I also purchase a lot of homeopathic supplements which to my delight they also have available here! There's always at least one or two people working the registers in the pharmacy area to keep people moving. I've even called in my refill over the phone and it was ready in an hour and a half when I went to pick it up. Can't complain with that one bit! The pharmacy techs are always super friendly and helpful. I've gotten some things throughout the store and purchased them up front- the security guards are always nice as well as the cashiers. They don't seem like they hate their jobs versus most pharmacy workers. The store is quite clean and tidy. In kind of a bad area, but not terrible. I'll continue to get my scripts here!

The retail store area is pretty packed .. but they carry everything.. and by everything I mean McGuyver would be in paradise.. they have batteries, dvds, "as seen on tv" crap, meds, cards, picture frames, food, enemas (haven't ever used one of those but for some reason I giggle should I happen to walk by them), candy, shampoo, and the list goes on and on. I like going in there so my kid can do one of his favorite things at the pharmacy... count old people, no I'm not kidding, and if you have ever known a kiddo with Autism you will know they are sometimes inappropriate but always entertaining. I live with constant pain, so I order on the app and pick it up after work or my husband picks it up for me. If I hadn't been in so much pain today, I would have checked the order more thoroughly, particularly because of all the problems recently. So of course, I was missing something I needed immediately. My husband had to drive me back to the store so I could go inside, in pain, to talk about the missing item. I was made to feel like I didn't matter, and right off the bat, all I heard was "I'm sorry, we've been busy" with three people standing at the service desk. Found the missing item right where they keep cold items for pickup orders. I was not offered any type of compensation in the form of a $5 gift card, as I often am. This time I called the corporate customer relations line, where I was again dismissed. She said "I'll pass your concerns along to store management" and refused to give me any type of compensation or store credit. I'm not the type to easily complain to corporate about stores, and I'm definitely not looking for free gift cards. But this is multiple times, with the same store associate bringing the order out. I'll give another local target store a chance, but I'm ready to risk shopping at the nearby Walmart that I usually avoid because it's sketchy, just because this store keeps messing up my orders. I get better customer service when I order same day delivery and a shopper with Shipt picks my order for me.
