My husband and I are retired, so visits to the pharmacy play a bigger role in our day to day life. I like this store. It's always clean, well-stocked and the people are nice. I really wish they could attract more pharmacists so they could have the pharmacy open on weekends but it's not that far if we have to go to the other location for weekend service. I'm extremely disappointed with our experience today. My family and I were racially profiled while shopping. A worker followed us, pretending to "work" while clearly watching us. It was obvious and incredibly insulting. Years ago, I worked for Walgreens--I know what working looks like, and this wasn't it. We were dressed in our Sunday best, out celebrating my son's birthday. It was heartbreaking having to explain to my kids, especially my son on his special day, what was really happening. No one should be made to feel unwelcome or suspected simply because of the color of their skin. Walgreens, do better. read more

Most of the staff can actually smile. The pharmacist (mid-age) is great! There are only a couple/three who's faces would break and fall off if they did smile! The Pharmacy closed yesterday because "they didn't have enough business and went to another store to work" this is per the front end clerk. No text to existing customers. I showed this morning at 8:30 am, spoke to the technician on staff and the pharmacist, you would think since I was the only one there they would have opened there window and taken the 3 minutes it would have taken to give me my script and closed up again. It's ok for them to inconvenience their customers but Heaven forbid they they go out of their way to help out a customer who is right there. read more

I cannot believe the way Walgreens treats their employees and customers any longer, I stood in line for 32 minutes to pick up one prescription and there was about 12 people there getting Flu Shots, Covid Shots, Covid Tests, etc. They have taken on giving shots and tests and packaging our prescriptions and ringing us out but they have not hired anyone else, also cut hours and The Pharmacy is closed from 1:30-2:00 for LUNCH, and now Closed on Sundays. This is killing people, some people cannot wait for medication for this long and why don't they hire help? NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I am shocked and appalled at this behavior, and would never recommend going there for Prescriptions ever. This has turned into a Full Service Salon for a Doctor's Office! read more

The voices in my head tell me I should say that I usually shop at CVS for all my prescription needs. But when not needing to pick up my scrips this location is easy to hit just on the outskirts of Casa Grande. They have all my 'non-essential' needs met, although 'non-essential' is currently under debate at my house as my wife thinks that this phrase includes EVERYTHING which is not med related. All of my personalities and I keep trying to explain to her that this is not the case, as Reese's Peanut Butter Cups are just as essential as mood stabilizers sometimes. The debate rages on in my household, but if you need candy or meds, this is a convenient and clean place to get your fix on. read more

This is the Walgreens location on Florence Blvd near Promonade Mall in Casa Grande AZ. The staff was so helpful in the photo department. Assisting us upload photos - is so simple once you've done it. Jacob was just great! Courteous and knowledgeable as we could ask ! Such a refreshing experience! The prices are great and prohibit printing on home printers. I've come in a couple of times. I have yet to successfully pick up a prescription that was promised at a specific time. I've given plenty of extra time to fill them. Once, I was even told to come back in 15 minutes. I came back an hour later and was then told they were out of stock, with no notification. Do yourself a favor and go to CVS. At this point, I'm even considering going to Walmart...yikes. Update: I'm here again. The family member for whom I am picking up a prescription refuses to change pharmacies for various reasons. The prescription was submitted 24 hours ago. I have waited 20 minutes (no line) to pick up the prescription and continue to wait...and wait...and wait. What gives, Walgreens? Why do other pharmacies seem to execute the processing of prescriptions that you can't manage? I suppose a brick and mortar store deserves at least one star for navigating the building and licensure process, but I'm questioning the legitimacy of even a single star. read more

Stopped in here to get a bottle of water and a short bathroom break between Phoenix and Tucson. Normal Walgreens but bathroom was not clean. Also their toilet paper was the same consistency as the toilet seat protective covers. I felt like I should be able to go and get some Charmin off their shelf instead of use this stuff. Not happy with their cheapness in such a se dative area. Step it up Walgreens. read more

I won't even give this store the time of day anymore let alone my business. Every time I download photos at this place they are lost or cancelled and the excuse is "we called you and left messages but never got a response" the pharmacy has had a lot of issues as well. Also The cost comparison to other stores is also way higher so at least they must be proud of their stuff I guess. I would think that you would want to be competitive to other stores or at least close to it if you wanted to stay in business. Time to find another place to get photos and prescriptions done. read more
