I'm familiar with acupuncture but also explained that i wanted to make sure she is skilled in chinese herbs and nutrition. The person on the phone then brashly told me that "WE DO NOT MAKE ANY MONEY ON HERBS"! Wow, I've had a long career in the health care industry and this is the first time I've ever heard anyone representing a medical professional (Dr. Williams is an MD) actually tell the potential patient that THEY ARE IN IT FOR THE MONEY! I asked for the person's name and found out it is Jared and that he is part owner of the practice. To me, that says it all about this operation and their motivation. The way I was treated was very disappointing and there are plenty of other alternative medicine practices that truly care about the well being of the patient....NOT THIS ONE.
