Horrible pharmacy. Do not patron this store. It was fine up to a few years ago. First they messed up my husband's Ritalin prescription 7 times. Needless to say he moved his prescription to another pharmacy. Now , I went in today to buy Claritin D and got treated poorly. They approved the sale of the meds but their computer system froze and was unable to purchase it. So they tried again but now I am not eligible to purchase Pseudoephedrine for another 15 days. So I NEVER got the meds and can't get them for 15 days. When I asked what to do. The attendant said I could drive to another state. Really. This store is awful. This store has been my pharmacy and local stop-in shop for years, but I will never set foot in there again. This store is listed as a UPS access point, but more than half the times I bring something in for UPS, they tell me they can't take it. As I was bringing in a box of Christmas gifts for my family, they told me again they couldn't accept it and I should drive 25 minutes to the nearest UPS store instead. Which I usually do, because this place is useless when it comes to this. I asked why they were rarely able to accept UPS packages even though they are listed as a drop off point, and the manager, a woman with long brown hair, rudely told me "it's not my problem." She did not have an answer, she just told me it wasn't her problem. I said "doesn't UPS pay this location to be a drop-off point?" and she said again "not my problem" and then told me to leave the store! I spend a large amount of money at CVS since it's the closest to me. I will not be returning after the way that woman spoke to me and refused to be in any way helpful. Nothing worse than stupid people acting like you're stupid for expecting the service they advertise. read more

From the Chardon CVS staff, to the life saving MinuteClinic, to the pharmacy I couldn't be happier with the care my family and I receive at the Chardon CVS. Everyone is always polite, informative, knowledgeable, and don't treat me or my family like a disposable number. The MinuteClinic is more reliable treating my insured family than our own covered family doctor. I have been so pleased that I've been able to count on CVS. Whether it's in the MinuteClinic being seen as a person rather than looked through as merely a number to check off. The pharmacy staff has put up with me graciously through the years with my own medical struggles and when my children are sick. They always offer help with understanding any new scripts and explaining any instructions I may need for any new medications. Thank you for going above and beyond Chardon CVS! read more

I went to the Minute Clinic this morning. The store opened an hour late. When I was finally able to go in, I signed in at the kiosk. The kiosk told me there were no appointments available today. I knocked on the door in the clinic and they person there told me there were no appointments available today. I asked how this was possible since there's absolutely nobody there. If you opened on time then there should be at least a few people here waiting. Then, I went to the rest room and as I got closer to the front of the store, there still was nobody, patient or staff, at the Minute Clinic. I asked staff at the check out to borrow a pen and if the number on the door was for corporate. When the manager, Heather, heard me she began yelling saying that there's a lot of bad things going on in the world... I started walking away and she kept yelling and ranting! You would think as large as CVS is they world be able to find sane managers!! read more
