She has disabilities so when she didn't come out after 5 minutes I went in to check on her. She was waiting in a line of 10 people. There was one cashier and it was her first day. No one helping her. The customer she was working with was having her check lottery tickets and the cashier had to go get help twice. Each time the manager came out, answered the question and went back to the office without offering to open another register or help in anyway. The cashier was flustered but giving it a go and trying to remain positive. Fortunately the people waiting were being patient, but 15 minutes to buy a $3 soda was ridiculous. I'm giving three stars cuz the cashier was doing the best she could. But shame on you, CircleK management!

It's worth every penny and love the fact that their bread is fluffy! We got the Jimmy Kerr Duo (which is named after one of the streets in Casa Grande!) and cannot wait to try their other roast beef sandwiches! Today was one of the most humiliating shopping experiences I've ever had…read more I walked into this store for the very first time as a customer. I'm a business owner myself, and all I wanted was a soda and a bag of chips. That's it. Instead of being treated like a paying customer, I was immediately made to feel like a criminal. I truly believe I was singled out because I'm Black. I was watched, followed, and treated as if I was there to steal something when stealing never even crossed my mind. It's heartbreaking that simply walking into a store can lead to being judged before you've even made it to the register. The man I spoke with told me he was the owner, but I later found out that wasn't true. He called the police on me even though I wasn't doing anything wrong. I didn't run or leave--I stayed right there because I knew I had done nothing wrong. When the police arrived, I asked them what law I had broken. Their response was that I hadn't done anything wrong. What hurt just as much was feeling like my concerns didn't matter. When I asked the officer how I could file a complaint, I felt like he didn't care and brushed me off. As a business owner myself, I would never treat another human being this way. Every customer deserves respect, regardless of the color of their skin. No one should have to walk into a store for a drink and a snack and leave feeling humiliated, embarrassed, and targeted. This experience left me feeling that racism is still very real, and today I was on the receiving end of it. Because of what I experienced, I cannot recommend this store. I hope no one else has to go through what I went through. This I will be reaching out to 7-Eleven Corporate and Discrimination Complaint with the State of Arizona..this will get solve

My husband and I are retired, so visits to the pharmacy play a bigger role in our day to day life…read more I like this store. It's always clean, well-stocked and the people are nice. I really wish they could attract more pharmacists so they could have the pharmacy open on weekends but it's not that far if we have to go to the other location for weekend service. The drive through is typically efficient.

It was obvious and incredibly insulting. Years ago, I worked for Walgreens--I know what working looks like, and this wasn't it. We were dressed in our Sunday best, out celebrating my son's birthday. It was heartbreaking having to explain to my kids, especially my son on his special day, what was really happening. No one should be made to feel unwelcome or suspected simply because of the color of their skin. Walgreens, do better.
