make you leave with a smile on your face. He has checked dosage amounts for me when my kid's ear infections haven't cleared up, given suggestions on how to curb some of the not-so-nice side effects of meds, called my insurance to check coverage when he thinks there may be an issue, and all other pharmacy related things that you would want your pharmacist to do. I highly recommend this store (pharmacist) if you want to NOT dread having to go. (It's worth it even though there is no drive through. I'm saying this as a mother of a 4 yr old, 2 yr old and 30 weeks pregnant)

In 2004 my son suffered a serious head injury and Bob was so amazing during that long process, answering all of my worried questions and helping me understand the interactions of the different meds. To this day, he knows the names of everyone in our family and genuinely cares about all of us. This past weekend we were in Maine. We had a prescription called in there, and had a complication due to a new insurance. The pharmacy in ME could not help us. I crossed my fingers and called Bob and thankfully he was working. He called the other Rite Aid and helped rectify the situation for us. Just the most recent example of how Bob goes the extra mile ALWAYS .. I tell everyone about the special care they will get it they go to this Rite Aid for their medication.

We had a unique prescription to be filled for some medical equipment and our doctor sent the script to Marra's to be filled. I reached out to them to get set up and they not only had a wide variety of options for the equipment we needed but spoke, extensively, on each of the choices so that Mr and my wife could make a fully informed decision. Not only were they informative but they were exceptionally kind, thoughtful and funny. When I went in to pick up the equipment I was blown away by the selection and the breadth of their pharmacy. It is really impressive. Never figured I'd leave a review for a pharmacy, but here I am. 10/10, they're fabulous.

They tried to tell…read moreme there was a limit on what my insurance would pay for - which was not true - and they just filled a portion of the prescription. Terrible service. Had to get a prescription written twice by my doctor and sent in again. Next time - I will stick to Walmart. I had never used Marra's before and the pharmacist was encouraging me to transfer my prescriptions here - I have 6 people in my family - so it would have been a lot. Lucky for me I didn't.
