The young lady in the pharmacy was fine until I mentioned I was a pain management patient. Then I was told they wouldn't accept me as a patient unless my physician called them PRIOR to my even bringing a prescription into the pharmacy...which is NOT standard procedure. I ended up having to transfer all my medications to another pharmacy chain store. When I mentioned the trouble I had with this store, my pain management provider had their office manager call in and speak with the pharmacist. How about getting to know your customers and not make assumptions based off their medication list.

I've seen it often but had never…read morestopped in preferring Rite Aid or CVS but today I thought I'll stop by to pick up a small item simply because it's right next to the gym, right where I was. There was no one at the front counter so I went back to the pharmacy and waited. Another customer lined up behind me and we were both waiting. Neither the clerk on register at the pharmacy nor the two other personnel behind the counter said a word to me but the one on the register was making small talk with a gentleman ringing out his prescriptions, talking about a painting that was hanging on the wall for sale. I run a register part time and I try not to delay my customers by making small talk when there's a line.

I get all the way to PA and well, not socks. Ha. At least I had pants - but anyway, I needed socks and a quick google search gave me this Walmart location. Popped over first thing in the morning and found a 6-pack of socks that would get me through the week - and then a few sundry items for my hotel room. Store was clean and stocked. I visited the drive-through pharmacy where there are two lanes. I pull into lane two. The lady working the window proceeds to tell me that I am not permitted to pick up prescriptions from lane two, and that I need to drive around and get back in line behind everybody else to pick up a prescription and I have to go through Lane #1. I explain to her that I've never had a problem picking up medication's at Lane number two, but she told me that I needed to drive around and sit in line again, she was extremely rude.

I tried to go through the drive thru last evening and this morning and no one is answering though they are inside. Their hours are completely wrong on their phone recording, their website and in store. When I pressed the drive thru button for help, o one came, no one answered though the lights were on and a staff member (male) was clearly visible and working at the computer all but 3 feet away. No answer, no acknowledgement, my phone call wasn't answered, nothing. And for that two stars. It's ridiculous.

I called to have the second dose prepared and it was not ready later that day. I was told the doctor had to approve it. It already had one refill on the label so it was approved. After 2 phone calls and another trip to the store I was told they were waiting on my insurance co. to approve it. It was filled once so???? There reply was we put it through Goodrx. OK so why did you not do it again? We figured you needed it the first time. Really??? I am a fairly easy going guy but just keep quiet and even admit you could have handled this in a better way. No they decided to argue with there customer. A little common courtesy goes a long way!

Filthy, stinky, rude and out of date. Normally, when presented with an option in grocery store in…read morean area, I pick the Weis, but not in Carlisle! Upon walking through the front door, at any time on any day, you will be smacked with the lovely aroma of burnt and dirty oil. Presumably the smell is coming from the deli, where there's a deep fryer. If you manage to hold your breath and close your eyes to the acrid burnt somehow fishy smell long enough to get through the scant produce section and to the meat, enjoy the sight of greening pork and other horrors. Be sure to check the date on anything you pick up in here, as nothing is rotated and you don't want to come back to return an expired product with that smell and all. It's minor compared to every other issue, but what broke my back, why I'm writing this review, is a freaking apple turnover. I rarely go into this Weis due to everything I've been saying, but I stopped by for some La Croix (props where they're due, this Weis has a nice selection of sparkling water), and noticed that the bakery had apple turnovers. In a good mood, wanting to have a nice breakfast the next day, I picked up two apple turnovers. This morning came and I eagerly heated the pastry, but to my horror my house began to fill with that same awful smell that fills that god-forsaken store. One bite and five minutes of spitting into the trashcan later, I was incensed. How!? Literally just puff pastry and apple pie filling, it takes 3 minutes of prep, how does it end up tasting like spoiled and burnt crab cakes? Apart from all that, the staff huddles together at the front of the store, talking loudly and often using foul language. Do not recommend. Go to Giant, Karn's, a literal gas station, or just go hungry. The only wrong choice is going to this Weis.
