If items are missing they will send a notification to pick there replacement or deny it. As you pull up to the pick up area, if you let them know ahead of time you are coming, you pick a spot and let them know what number. They come out right away. Check if you had coupons and then load up your car! Easiest thing to do and cuts all the extra out!
