I questioned a generic medication not being covered...but I needed it and paid $17.73. Before I refilled it, I called Walmart and without insurance it was $9. Walmart rep asked me for my insurance so they could run it through...it was $3.50. CVS said they could not refund me the difference and to contact my insurance. My insurance company is reimbursing me BUT they stated CVS never processed the medication through them. I will never go to CVS again for a prescription.

If items are missing they will send a notification to pick there replacement or deny it. As you pull up to the pick up area, if you let them know ahead of time you are coming, you pick a spot and let them know what number. They come out right away.
