I have been going to Dr Rollins for 3 years and I have found him to be the best eye doctor I have had. He is very professional, efficient and explains in depth his findings. When I have had specific questions, he makes sure I understand thoroughly. This time was cataract surgery procedures on both eyes. I was aver apprehensive at first, but Dr Peterson and his staff were awesome. They were excellent in all they did. I will be referring my friends in Maricopa to these two doctors and the clinic for their eye care. Someday, I would love to see them opening a clinic in Maricopa.

But when I got my glasses (from Costco) something was off, they recommended I get a recheck on the prescription. When I went back to SEC and spoke with the young lady in the optical department, and described the problem, and I'd like a recheck to verify the prescription...that where things went unprofessional. Instead of a "let's figure this out" she immediately wanted to pin the blame on Costco. Then she sat at her computer and tapped out a novel in the notes...finally she sent me to the front to schedule a recheck. When I came for my recheck with Dr. Rollins, he came into the room and he seemed a little annoyed that I was back for recheck. No "let's figure this out" no "it's your eyesight, we want to get it right," just "attitude." During the recheck, he actually voiced his annoyance expressing how I was taking up his time that could be for someone else's appointment....very unprofessional. When I took the new prescription back to Costco, they redid them. After the glasses came back, although a bit better, something is still off, especially trying to read text. I'm done with Southwestern Eye Center.

They don't have visible product out, so unless you know exactly what you want it's a little strange. You tell them what you want, they input it in the computer then go in the back to retrieve your product. I don't particularly like this process, I like to look at the flower or product before purchasing it. The staff wasn't too knowledgeable either. I knew I wanted WYLD sleep gummies and the bud tender was asking me what flavor is that, what color box etc. When I asked for assistance on pain gummies, he was clueless. The idea of bud tenders is to help consumers with this, they lack a lot in this area. They do accept debit cards, but charge a $3.00 fee and round your transaction up. It's okay, just know exactly what you want before going in.
